Abstract

Abstract: Islamic boarding schools are the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia and make important contributions in the socio-religious field. Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions are able to maintain and maintain their survival (survival system) and have multi-aspect education. Islamic boarding school education needs to be developed and adapted to what is set by "National Education" so that pesantren education graduates have a competitive and creative advantage in accordance with national and international education quality standards. As part of the community infrastructure, macro-boarding schools make the community aware of having idealism, intellectual abilities, and noble behavior (akhlaqul karimah) to organize and build a complete national characteristic. This can be seen from the strategic message of the pesantren which was developed in the internal culture of the pesantren education. The pesantren education system that has been maintained has turned out to have significant results in building an effective learning atmosphere and learning process. Being an obstacle to national education in rejecting changes in the era of technology and information requires the reconstruction of the national education system by looking at the needs of today's global society. Seeing the multiplicity of pesantren in people's lives, it cannot be denied that Islamic boarding schools have great potential to building a nation that is more moral, personable and knowledgeable. Seeing the condition of national education which  unable to overcome social problems, pesantren appear in improving the weaknesses of national education and supporting national goals. Evidenced by the existence of community empowerment institutions that handle various community issues both in terms of economic, political, cultural and educational.

Abstract

The social environment is a place where every individual can carry out daily activities, both within the family environment, school environment, and community environment. The role of the environment as a place of daily interaction in society as a determinant of one's personal development in a society full of diversity and the factors that underlie interaction for millennials. With a good environment it will print a good generation too. One way is through education and collecting positive information. This is a solution for millennials in controlling themselves so they can control themselves so that they will act positively in thinking. Millennials must be able to control themselves by sorting and choosing useful values ??through the use of technology and extracting information from the internet and social media and finding good partners in socializing in the surrounding environment. So that millennials are more flexible in adapting to any changes that occur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of social media in shaping religious perceptions among the younger generation. Using a literature review approach, data were collected from various relevant written sources such as journals, scholarly articles, and research reports. The findings indicate that social media has become a dominant platform in the daily lives of young people, including in accessing and understanding religious information. Social media enables the widespread and rapid dissemination of religious messages through engaging and interactive digital content. However, it also presents serious challenges, such as the spread of misinformation, the polarization of religious understanding, and the potential rise of intolerance due to perceptions formed without critical thinking. Therefore, strong digital religious literacy and guidance from families and educational institutions are essential to ensure that social media can be utilized positively as a medium for inclusive, moderate, and contextual religious learning. This study contributes theoretically to the discourse on religion and media, while also serving as a practical reference for efforts to strengthen the religious character of youth in the digital era.

Abstract

School Based Management (SBM) is a management approach that gives more autonomy to schools, increases flexibility, and encourages active participation from all members of the school community and community. The aim is to improve the quality of education in accordance with existing policies and regulations. SBM involves granting schools a greater degree of autonomy, increased community and parent participation, promoting democratic and professional school leadership, and encouraging professional teamwork. The quality of education is measured through the overall description and characteristics of internal and external services that demonstrate the ability to satisfy expected or implied needs, including educational inputs, processes, and outputs. SBM policy in improving the quality of education can be applied through a SWOT analysis model starting from output-process-input. This model follows a systems thinking approach with an output-process-input sequence, which is chosen because every school activity, including SWOT analysis, can be carried out according to that sequence.

