Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Customer Intimacy, Ambient Conditional and Interactional Justice on Customer Satisfaction and its impact on Customer Loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kebumen. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kebumen with a sample size of 100 customers. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that partially Customer Intimacy, Ambient Conditions and Interactional Justice had an effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Intimacy and interactional justice have a direct effect on loyalty through the satisfaction variable. Ambient Condition only has a direct effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence customer decisions to save at Islamic banks with customers interest as an intervening variable. The research method uses an associative descriptive quantitative approach. The number of samples was 100 respondents of Islamic bank customers. data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed that profit sharing rate, bank reputation, religiosity and interest directly had a positive effect on customer saving decisions at BTN Syariah. Then the profit sharing rate, reputation and religiosity have a positive effect on customer interest in saving at BTN Syariah. Interest variables are also unable to mediate the effect of profit sharing rate, reputation and religiosity on customer decisions indirectly

Abstract

The industrial revolution and the free market policy agreement among the countries in the world brings severe impacts in many sectors, especially economics. As one of the supporting economics systems, the banking sector also faces the most significant challenge ever. The banks should provide their best services to the customers; otherwise, they will quickly leave them. This study determines how the front-liners’ (Customer Services and Tellers) can speak English to support their workplace activities. There are ten customer services and eight tellers from four banks as the respondents. The method used is quantitative, with a structured interview as the instrument to collect data. The researcher then measured the result of the talks by using a scoring rubric. The study's development reveals that those front-liners have different English proficiency levels, ranging from high to low. The banks where they work and the universities where they learned are responsible for overcoming this. It could be by restricting the new employee's entrance exam, providing training programs for the employees, and updating the universities' curriculum with the latest material to prepare their students to face the job market, which is very demanding today.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the indisciplinary of 10th grade students at Suruh 1 Public High School in mathematics learning. Disciplinary problems such as lack of focus, joking around, tardiness, not doing assignments, and playing with gadgets indicate an interaction between internal and external factors that shape student behavior during the learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and classroom observations. The research informants involved four students, a mathematics teacher, and a guidance counselor as the main informants. The results show that internal factors such as low motivation, interest in learning, self-regulation, and anxiety about mathematics contribute significantly to the emergence of indisciplinary. External factors, including peer influence, classroom management, teaching style, and lack of parental supervision, also reinforce this behavior. The findings also show that the combination of students' psychological conditions and the quality of the learning environment is the main trigger for disruptive behavior in learning. This study concludes that improving discipline requires attractive learning strategies, firm and consistent classroom management, and continuous collaboration between teachers, parents, and schools. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku indisipliner siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Suruh dalam pembelajaran matematika. Fenomena indisipliner seperti kurang fokus, bercanda, keterlambatan, tidak mengerjakan tugas, dan bermain gawai menunjukkan adanya interaksi antara faktor internal dan eksternal yang membentuk perilaku siswa selama proses belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan observasi kelas. Informan penelitian melibatkan empat siswa, seorang guru matematika, dan seorang guru BK sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal seperti rendahnya motivasi, minat belajar, regulasi diri, dan kecemasan terhadap matematika berkontribusi besar terhadap munculnya perilaku indisipliner. Faktor eksternal yang mencakup pengaruh teman sebaya, manajemen kelas, gaya mengajar guru, serta kurangnya pengawasan orang tua turut memperkuat terjadinya perilaku tersebut. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara kondisi psikologis siswa dan kualitas lingkungan belajar menjadi pemicu utama munculnya perilaku mengganggu dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kedisiplinan membutuhkan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik, manajemen kelas yang tegas dan konsisten, serta kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan sekolah secara berkelanjutan.
