Abstract

Peran wanita dalam menduduki jabatan publik menjadi sebuah problematika besar dikalangan masyarakat. Dimana dalam masyarakat masih ada pemahaman bahwa kepemimpinan harus di pegang oleh laki-laki. Ditambah lagi dengan adanya isu-isu yang ramai terjadi di dalam masyarakat pada saat ini menjadi permasalahan kontroversial yang perlu untuk dikaji. Wanita sebagai pemimpin tidak jarang menghadapi banyak hambatan yang berasal dari sikap budaya masyarakat yang keberatan mengingat bahwa yang paling utama menduduki jabatan sebagai pemimpin adalah laki-laki. Selain itu, banyak anggapan yang mengatakan bahwa jika perempuan menjadi seorang pemimpin, maka akan mendapatkan banyak tantangan, baik itu dari faktor fisiknya maupun psikologisnya. Akan tetapi pemimpin di era modern ini banyak ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dikendalikan oleh kaum wanita, baik dalam sebuah negara, institusi, lembaga, perusahaan, dan sebagainya. Dalam konsep kepemimpinan wanita yang terdapat dalam Qs.an-Naml karaktersitik kepemimpinan wanita. Adapun karakteristik yang dijelaskan ialah 1. Karakteristik keimanan, 2. Pemimpin yang demokratis (suka bermusyawarah), 3. Pemimpin yang diplomasi dan cinta damai dan 4. Cerdas dan teliti.

Abstract

As a result of the utilization of technological advances to achieve competency integration, the 4.0 technology era is gaining traction in the field of education. This study aims to explore the efficacy of using the Edmodo application as an online-based learning medium in order to improve the way in which EFL students learn English using technology. By  a mixed-methods research design, this study recruited twenty-two tenth graders in the Mathematics and Natural Science stream from an integrated Islamic senior high school in Aceh province, Indonesia. The data indicate that the majority of students possess the necessary devices to assist them in completing their tasks, and a significant proportion of them use these devices to play games and conduct research. By categorizing aspects and components, Edmodo improves students' vocabulary when used to assess their learning progress through assignments and quizzes. In addition, the students are more willing to request assistance from teachers and peers when using the application. Despite the fact that Edmodo requires a smartphone and a reliable internet connection to utilize it, the participants do not report having any significant issues with the two requirements, however, half of them report having trouble attaching assignments from different types of files such as Doc, Pdf, Video, and Audio. Overall, Edmodo is an outstanding and highly effective online resource for reading, writing, listening, and speaking English classes (e-learning).

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the concept of equality (al-musawah) in the Qur'an, specifically as contained in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 110. The verse emphasizes the urgency of prayer as an individual form of worship and zakat as a social form of worship—both of which complement each other in shaping the personality of a Muslim. This verse also reflects the principle of equality in the reward of good deeds, which is not influenced by one’s social status, gender, or background. Prayer is one of the obligatory commands in Islamic law that must be performed by every Muslim regardless of their condition. Prayer serves as a moral safeguard for every element of society to avoid disgraceful acts, including corruption. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach. Data collection was conducted by identifying and reconstructing references from various sources such as books, Qur'anic exegesis, journals, and previous studies. The findings of this article reveal the following: first, the concept of al-musawah is embedded in QS. Al-Baqarah verse 110; second, prayer is a divine command in the Qur’an that holds urgency for every Muslim; and third, the urgency of prayer can contribute to the reformulation of a civilized society that is resistant to corruption.

Abstract

Cooperative learning is an educational method that emphasizes cooperation among students to achieve common learning goals. This research aims to explore the application of cooperative learning in teaching Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 9 Satap Wera. The method used was descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observations of teachers and students. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning is very effective in increasing students' participation, improving material understanding, and developing social skills. Students felt more confident and active in discussions, while teachers noted an increase in classroom interaction. The implication of this study shows that cooperative learning can be a useful strategy in education, especially in subjects that require social interaction. This research also provides novelty by filling a gap in the literature regarding the application of cooperative learning in the context of Islamic Religious Education, as well as highlighting the challenges faced by teachers in its implementation.
