Abstract

E-Voting adalah metode pemilihan kandidat secara online atau digital, metode ini memudahkan user dalam melakukan pemilihan karena tidak membutuhkan kertas sehingga menjadi efisien dan praktis. SMK Penerbangan PBD salah satu instansi yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan di mana di dalamnya terdapat berbagai oranisasi yang terdaftar termasuk organisasi himpunan yang setiap tahun pergantian taruna/taruni baru akan dilakukan pemilihan Danmen dan Wadanmen masing-masing dari himpunan. Tujuannya yaitu merancang dan membanguan sistem pemilihan Danmen dan Wadanmen pada SMK Penerbangan PBD dengan menggunakan e-voting berbasis android. Adapun manfaatnya yaitu mendapatkan pemahaman tentang implementasi ataspemilihan ke dalam aplikasi elektronik e-voting, menambah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di universitas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview serta menggunakan metode pengembangan Extreme Programming. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pemanfaatan teknologi yang mempermudah dalam perhitungan pemilihan Danmen dan Wadanmen himpunan. Selain itu e-voting juga dapat melihatsecara langsung profil calon kandidat Danmen dan Wadanmen dan visi misi dari calon tersebut,sehingga semua proses pemilihanmenjadilebih efektif.

Abstract

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or in Indonesian called Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder is a psychiatric disorder that causes sufferers to have difficulty concentrating and have excessive activity or can't stay still compared to normal people. Many people are not yet aware that if a child's excessive behavior and low level of concentration could result in the child suffering from ADHD, Bayesian decision theory is a fundamental statistical approach in pattern recognition. This approach is based on quantifying the trade-offs between various classification decisions using the probability and costs involved. arising from these decisions. Bayes' theorem is a theory of probability conditions that calculates the probability of an event (hypothesis) which depends on other events (evidence). In this research, a web-based expert system was built with a knowledge base from 3 experts to make it easier for parents of children to diagnose possible symptoms. suffered by his son. The results of system testing on experts with an average percentage of 90% from 3 experts, show that the expert system that has been created is able to diagnose the type of ADHD behavior suffered by children along with the level of confidence in the diagnosis.

Abstract

Bananas are a type of fruit that has high production and is liked by many people. Mango productivity fluctuates from year to year. This is due to fluctuations in harvest area, plants that have not produced optimally, climate disturbances and attacks by various pests and diseases which are factors inhibiting banana growth and production in Indonesia. This identification will take a relatively long time and produce various diseases on banana leaves because humans have visual limitations in identifying, the level of fatigue and differences in opinion about diseases on banana leaves. The process of recognizing leaf patterns can be done by recognizing the characteristics of leaf structures such as leaf shape and texture. The method used in this research is Local Binary Pattern, an algorithm that can be used to classify based on images. In this study, 4 types of banana leaf diseases were used. Based on the results of the accuracy test, an accuracy value of 90.5% was obtained for the disease detection process on banana leaves for 10 pieces of data.

Abstract

The Corel Draw application as a learning medium aims to support students' creative spirit. The use of CorelDRAW is able to support student creativity by acting as a means for expressing creative ideas, as well as arousing curiosity so that students' creativity continues to develop while carrying out independent learning activities. Good for management students who use the CorelDRAW application as advertising design media (advertising promotion design). The Corel Draw application can be used as an indispensable medium for every student, both independently and for college assignments. The method used is a literature study by reviewing 11 journals and 2 theses that are most relevant to the research topic. CorelDRAW was chosen because it has tools for creating vector objects, drawing illustrations, manipulating bitmap images, giving effects, and creating and creating text. With these capabilities, CorelDRAW is considered a suitable medium for students to use to support creativity in their independent learning activities. The research results show that the use of CorelDRAW can increase student creativity. This is proven by the benefits students get after mastering the CorelDRAW application

Abstract

Tritech Informatics Vocational High School (SMK) Medan is a school located on Jalan Bayangkara Medan. The library administration implemented at Tritech Informatics Vocational School in Medan currently still applies conventional procedures. Digital libraries are economically more profitable than traditional libraries. This is because the existence of a digital library is able to share library book collections and makes it easier to find the book information needed and is able to facilitate services in the process of borrowing and returning books as well as making monthly reports. But there is also the most important thing, namely how library members or the public can immediately read books without having to borrow them, thereby making time and space more efficient because members don't have to worry about delays in returning books. With fliphtml and digital library web training, it will provide many conveniences for library staff. Apart from that, it also creates a systemized digital library so that there is no more loss or errors in storage or delays in returning physically borrowed books. It is hoped that this will help activities at the Medan Tritech Informatics Vocational School. This system training is very useful for ebooks that are still stored in school storage media and cannot be used until now.

Abstract

The growth in the number of clinics in Medan City, along with the increasing population, has triggered a need for more efficient and targeted healthcare services. However, patients often face difficulties in choosing clinics that meet their medical needs, especially BPJS Kesehatan users and general patients. This is due to the lack of information regarding the facilities, service quality, and optimal clinic locations. To address this issue, an Intelligent Clinic Recommendation System is needed to provide clinic suggestions based on patient profiles and needs. This study aims to develop a clinic recommendation system in Medan City using data mining techniques with the K-Means Clustering method. The K-Means method is employed to group clinics based on several important criteria, such as location, types of services, doctor availability, and the clinic's capability to accept BPJS patients as well as general patients. Patient data analyzed includes medical history, distance from the clinic, and service preferences. The results of the study show that the K-Means-based recommendation system can effectively cluster clinics and provide relevant recommendations according to patient profiles. This system not only helps patients choose the right clinic but also improves the efficiency of patient distribution in Klinik Pratama across Medan City. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that access to healthcare services will become more equitable and the quality of services will improve, both for BPJS and general patients.

