Penjualan handphone pintar dengan sistem android jauh terjangkau karena memiliki izin bebas sampai dalam pengembangannya akan lebih luas untuk menjalankan. Beberapa aplikasi dengan sistem operasi open source digunakan untuk di update dengan banyak keperluan. Seperti di update dari aplikasi penaggulangan kecelakaan berbasis android yang berguna untuk layanan kepada masyarakat untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam memberitahu dan memberikan informasi kepada polisi, jasaraharja atau pihak yang memerlukan informasi tersebut ketika melihat ataupun juga mengalami kecelakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ini bertujuan untuk membuat layanan berbasis lokasi pemetaan (LBS) berbasis android lokasi kecelakaan. sistem ini dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman sistem operasi Android menggunakan perangkat lunak ADT Bundle bagian isinya untuk Eclipse seperti mengubah aplikasi java, ADT seperti fitur yang digunakan Eclipse, SDK yang kebutuhan pengembangan aplikasi sistem open source seperti android. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu sebuah perangkat lunak sistem informasi letak daerah kecelakaan sistem android. Sistem Informasi penaggulangan kecelakaan ini mempermudah pihak kepolisian dan jasaraharja dan masyarakat untuk mengetahui letak lokasi kecelakaan di kota Medan.

Everyone needs drinking water which is increasing in line with the increasing population of Indonesia, but while the amount and level of drinking water decreases so people are looking for other options to get healthy drinking water and good levels. major developments in the sale of bottled drinking water, along with the arrival of many bottled drinking water products that are spread throughout the country bring increasingly intense competition among bottled beverage vendors. Various kinds of prices have a good and advanced impact on purchasing decisions. With the simple multy attribute rating technique, the method will find out the best mineral water according to the selected criteria. The purpose of this study is to examine the good levels of products, prices and the introduction of purchasing drinking water into a decision in purchasing bottled water. This research results that various kinds of product quality have a positive and significant influence on people's purchasing decisions in buying bottled water

Many of us have encountered Internet use, especially in internet cafes, offices, schools and campuses using more than one connection in subscribing to the Internet, whether it's different ISPs (Internet Service Providers) or the same ISP. In accessing the Web there are 2 types, namely with Authentication and without Authentication. At this writing the author uses 2 (two) Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line or ADSL connections up to 3 Mbps from an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Cluster architecture that is implemented as a high-performance server is one of the effective and efficient solutions to overcome this problem. This cluster architecture can be built using the concept of network load balancing with high-availability that allows the processing of data to be distributed in a distributed manner to several computers. In Linux virtual servers there are scheduling algorithms that can affect LVS work systems, one of which is the round robin algorithm. By using a round robin algorithm, the workload will be shared equally across all servers. Round robin algorithm testing is done by using parameters comparing the number of users and response times, so that the response time is stable between 31 ms to 76.3 ms with the number of users between 10,000 and 50000 in load balancing implementation using the round robin algorithm

The teaching-learning process that is currently running at the vocational school in Medan is still largely conventional in nature, the teacher conveys subject matter, assignments, quizzes, collection assignments in class and each subject are only done a few meetings a week with limited time. Submission of information / announcements, management and services Academic administration and reporting are still done manually so that it is slow and not effective. The purpose of this study is to create a smart school design with a system web-based online learning to overcome various problems faced by Vocational school in Medan (case study at Vocational Tritech Informatics Medan). Smart school will to be blended learning that combines conventional methods or faces with an online learning system towards smart school. The results of this study are the creation online learning system models so that interaction between teachers and students can be done whenever and wherever to improve the quality of education and administrative management academic as well as accelerating the delivery of information to students and parents about students the development and achievements of each student. And use a fingerprint that is directly integrated with the system to be designed. This can support learning in school and creating a culture / learning environment that is effective and efficient and paperless. Design Smart School software uses the waterfall method which includes five stages, namely: (1) identification of user needs; (2) analysis; (3) design; (4) implementation; and (5) testing. Smart school system design uses object-oriented modeling language, UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Encryption is a method of changing message data (plaintext) into password data (ciphertext), while decryption is a method of converting ciphertext to plaintext. WhatsApp Messenger is a messaging application for smartphones that is basically similar to BlackBerry Messenger. The WhatsApp Messenger application uses a 3G, 4G or WiFi internet connection for data communication. By using WhatsApp, we can do online chat, share files, exchange photos and so on. The algorithm used is 2 (two) types, namely symmetric algorithms and asymmetries algorithms. Merkle-Hellman Knapsack is a cryptosystem that uses the asymmetries algorithm. The Merkle-Hellman Knapsack implementation used uses xor logic. The key length is used between 8 to 72 bits. This capability makes Merkle-Hellman Knapsack have strong security with a short key length. Whereas the aim to be achieved is to apply the Merkman-Hellman Knapsack cryptosystem using the Visual Studio 2010 Programming Language

