This study aims to determine and understand the implementation of CSR based on Tri Hita Karana which is carried out by the Inaya Putri Bali Nusa Dua Hotel. This research applies a descriptive qualitative data analysis method with case studies that can be classified in the explorative type, which is to extract data and information sourced from data collection conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that the Inaya Putri Bali Nusa Dua had carried out their responsibilities towards the environment, people, and to God. This is shown from the presentation of the speakers about hotel activities that pay attention to the environment, labor, surrounding communities, and religious activities in the hotel environment, which shows the implementation of Tri Hita Karana in the daily activities of the hotel. The interview results explained that the hotel provided a special fund to carry out activities related to corporate social responsibility.

Pencemaran lingkungan banyak disebabkan oleh tumpukan sampah yang tidak diolah dan dibuang begitu saja. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mengenai penumpukan sampah, maka dibutuhkan upaya pengolahan sampah menjadi produk baru yang bernilai ekonomis. Salah satu upaya dalam mengurangi timbunan sampah rumah tangga yakni menjadikan sampah sebagai pupuk kompos, dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program pengolahan sampah yakni untuk mengurangi timbunan sampah di lingkungan sreta meningkatkan hasil jumlah pengahasilan kelompok usaha pengolahan sampah. Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 tahap yakni tahap persipan dan tahap pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam 3x pertemuan. Adapun program yang dijalankan dalam kegiatan ini adalah menyusun sistem pemasaran produk, mendesain serta membuat label/brand, melakukan pengadaan bahan baku, penyusunan buku laporan keungan, dan pelatihan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan. Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengahasilan serta kemampuan kelompok usaha tebe komposter dalam mengolah sampah menjadi pupuk organik.

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat (PKM) sudah dilakukan pemerintah dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembangunan Indonesia seutuhnya, maka pembangunan harus merupakan perubahan sosial yang tidak hanya terjadi pada taraf kehidupan masyarakat tetapi juga pada peranan unsur-unsur di dalamnya. Budidaya ikan lele di Denpasar dapat dijumpai di Tukad Bindu. Pelaksana budidaya ikan lele di Tukad Bindu ini belum mengetahui secara pasti cara untuk pembuatan laporan keuangan dan pemasaran atas ikan lele yang nantinya akan menjadi sumber penghasilan masyarakat. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini, Kelompok Usaha Tani Budidaya Ikan Lele Tukad Bindu Denpasar sebagai mitra PKM sangat berkontribusi dalam menyiapkan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan, selain juga tenaga, pikiran, dan lokasi pelatihan yang digunakan selama program pengabdian dilaksanakan. Melalui program PKM, kelompok usaha tani mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan, pemasaran serta proses budidaya ikan lele yang baik, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi kelompok usaha tani dan menjadi wadah edukasi budidaya ikan lele bagi masyarakat.

Purpose: Tax is the most significant source of revenue for a country, especially Indonesia. Achieving the level of taxpayer compliance and maintaining the level of compliance is a matter of concern in both developed and developing countries. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, religiosity, and subjective norms on individual taxpayer compliance at the Joint Samsat Office, Tabanan City.Methodology:The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. This type of research is research with primary data obtained from the answers of individual taxpayers registered at the Joint Samsat Office in Tabanan City, namely answers to a series of questions from a questionnaire posed by researchers regarding the factors that influence taxpayer compliance. The sample was determined using nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique.Findings: The results of this study indicate that good service quality, intense religiosity, and high subjective norms significantly affect individual taxpayer compliance registered with the Joint Samsat Office, Tabanan City.Implication:This research can motivate the Tabanan City Samsat Joint Office to maintain good service quality for the satisfaction and comfort of taxpayers in carrying out their tax obligations.

