Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows: (1) Knowing the evaluation of the performance of the implementation of educational and training programs based on the analysis of interests and performance, so that the results of the review can provide input to the company about activities that must be improved (concentrate here), maintained (keep up good work), have low priority ( low priority ), and the possibility of excessive (possible overkill). (2) Know the level of influence of the implementation of existing education and training programs on employee work productivity. Based on the data processing results, it is known that the elements of the implementation of education and training programs that must be considered and improved are as follows: Training Materials, Non-Formal Education, Training Schedule, Instructor Friendliness, Training Variations, Training Methods, and Training Manuals. While the elements of the implementation of education and training programs that must be maintained are as follows: Formal Education, Instructor Expertise, Instructor Ability, Training Infrastructure Facilities, Training Curriculum, Training Evaluation. The implementation of education and training programs affects employee work productivity, and the implementation of training programs is more dominant. This is because the implementation of training programs is more often done and more applicable, although it still seems theoretical on the employee's work. Therefore, the proper education and training programs will impact increasing the productivity of their employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the influence of organizational culture and training on organizational commitment and its implications for the performance of Puskesmas Johar Baru District employees. The research method uses a quantitative approach, which became the population in this research were 170 Health Center Staff Johar Baru District. The sample selection is done by simple random sampling technique (Slovin 5% error tolerance) so that as many as 120 respondents are determined. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was randomly delivered to Johar Baru District's Puskesmas staff. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program version 3.2.8. This study revealed that organizational culture, training and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, organizational commitment mediates organizational culture and training on performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and explain the influence of culture and training on organizational commitment and its effect on the performance of employees at the District Health Center Johar Baru, Central Jakarta. The research method in this study uses a a causality quantitative approach. The population is all health workers at the Johar Baru Puskesmas with probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.2.8 software program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, training and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously. In addition, organizational commitment mediates organizational culture and performance training. Research suggestions in the aspect of managing performance targets should be arranged in quality and quantity by considering "people"As executor of activities. Leadership decision making must combine all constructive ideas and opinions, employee selection to determine training priorities so that it is right on target which can be done concretely through leadership training, capacity building, routine motivation programs, evaluation, reward and punishment.
