Abstract

Neuropathic pain represents a complex clinical challenge and often requires long-term pharmacological therapy. The prescribing patterns of analgesic medications in managing neuropathic pain serve as important indicators for evaluating therapeutic effectiveness, rationality, and individualization. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of analgesic prescribing patterns among neurological outpatients at the Neurology Outpatient Clinic of RSUD Padang Panjang in 2025. A retrospective observational method was employed, involving 100 neurological patient prescriptions selected through purposive sampling. Data were extracted from prescription sheets and patient eligibility forms, then analyzed descriptively to assess prescription characteristics, combination patterns, and diagnostic distribution. The findings revealed that Eperison was the most frequently prescribed medication (71%), followed by sodium diclofenac (56%) and gabapentin (51%). Triple-drug therapy was the most common combination (35%), with sodium diclofenac–eperison–gabapentin being the predominant regimen (40% of triple combinations). The most common diagnosis was low back pain (31.42%), followed by arthrosis (8.57%). The prescribing pattern reflects a polypharmacy approach that integrates muscle relaxants, NSAIDs, and anticonvulsants. The dominance of combination therapies highlights the complex pathophysiology of neurological pain and underscores the need for evidence-based protocol standardization.

Abstract

Purpose—This study aims to identify the IT skills required for accounting staff, managers, and supervisor positions in the labour market and assist prospective accounting graduates in building the necessary skills to obtain the desired career. Design/methodology/approach—This study utilized the content analysis method to analyze 543 job advertisements from the Job Street website. The data was then tested using the Kruskal-Wallis test to determine the differences in the skill requirements between positions. Findings — The skills most in demand across all positions are those associated with Microsoft Office and accounting software. The difference in needs at staff, supervisor, and manager positions was confirmed.   Practical implications — This study informs prospective accounting graduates about the labour market’s skill requirements. It is expected to raise graduates’ awareness and understanding, allowing them to prepare the skills required for the expected jobs. Originality/value—This study contributes to the previous literature by identifying the intensity of the need for information technology skills in the current digital era through the percentage of needs. Framed in the signalling theory, the content analysis of the paper presents a comparison of skills required among different positions (staff, supervisor, manager). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi animalia siswa kelas X IPS SMA tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA swasta di Yogyakarta. Setelah dilakukan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling, populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas X program IPS dengan sampel penelitian yaitu kelas X IPS 1 dan X IPS 2. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian yakni dengan observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni perangkat pembelajaran, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan instrumen tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Validitas instrumen yang dilakukan adalah validitas teoritis. Analisis data untuk pengujian hasil penelitian mengunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji Mann-Whitney U dan Uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan uji Mann-Whitney-U pada nilai pretest diperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,197 (p>0,05) dan pada nilai posttest diperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,908 (p>0,05). Berdasarkan analisis uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,173 (p>0,05) dan 0,943 (p>0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa.
