Abstract

Electronic Government (e-government) utilizes information technology to enhance government performance and public services. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are mandatory to be implemented in all healthcare facilities in Indonesia to improve services and maintain data confidentiality. Usability is a crucial aspect in the success of applications and websites, including in the healthcare context. Observations of the PantiRapihku application revealed several issues: difficulties in use by patients, absence of a direct payment menu, account limitations, and mismatched doctor schedules. This study aims to evaluate the online registration application of Panti Rapih Hospital using the System Usability Scale (SUS).This descriptive study involved users who tried the PantiRapihku application. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data were collected using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and analyzed descriptively using computer software.The SUS evaluation results showed a score of 83.4, indicating that the PantiRapihku application is in the “Acceptabel” category. The application’s grade scale level is in category B, and the adjective rating is in the “Excellent” category. The PantiRapihku application is well-rated and acceptabel to users. However, it is recommended that the hospital improves the application’s consistency and coherence, such as synchronizing patient registration history with doctor leave schedules and surgery schedules.

Abstract

Mojogedang 1 Community Health Center has not yet implemented electronic medical records because are still obstacles in the process of implementing electronic medical records. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that cause electronic medical records to not be implemented. This research design was qualitative with a population of all employee components at the Mojogedang 1 Community Health Center of 60 employees. The sample was 38 people determined using a formula Slovin.Data were collected using observation, unstructured interview guides, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive. The results of the research show that the factors that have not implemented electronic medical records are influenced by factorsman, material, methode, machine, money. The root of the problem of not implementing electronic medical records is influenced by the lack of a budget. The conclusion of this research is that electronic medical records have not been implemented which are influenced by factorsman, material, methode, machine, money with the main root of the problem being that there is no budget to accelerate the implementation of electronic medical records. The suggestion for Mojogedang 1 Community Health Center is to immediately form a special team to accelerate electronic medical records, create service flows and SOPs, add infrastructure, create a special budget and require the highest policy from Mojogedang 1 Community Health Center.

Abstract

The Hospital Information System (SIMRS) at RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus has been operational since 2021. However, based on a preliminary study, several challenges were identified, including poorly stored data and user formats that do not comply with the standardized SIMRS format. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of SIMRS using the Delone and McLean method at RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus. The research design is an analytical observational study with a cross- sectional approach. The population of this study consists of all SIMRS users, totaling 1008 users. The sample size is determined to be 91 users using the Slovin formula. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis is performed using the correlation product-moment test. The research findings indicate a significant influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction. Furthermore, there is a significant impact of user satisfaction on net benefits, and there is a significant influence of net benefits on user satisfaction. In conclusion, this research reveals the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on SIMRS user satisfaction, along with the relationship between user satisfaction and net benefits. The researcher recommends that RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus conducts socialization activities to improve user satisfaction with the system.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of disease trends in the post-pandemic era necessitates more accessible and data-driven decision-making tools, particularly in primary healthcare services. This study aims to develop an interactive morbidity dashboard based on ICD-10 classifications using secondary data from BPJS Kesehatan. The research focuses on outpatient visit records in Karanganyar Regency from 2020 to 2024. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, accompanied by system development using Python. Data preprocessing involved standardizing ICD-10 codes, handling missing values, and grouping by year, gender, and age category. The resulting dashboard allows users to filter morbidity trends based on demographic variables and disease categories. The ten most prevalent disease groups include respiratory, digestive, endocrine, and circulatory disorders. This dashboard facilitates data-based decision-making and enables targeted promotive and preventive interventions in primary healthcare facilities.

Abstract

Kualitas rekam medis bedah belum sesuai dengan target kelengkapan & keakuratan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas rekam medis pasien bedah. Rancangan penelitian adalah observasional. Besar sampel sebanyak 320 rekam medis pasien bedah. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan lembar observasi Crabel. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah nilai rata – rata skor Crabel per bulan mengalami peningkatan selama periode Januari sampai dengan April 2023. Subsequent entries memberikan kontribusi terendah dalam peningkatan kualitas rekam medis pasien bedah.

Abstract

Kode warna merupakan suatu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya misfile (salah letak) Rekam Medis. Adanya 3-digit Kode Wilayah dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memaksimalkan pemberian Kode Warna pada Map Rekam Medis. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu untuk mengoptimalkan Kode Warna pada Map Rekam Medis di Puskesmas.  Metode Difusi Ipteks dengan merancang sticker kode warna. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan wawancara permasalahan mitra, Observasi, pengukuran, mendesain, sosialisasi dan simulasi Simulasi pemasangan Sticker Kode Warna.  Hasil perancangan Sticker Kode Warna dengan ukuran 3 x 6 cm, warna terbagi menjadi 13 sesuai pembagian kode wilayah dengan memanfaatkan 1-digit pada digit ke-3 meliputi ungu, kuning, hijau tua, orange, biru muda, coklat tua, magenta, hijau muda, merah, biru tua, hitam, pink, abu-abu dan bahan sticker mirror. Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan 1 minggu setelah kegiatan, Petugas merasa terbantu dengan adanya kode warna ada yang salah langsung bisa dipindahkan ke rak yang benar. Rencana ke depan akan dilaksanakan bimbingan tehnis penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) tentang penerapan kode warna.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the implementation of electronic medical records will begin to be implemented in health service facilities in December 2023 [1]. The HOT Fit method is a complete model in the aspect of the assessment carried out and is most suitable to existing problems compared to other models, where this model places three important parts, namely Human, Organization and Technology [2]. The aim of this research is to find out how to evaluate the use of the Outpatient Self-Registration Platform using the HOT – Fit Method.The method used is qualitative research with data for January until May 2024. The research instrument uses observation guidelines and interviewand data collection method is by observation and interview. How to collect data by observation Data processing techniques include data reduction, data display and verification. The research results show that from the human aspect of system users, the self-registration platform was socialized at the beginning of the implementation of the new system for users in outpatient registration but there was no training, and users were not satisfied with the features in the self-registration platform. Organizational aspects, support and policies from management provide support in its implementation, but system monitoring and written policies regarding the implementation of independent registration platforms have not been carried out. In terms of system quality, the independent registration platform at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarang ensures data security because each officer has a username and password. In terms of benefits, the self-registration platform at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarang is useful for its use, namely helping and facilitating patient care, especially reducing patient backlogs.

Abstract

Hasil survei awal diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan kelengkapan pada Puskesmas Terakreditasi Utama  dan Madya di Wilayah Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Hasil kelengkapan di Puskesmas terakreditasi Utama mencapai 80%, sedangkan pada akreditasi Madya 73%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kelengkapan rekam medis rawat jalan di puskesmas terakreditasi utama dan madya di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode Penelitian, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Observasional Analitik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2019. Populasi adalah seluruh dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan tahun 2018. Sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, diambil 120 dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan checklist dan pedoman observasi. Cara pengumpulan data dengan observasi dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan dan wawancara. Analisis data dengan kuantitatif dengan uji Man Whitney Test. Hasil penelitian Rata-rata kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis menunjukkan puskesmas dengan akreditasi utama lebih tinggi daripada puskesmas terakreditasi madya dengan nilai 77,07% dan 75,2%, serta danya perbedaan kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis puskesmas akreditasi utama dengan akreditasi madya dengan nilai p=0,001. Disarankan agar dilaksanakannya sosialisasi kepada semua petugas yang mengisi rekam medis, terutama dokter agar kelengkapan autentikasi dan semua item kelengkapan dapat meningkat atau mencapai 100%.