Abstract

Instructors play a vital role in the success of training programs at non-formal education institutions such as Techno Garage. The selection of the best instructor has traditionally been conducted manually, making it prone to subjectivity and inconsistency in decision-making. To address this issue, this study designs a web-based decision support system that combines two multi-criteria decision-making methods: Grey Absolute Decision Analysis (GADA) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). The GADA method is used to assign relative weights to each criterion and prioritize alternatives based on absolute values, while the GRA method is applied to handle uncertainty and complex relationships among criteria. The evaluation criteria include attendance, length of service, participant feedback, and contributions to material development. The results demonstrate that the combination of GADA and GRA methods provides more objective and accurate recommendations in selecting the best instructor. This system enhances the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the instructor selection process.

Abstract

School security is a crucial aspect in creating a safe and conducive learning environment. One significant threat to school security is natural disasters, which can occur suddenly and jeopardise the safety of students and staff. This service activity aims to develop and implement an Arduino-based disaster early detection system at SMK Swasta Pulau Berayan Darat Medan. The system is designed to provide real-time warnings of potential disasters such as earthquakes, fires, and floods through the integration of various sensors linked to alarms and notifications. The main contribution of this activity is the availability of disaster detection devices that are cheap, adaptive, and easy to operate by the school. The implementation of the system succeeded in increasing the alertness of the school community, as shown by an 85% increase in understanding of evacuation procedures based on the results of questionnaires before and after the training. In addition, 95% of respondents stated that the system provides a sense of security. These results show that the Arduino-based disaster early detection system has the potential to become a security model that can be implemented in other schools to support the creation of a safer and more disaster-responsive educational environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk pemilihan destinasi wisata terbaik di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan menggunakan metode TOPSIS, dengan tujuan memberikan rekomendasi yang objektif, terukur, dan relevan bagi wisatawan maupun pihak pengelola pariwisata setempat. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), yang mampu memberikan bobot pada setiap kriteria penilaian meliputi identifikasi destinasi wisata sebagai alternatif, penentuan kriteria seperti Keindahan, Jumlah Pengunjung, Kebersihan, Keamanan, Harga Tiket, dan Jarak Tempuh, serta bobot kepentingannya, pengolahan data dengan metode TOPSIS (menentukan kriteria, normalisasi, hingga perangkingan alternatif), implementasi sistem berbasis komputer (berbasis web) yang mengimplementasikan algoritma TOPSIS, serta analisis hasil dan pembahasan. TOPSIS dipilih karena memberikan hasil perankingan yang objektif yang didukung oleh data terukur, sistem ini menunjukkan penentuan hasil yang lebih cepat dan akurat setelah diimplementasikan dalam menentukan pemilihan destinasi tempat wisata di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan Menggunakan. Selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Sistem ini yang berbasis web berhasil membantu dan meningkatkan efisiensi Pemilihan Destinasi Wisata Terbaik di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Sistem ini menggunakan metode TOPSIS yang memproses data sesuai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan yang disebutkan sebelumnya. Dari perhitungan, alternatif A03 yaitu Sipinsur, memiliki nilai preferensi tertinggi (0.746), menjadikannya destinasi wisata terbaik pilihan.

Abstract

Setiap peserta dididk pada umumnya akan mengikuti standar pendidikan dan pembelajaran disekolah, dengan kemampuan yang belum pernah dimiliki oleh peserta dididik maka peserta didik diajak untuk dapat belajar mengasa kemampuan mereka masing-masing disekolah. Namun disetiap lembaga tahu sekolah tingkat kejuruan tetap memiliki standart kompetensi yang sudah diatur, oleh karena itu peserta didik tidak memiliki pengalaman diluar dari standart kompetensi yang diberikan melalui materi-materi yang sampaikan. Dalam hal ini tidak lupa juga pemateri berdiskusi lebih dulu dengan guru bidang studi dan ditemukanlah ide untuk memberikan sedikit wawasan dan juga pengalaman kepada siswa dan siswi kelas X ini khususnya dalam bidang algoritma pemrograman dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan. Untuk memberikan wawasan tambahan implementasi pemrograman dasar berbasis Python sebagai tambahan ilmu pengetahuan bagi siswa dan siswi kelas X ini merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pemateri dan rekan-rekan sejawat. Selanjutnya pelaksanaan pelatihan ini juga merupakan salah satu kegiatan rutin dari setiap tenaga pendidik dalam memenuhi tugas dan tanggung jawab kami dan juga pemateri dalam tugas pokok. Dimana tugas pokok pemateri dan juga rekan sejawat ini rutin dilaksanakan setiap semester atau 6 bulan sekali. Dimana nantinya peserta didik juga akan mendapatkan manfaat dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini yakni peserta didik akan dapat mengembangkan pengetahuan algoritma mereka dengan implementasi bahasa perograman diluar dari yang pernah peserta didik pelajari disekolah saat ini.
