Abstract

his study aims to analyze the influence of promotion on outpatient visit interest at Batara Guru Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design to determine the relationship between independent variables (promotion) and dependent variables (patient visits) with data collection carried out simultaneously. The frequency of promotion at Batara Guru Hospital, most respondents stated that it was good, namely 69 respondents (79.3%), while 18 respondents (20.7%) stated that it was not good. The frequency of outpatient visit interest at Batara Guru Hospital, most respondents stated that they were interested, namely 70 respondents (80.5%), while 17 respondents (19.5%) stated that they were not interested. It can be seen that the t-value of 2.298 is greater than the t-table value of 1.663 with a significance value of 0.02 t-table and the Significant value.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the responsiveness of waste management service in the Makassar City parks and Sanitation Department. This study used descriptive research with a qualitative appoarch. Data collection techniques were interview, observation and documentation. Data analisys used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, while the validity of the data used triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of the study showed that the level of government responsiveness in waste management service in the Makassar City Sanitation and Sanitation Service was measured in four dimensions: speed of service, accuracy of service, precision of service and abilityto respond to complaints that were still low in meeting the needs of the community such as providing facilities and infrastructure and improvement of waste transportation schedules that had not been fully met.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep Aljabar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Active Learning (SAL). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas. Pada siklus I, dari 26 siswa hanya 9 siswa (34,61%) yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), sedangkan 17 siswa (65,38%) belum tuntas. Observasi menunjukkan kendala pada proses pembelajaran, termasuk kurangnya bimbingan guru dan keterlibatan siswa. Perbaikan dilakukan pada siklus II dengan meningkatkan bimbingan guru, perhatian merata kepada siswa, pemberian sanksi tegas, dan kesempatan lebih luas bagi siswa untuk aktif. Hasil Tes Akhir pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, yaitu 21 siswa (80,76%) mencapai KKM dan hanya 5 siswa (19,23%) yang belum tuntas. Rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 59,74% pada siklus I menjadi 80,25% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan keberhasilan model SAL dalam membangun pemahaman konsep melalui interaksi aktif dan kerja kelompok. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe SAL efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep Aljabar siswa. Penelitian dihentikan pada siklus II karena indikator keberhasilan telah tercapai, yaitu lebih dari 75% siswa tuntas.
