Abstract

Problems encountered in the prevention and treatment of  HIV/AIDS in Tasikmadu Karanganyar is the poor ability of the community to identify local health issues (HIV/AIDS). The purpose of this study is to examine and identify the factors related to the ability of communities to identify local health problems in HIV/AIDS in Tasikmadu Karanganyar. The study was observasonal analytic cross sectional design. The population in this study were all health cadres in Puskesmas Tasikmadu Karanganyar. The sample was 90 people taken by cluster random sampling technique. Independent variable was the level of education, access to information, the survey introspective, leadership and the dependent variable was the ability of communities to identify local health issues (HIV/AIDS ). The research instrument was questionnaire used to collect data. The analysis of this study used regression multiple linear. The results showed that the level of education, access to health information, surveys introspective and leadership contributed to the increased capacity of communities to identify local health issues (HIV/AIDS) by 74%. The conclusions in this study is no significant effect simultaneously and education level, access to health information, surveys introspective and leadership to the ability of communities to identify local health issues (HIV/AIDS) at p = 0.000.   Keywords: Identification, Health Issues, Local, HIV/AIDS

Abstract

Abstract: Activities of TB surveillance at Sukoharjo District Health Office only resulted three indicators of P2TB although the sources of the TB data had been available completely. This condition caused the problems for Head  of the Distric Health Office to know coverage of services, to extend coverage of program, and to know the result of treatment. Therefore, It needs the information system that could overcome the problems. The aim of research is the develop information system of TB surveillance to support the evaluating of P2TB. This was an applied research using a qualitative method and applying the plan of system by steps of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Research design was Pre-Experimental using The Group Pretest-Posttest. The Subjects were Head of the District helth Office, Head of Sub department of Prevention and Eradication. The Objects were the procedure and the structure of information system of TB surveillance. Data analysis divided into two methods as follows: Content Analysis was used for in-depth interview data and Descriptive Analysis was used for evaluating the old and the new system. The result of the research shows that information system development of TB surveillance has to be done based on the aspects of a technique, an operation, a schedule, and an economic. The problems in the old system were simplicity, accurateness, and representative. Those problems were caused by input on the system (redundancy data, and file saved separately), process (indicator had not been calculated by Management System of data Basis ), and output (displayed in table, the reports did not adjust a necessity on the management level). The new system could  overcome the old system’s problems and weaknesses. It could be used to support the evaluation of P2TB. The total considered average in the old system was 2,29 and the total considered average in the new system is 4,27. The new system could result seven indicators of P2TB, which could be used for a basic of evaluating of program. Therefore, head of the District health Office could make a policy with using the new system. The weaknesses of the new system are as follows: It could not be used for the Health center level, and could not result information about monitoring of drinking a mediine. Abstract

The level of fitness can be reached by having good nutrition, doing exercise and spending sometimes for sleeping sufficienly. Purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between nutritionalintake, nutritional status, adequate sleep and exercise in women?s fitness in the Taurus gymnasiumCenter of Surabaya. Respondents of this research were 60 members of Taurus gymnasium. This wascross sectional analytical study to show the influence of variables of the sufficiency of nutrition (calory,carbohydrate, protein, vitamin B1, fat, calcium), nutritional status and activity and the level of fitness.Theresult of the statistical test with =0,05 showed that there is a significant relationship between sufficiencyof iron element and frequency of exercise and the level of fitness. It is sugested for members of Taurusgymnasium Center to do exercise regulary and improve eating pattern by consuming various menu, muchmore non heme protein than heme protein, and consuming vitamin C sufficienly