Abstract

Improvement efforts in the field of education are a must to always be carried out so that a nation can progress and develop along with advances in science and technology, now has entered the era of society 5.0 where humans are required to solve social problems with innovation and centered on technology. This study aims to find out how to develop appropriate management in the era of society 5.0 in order to improve the quality of teachers who are increasingly required to master technology. The preparation of this article was carried out using the library research method which consisted of determining the theme of the discussion, searching for reference sources according to the theme of the discussion, compiling the content of the material, and concluding the results from several reference articles. The theory used is the relationship between training management and teacher quality in the era of society 5.0. The results of the study indicate that education and training management in the current era must carry out reforms according to needs, education and training are packaged into activities that are able to improve mindsets, new innovations, and also mastery of technology for teachers in schools, so as to be able to create modern learning according to the needs of the times.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk menarik lebih banyak siswa agar melanjutkan pendidikan di sekolah dan madrasah NU serta memperkuat eksistensi lembaga pendidikan di bawah naungan LP Ma’arif NU. Strategi utama yang diterapkan dalam program ini meliputi Sobo Madrasah, yang berfokus pada kunjungan langsung ke madrasah untuk sosialisasi, serta GASNU Satu Komando, yang mengoordinasikan berbagai elemen pendidikan NU secara sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk memahami efektivitas GASNU dalam meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk pengurus LP Ma’arif NU, kepala sekolah, guru, dan masyarakat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif dari Huberman, Miles, & Saldana (2014), yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GASNU berhasil meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik secara signifikan dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun terakhir. Data menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswa baru di sekolah-sekolah NU meningkat dari 17.397 siswa pada tahun 2021 menjadi 22.143 siswa pada tahun 2023. Namun, pelaksanaan program ini menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menuntaskan kunjungan Sobo Madrasah ke seluruh kecamatan di Banyuwangi serta keterbatasan anggaran. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, diperlukan strategi pendanaan alternatif, seperti kerja sama dengan pihak swasta, penggalangan dana melalui platform digital, serta advokasi agar GASNU mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Batik is typical Indonesian cloths. From the beginning of the emergence the banyuwangi batik, several motiv haves emergate philoshopical meaning. Batik is increasingly rapid in the devepment of banyuwangi. As evidenced by the increasing number of batik crafment. This proves the typical banyuwangi batik has salling value of demand by many people. Howover , the production of batik crafment banyuwangi not be maximalized due to the limit skill to using waterglasses manually. So that is has not be able to meet market demend optimally. This is felt by crafment batik in the tampo village. Tampo is batik areas because many batik crafment have produce with uniqe motiv. As solution of produce batik from najikha batik is collaborate in conducting waterglass use skill training. Empowerment written batik crafment focus on najiha’s problem; 1) using of waterglass wich wasteful; 2) the color of written batik is not consistent, the brightness level is not same; 3) need for color lock technology and tool; 4) it is necessary to transfer the coloring technology using waterglass to najiha’s group ; 5) need for trining and assistance to market banyuwangi written batik nationally; 6)najiha’s group does written batik catalog not yet: 7) the book keeping absence. The PKM team conducets trining for crafmen with result; 1) creation of roll saving tools; 2) 85% Najiha’s employes are able use the role saving tool well; 3) 85% of the color written batik has increased quality, brightness and durability; 4) 75% increase marketing by najiha batik; 5) najiha have batik catalog; 6)najiha have book keeping through exel; 7) significant increase in sale turn over by 65%. Method and stages in the application of technology: starting from the stage of the situation analysis, the identification of the problem, the used in effective waterglass. The result of PKM in the form of roll saving tool were given to najiha batik, who then helped market to product by creating written batik catalog (web and social media)

Abstract

Bullying is an action carried out by a person or group by using powers. That aims to hurt others to get satisfaction both verbally, physically and psychologically which causes the victim to feel depressed, afraid, traumatized and helpless. Bullies are at risk of experiencing a variety of problems both physically and psychologically. Problems that arise include difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, depression, dizziness, abdominal pain and even a decrease in learning spirit which has an impact on academic achievement. The perpetrators of bullying are not only seniors or peers in school, many of the teachers do bullying practices without them being aware of which ultimately has an impact on students. To overcome this problem the school together with family and community must work together to always provide positive examples and provide knowledge about the dangers and effects of bullying. Provide information both students and students that bullying is very detrimental.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 affects psychological conditions and changes in the lifestyle of human behavior over a longer period of time.This has an impact on education in Indonesia. Lecturers, teachers and students must familiarize themselves with long-distance learning (PJJ). Almost all campuses in Indonesia apply the WFH (Work From Home) policy for lecturers / employees, and study from home for students as well as the STIB Banyuwangi campus. This study aims to analyze e-learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.This study used a qualitative approach using descriptive methods in which the informants consisted of lecturers and students in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Islamic religious education department through virtual applications in the form of: meet google, zoom, telegram, youtube, teamlink, messenger, google classroom, whatsapp.Online implementation is fairly smooth, though less than ideal. The evaluation of student learning outcomes varies, from very unsatisfactory to good. There are several obstacles that are felt by students and lecturers in virtual learning, including: insufficient internet quota, unstable signal networks, and media such as androids and laptops.Online learning has indeed become one of the steps considered effective during the Covid-19 pandemic, but it also requires learning models and teaching materials that are easily understood by using more varied applications to make them attractive if used in the long term.