Cooperatives are a means for the community to carry out savings and loans or transaction processes to meet needs. Cooperative health assessment is an assessment to measure the level of health of cooperatives that carry out savings and loan business activities, both conventional and Sharia. The implementation of health level assessments for cooperatives must be carried out at least once a year in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016, concerning guidelines for assessing the health of savings and loan cooperatives and cooperative savings and loan units. The CAMEL analysis method aims to assess or measure the level of health of banking companies based on financial ratios that emphasize five aspects, namely capital, asset quality, management, income, and liquidity. CAMEL analysis is the aspect that most influences the financial condition of banks and cooperatives. Therefore, CAMEL analysis is a reference in assessing the stability of cooperatives.

Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a forum that provides opportunities for women to participate in advancing the agricultural sector. One example is KWT Permata, which is expected to provide opportunities for women in villages to channel their abilities in cultivating agricultural land. Activities held by KWT Permata, such as technical training, business management, and product marketing, aim to improve women's self-actualization in their social environment. This study will explore the role of KWT in empowering village women in Bali, especially through kombucha production, the challenges faced, and its impact on their economic and social welfare. KWT Permata has been well managed and has been touched by assistance from the Government to support the work of the KWT, but there is no or does not yet know the procedures for bookkeeping/daily records related to production, income, costs, profit and loss , so they really don't know clearly the financial conditions and positions, there is no marketing model to promote their products, the packaging is still simple and does not have a brand, and the conditions and environment of the business premises in terms of marketing are very far from the city so that the scope of product marketing is limited.

Indonesia is an agricultural country that has great potential and abundant natural resources for agricultural products. However, from this potential, the economic problems faced by rural communities, the majority of whom are farmers, are very diverse, especially when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, causing people to look for ways to find additional income due to the large number of layoffs. This is also the first step for the Si Kunyit Herbal Medicine Business Group in utilizing the spices they have and becoming a booster during the pandemic. Some of the obstacles faced by the Si Kunyit herbal medicine business group are 1)Not yet having bookkeeping or records related to income, expenses, production costs and profit and loss, 2) Not yet having good governance, so not yet able to set appropriate prices, 3) Marketing systems such as websites, social media and offline marketing that have not been used optimally to market the products produced. 4) Making labels/brands for products to be marketed. 5) Packaging is not yet attractive so it is still inferior to competitors.

Purpose:This study is entitled "Analysis of the Impact of Payroll Accounting and Service Charges on the Work Commitment of Employees at PT. Samaja Bali Villas." The problem discussed in this study is the implementation of work standards based on employee departments that must be met to achieve company goals. This gives rise to different views regarding financial compensation, making the company uncertain about employee perceptions regarding compensation. This study aims to prove whether payroll accounting and service charges influence employee work commitment.Methodology:This study was conducted at PT. Samaja Bali Villas, located at Jl. Kunti II No. 18, Seminyak. The study population included 31 employees of PT. Samaja Bali Villas uses a simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis.Findings:The results achieved in this study are: (1) Payroll accounting at PT. Samaja Bali Villas is considered good and effective, with what employees receive based on their contracts. (2) Service charges at PT. Samaja Bali Villas certainly follow existing government regulations, so that it is effective and efficient in increasing employee work commitment.Implication:This study has implications, namely, the aim of determining the impact of Payroll Accounting and Service Charge on the work commitment of PT. Samaja Bali Villas employees.

The development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is the goal of multi-stakeholder partnerships. In the context of business groups, these partnerships will provide access to resources, knowledge, and broader networks. The partnership program aims to empower MSMEs in Sumerta Kauh Village. Sumerta Kauh Village is located in the East Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali Province. MSMEs in Sumerta Kauh Village are skilled in making Balinese snacks, but their production process is not continuous. Production. This program is implemented through training provided by experts. Experts first understand the manufacturing process for MSME products. After that, training is provided, providing materials on production and packaging. It is because the majority of group members work in offices, resulting in the group's suboptimal performance. Several issues exist within MSMEs, including: 1) Monotonous production and a lack of innovation, 2) Poorly organized accounting records, and 3) Lack of training and outreach for human resource development. Therefore, empowerment of MSMEs in Sumerta Kauh Village is necessary to support decent work in line with MSME objectives and to increase MSME economic growth.