Abstract

Masih menjadi perhatian utama kesehatan, kesehatan ibu. Program Pemantauan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak Daerah (PWS KIA) merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk melacak dan melaporkan kesehatan ibu. Namun, PWS KIA dianggap menghadapi banyak tantangan. Pelaksanaan PWS KIA yang masih berbasis kertas menjadi salah satu faktor penyebabnya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memastikan manfaat mengadopsi m health untuk mencatat dan melaporkan kesehatan ibu. Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen kesehatan (SIMKES) merupakan aplikasi berbasis komputer yang dirancang untuk mengelola seluruh data rekam medis. SIMKES di Puskesmas Karanganyar Kabupaten Ngawi masih terdapat masalah terkait data pasien yang belum terisi lengkap, sering terjadi trouble data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi dengan kepuasan pengguna SIMKES. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna SIMKES yang berjumlah 58 orang. Sampel sebanyak 58 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji correlation product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan kualitas sistem dengan kepuasan pengguna yang signifikan ( p : 0.001), ada hubungan yang signifikan kualitas informasi dengan kepuasan pengguna yang signifikan (p : 0.001). Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi dengan kepuasan pengguna SIMKES.

Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (called SIMRS) is an application used for managing all medical record data in hospitals. In the implementation of the SIMRS for inpatient services at Dr. Moewardi Hospital, there are still variables that need improvement, such as poor layout, inadequate color composition, and incomplete information.  The aim of this research was to determine the factors that influence the satisfaction of inpatient SIMRS users. The research design was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of all 1,843 users of the inpatient SIMRS, with a sample size of 106 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression tests. The study results showed that the variables of content, accuracy, and timeliness have a partial influence on user satisfaction, while the variables of format and ease of use do not. Additionally, there was a simultaneous influence of the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness on user satisfaction. The study suggests that periodic evaluation and improvement of the HMIS should be carried out to achieve optimal user satisfaction

Abstract

The outpatient medical record documentation at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro already uses Electronic Medical Records (EMR), except for the Medical Rehabilitation clinic. This results in patient medical records data not being integrated into the EMR, requiring consulting doctors to access physical medical record files to view notes from the Medical Rehabilitation clinic. The aim of this research is to develop an electronic medical record system for outpatient medical rehabilitation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), with system development employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The outcome of this research is an electronic medical record module for outpatient medical rehabilitation, used by nurses, doctors, and therapists visiting the Medical Rehabilitation clinic to document patient records. It is recommended for future researchers to add a patient initial assessment module for nurses and doctors. It is also hoped that this system can be integrated with the billing system and digital claims, enabling the information system to be fully utilized in the services provided at the Medical Rehabilitation clinic.

Abstract

Kualitas rekam medis bedah belum sesuai dengan target kelengkapan & keakuratan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas rekam medis pasien bedah. Rancangan penelitian adalah observasional. Besar sampel sebanyak 320 rekam medis pasien bedah. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan lembar observasi Crabel. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah nilai rata – rata skor Crabel per bulan mengalami peningkatan selama periode Januari sampai dengan April 2023. Subsequent entries memberikan kontribusi terendah dalam peningkatan kualitas rekam medis pasien bedah.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Balikpapan Baru adalah Rumah Sakit tipe D dimana rumah sakit tersebut memiliki pelayanan rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan ditemukan kendala dalam pelayanan masih banyaknya berkas rekam medis rawat inap yang belum kembali dari ruangan perawatan kurang dari 1x24 jam sehingga mempengaruhi keefisienan terhadap pasien rawat jalan terutama terhadap pasien kontrol kembali pasca rawat inap. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap dengan efisiensi pelayanan pasien Kontrol rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Balikpapan Baru. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Observasional Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah rekam medis. Instrument penelitian menggunakan observasi,wawancara,dan lembar ceklis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap dengan efisiensi pelayanan pasien kontrol rawat jalan di rumah sakit umum balikpapan baru menggunakan uji chi-square dan ditemukan nilai 0.000 maka uji chi square tdk dapat di gunakan dan di ganti menggunakan uji fisher's exact test, di peroleh hasil nilai p = 0,001 (< dari 0,05). Simpulan hasil penelitian bahwa hubungan pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap berpengaruh pada efesiensi pelayanan pasien kontril rawat jalan di rs Balikpapan baru.
