Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of service quality toward satisfaction and confidence of passengers. This research is included in the explanatory research category. Sample in this research counted 99 people. The analytical technique uses path analysis. The main thing that can increase customer trust is the ability to interact. Quality of service can improve passenger satisfaction, which means that the better the quality of service provided by Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta can increase passenger satisfaction. Quality of service can improve passenger's confidence, which means that the better quality of service provided by Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta can improve passenger's confidence. Trust can increase passenger satisfaction, which means that increased confidence in passengers can improve passenger satisfaction. Trust can increase passenger satisfaction, which means that the higher the trust the passengers have, the higher the passenger's satisfaction level. Quality of service through empathy efforts that attention to customers more influential to create passenger confidence than on passenger satisfaction. Among the trust and satisfaction, satisfaction factors include suitability of expectations, interest in visiting again, willingness to recommend more precisely related to aspects of service at Garuda Indonesia Airlines Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze which factors are most determining in influencing interest in using pay-later. This type of research is multivariate analytical research using a quantitative approach. All pay-later service customers who engage in e-commerce make up the study's population. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling were employed in the sample-taking process based on this study. There are one hundred samples. Researchers have made observations to gather data. The author intends to employ principal component analysis and maximum likelihood estimation techniques for data analysis. Following the completion of the study, the following findings were made. The principal component analysis method's RMSE value is 0.02. The maximum likelihood estimates method's root mean square error is 0.015. Therefore, it can be said that the principal component analysis approach is appropriate for usage because it can explain factor formation due to its strong factor loading value and low RMSE value. The influence of advantages is the most important element determining interest in pay-later utilizing the principal component analysis method since it has the highest loading factor value in decision-making.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of product design and quality on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative method. The population of employees working at CV SAI Semarang is 96 people. This study uses a non-probability sampling approach method with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test processed using IBM SPSS software version 26. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and interview list. The results of the study showed that design partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java, while product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java. Simultaneously, design and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Perwakilan BEI NTB. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif .menggunakan tekhik sampling snowball sampling yang merupakan bagian probability sampling.Tehnik pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobability.metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kualittatif model Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pelatihan (TOT, sekolah pasar modal, klinik investasi ) yang mumpuni dan disiplin kerja juga sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan KSPM sebagai perantara nasabah dan bursa efek. Pelatihan yang diberikan bursa efek untuk melatih mahasiswa dan karyawan inti dinilai sangat membantu peningkatan baik dari jumlah investor sampai dengan penambahan jumlah transaksi investor setiap bulan.Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari grafik peningkatan jumlah investor pada dua tahun terakhir. Selain dari itu peneliti menemukan faktor lain yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sampai dengan faktor peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada KP BEI NTB terletak pada kualitas pelatih dan banyaknya KSPM yang mulai dibentuk. Seiring dengan penambahan jumlah KSPM yang dibentuk mengakibatkan penyebaran informasi yang lebih meluas dan dapat menjangkau wilayah pelosok.Penambahan KSPM dapat diikuti dengan penambahan jumlah pelatihan rutin untuk dapat menjamin informasi yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan keadaan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

This study examined the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on interest in using e-wallets among STIE AMM Mataram students in the digital era. The population was e-wallet management students but the exact size was unknown. A purposive sample of 60 students was obtained through distributing questionnaires using Google Forms. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed the regression equation was Y = 2,142 + 0.274X1 + 0.190X2 -0.008X3, meaning interest in using e-wallets would be 2,142 if the independent variables did not change. Hypothesis testing revealed perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly affected interest while perceived risk had a negative but insignificant effect. The independent variables could explain 51.6% of interest in use, while the remaining 48.4% was influenced by other factors. In conclusion, perceived usefulness and ease of use most impacted students' interest in using e-wallets
