Abstract

The study was a descriptive study with the aim of knowing the description of the learning styles of students of Class of XI Science 1 and XI Science 2 of SMAN 3 North Luwu. Description of learning styles that will be obtained in the form of visual style, auditory, and kinesthetic. The subjects of this study were students of class of XI Science 1 totaling 29 students and XI Science 2 totaling 30 students. Retrieval of research data is done by using a student learning style questionnaire. Through descriptive data analysis process results obtained show that (a) the tendency of learning styles of the class of XI Science 1 student: 18 students as visual (62.1%), 4 students as auditory (13.8%), and 7 students as kinesthetic ( 24.1 %%); (b) the tendency of students' learning styles in class of XI Science 2: visual are 15 students (50%), auditory are 9 students (30%), and kinesthetic are 6 students (20%). Through this research, it can be seen that the learning styles of students are different, some tend to be visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. Although it appears that the tendency of learning styles of students in Class of XI Science 1 and XI Science 2 is a visual style. Thus, the teacher can determine the right learning design to be implemented in the classroom.

Abstract

Tes diagnostik two tier multiple choice ialah pengujian diagnostik melalui angket pilihan ganda dilengkapi pilihan rasionalisasi.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This article examines the practicality of sociocultural-based interactive digital modules in improving students' science literacy and problem-solving skills by integrating a transformative learning approach. Methodology: This descriptive research analyzes students' and teachers' responses to the developed interactive digital module. The study was conducted in junior high schools in Merauke Regency and Boven Digoel Regency, South Papua Province, totaling six schools. Data were collected through responses from 6 science teachers and 60 students involved in learning science with the module. Main Findings: The results showed that this module is efficient for use in science learning, according to the responses from teachers and students. Feedback from teachers and students indicated that this module is efficient to use in science learning, as seen from the average total percentage given by teachers of 95% in the efficient category and provided by students of 95.53% in the efficient category. Through this article, the developed interactive digital module is feasible to use in science learning to improve science literacy and problem solving skills of junior high school students.. Novelty/Originality of this study: The module is designed with an approach that combines Papuan local wisdom values and transformative learning principles. This approach is rarely implemented simultaneously in the context of science learning to improve students' understanding of science. In addition, the interactive digital module not only focuses on understanding science materials but also connects them with local wisdom to increase the relevance of learning to students' daily lives.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: To find out the procedure for developing Merdeka Curriculum teaching modules on green chemistry material and producing products in the form of teaching modules on green chemistry material that are valid and practical. Methodology: This type of research is R&D using the 4D model, but in this study, it only reached the 3D stage, namely Define, Design, and Develop. The subjects of this study were 2 people validating the teaching module, 5 teachers responding, and 34 students of class X/Phase E of Senior High Scool 2 Merauke. The instruments used in data collection were interviews, questionnaires, and validation. Main Findings: The results of this study indicate that the Merdeka curriculum teaching module on green chemistry material from the product validation assessment is 95% with a very valid category. Reviewed from the practicality aspect, it can be seen from the teacher response assessment of 92% with a very practical category. Based on the results of the study, the Merdeka curriculum teaching module on green chemistry material is declared valid and practical to use. Novelty/Originality of this study: The teaching modules that are compiled are integrated with student abilities, facilities and infrastructure of Phase E at Senior High Scool 2 Merauke, assessments, materials are integrated with the local context. The teaching modules that are compiled are adjusted to the students' learning styles and have been validated by the validator.