Abstrak− Laporan Penelitian dengan judul "Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Paket Internet Operator Telekomunikasi Terbaik Dengan Metode Topsis" mempunyai tujuan yaitu memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen yang akan membeli paket internet dari berbagai operator telekomunikasi sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan. Banyaknya operator yang menawarkan paket internet hal ini akan mempersulit para konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan yang tepat, sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode topsis merupakan metode yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah pemilihan paket internet dengan banyak kriteria yang ditawarkan oleh masing-masing operator. In adolescence humans cannot be called adults but cannot be called children. Adolescence is the transition period of humans from children to adults. In this time, sometimes someone is looking for identity, a vehicle is a means of land transportation that is very useful in daily life, especially work that demands mobility. But the lack of a warning system and supervision of drivers often makes the vehicle a killing machine. To reduce the number of accidents due to motorists who like to exceed safe speed limits, it is necessary to monitor drivers to give a warning. With the existence of this system, it is expected that the related parties can find out the behavior of drivers and provide a warning if it is proven to often violate the safe speed limit set. The test results of SkyNav SKM53 GPS speed data give the smallest error value of 3.851 km / hr and the biggest error is 9.089 km / hr. This error can be corrected by multiplying the GPS speed data with a constant of 1.1457 which is a graphical gradient of the GPS speed ratio of the vehicle speed resulting in the smallest error of 1.467 km / h and the biggest error of 3.173 km / hr.

Pembelajaran yang baik terkadang dikaitkan dengan adanya fasilitas yang ada di sekolahan, sekolah yang memiliki fasilitas yang baik dan memadai belum tentu memiliki guru yang kreatif dan inovatif, guru terkadang memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengolah informasi dan juga mempresentasikan konsep materi terutama pembelajaran yang bersifat abstrak di dalam kelas, masih banyak ditemui guru dalam penyampaian pembelajaran masih konvensional, dimana masih banyak ditemui guru tidak memanfaatkan media baru dalam sarana pembelajaran dikelas, merupakan pelajaran yang banyak berisi uraian materi sehingga tidak menarik dan akan membuat jenuh, ngantuk, sehingga menjadikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan 95 % guru dapat membuat Media Pembelajaran Video memiliki nilai lebih dibanding bahan pembelajaran tercetak biasa, media pembelajaran Video mampu mengaktifkan siswa untuk belajar dengan motivasi yang tinggi karena ketertarikannya pada sistem multimedia yang mampu menyuguhkan tampilan Animasi, Suara, grafik dan teks, penggunaan media yang cocok dalam pembelajaran akan memberikan pengaruh bagi siswa dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru.

Masalah yang sering dijumpai saat membuat aplikasi atau sebuah web yaitu kejenuhan dan binggung tentang script yang mau dibuat, Pelatihan ini dilakukan karena di SMK Tritech Informatika tidak ada pelajaran tentang Bahasa pemrograman Laravel yaitu untuk membantu siswa menjadi programmer dan developer yang handal khususnya dalam membuat sebuah web dengan sintak yang sederhana, elegan, ekspresif dan menyenangkan sesuai dengan misi dan visi Laravel, tidak ada masalah yang berarti dalam melakukan pelatihan Bahasa pemrograman Laravel ini karena yang kami berikan pelatihan adalah jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak jadi kami memberikan sedikit pemahaman dan mereka mengerti. kesulitannya ada pada beberapa siswa yang tidak focus dalam pelatihan yang kami berikan. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah menghindari kejenuhan siswa – siswi tentang membuat script dan memberikan pengalaman baru untuk membuat aplikasi.
