Abstract

Rehabilitasi merupakan salah satu upaya penanganan masalah wanita tuna susila. Panti Pelayanan Sosial Wanita Wanodyatama Surakarta menjadi tempat tinggal sementara bagi wanita tuna susila agar dapat mengembalikan hak-hak dan fungsi sosial mereka di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna rehabilitasi bagi para wanita tuna susila di PPSW Wanodyatama Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan 4 orang wanita tuna susila (penerima manfaat) yang sedang menjalani proses rehabilitasi di PPSW Wanodyatama Surakarta dan 1 orang pekerja sosial. Teknik pengambilan informan dilakukan secara purposif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain terdapat pemaknaan yang berbeda diantara para wanita tuna susila mengenai rehabiitasi yang memberikan arah yang berbeda pula mengenai sikap dan perilaku mereka terhadap proses rehabilitasi. Adanya keberhasilan, kegagalan maupun pelanggaran dalam rehabilitasi tidak terlepas dari pemaknaan para wanita tuna susila terhadap program tersebut.Interaksi dan komunikasi dalam kelompok mmberikan dampak bagi tindakan mereka dalam proses rehabilitasi.Kata kunci: wanita tuna susila, rehabilitasi, pemaknaan

Abstract

Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang memiliki karakter berbeda dari generasi sebelumnya, yaitu multitasking, artinya mereka dapat melakukan beberapa pekerjaan dalam satu waktu. Sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan  guru atau tenaga pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran agar dapat sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa generasi Z. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyiapkan model dan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa generasi Z, yaitu generasi yang lahir di tahun 1995-2000. Kegiatan diikuti oleh perwakilan dari Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) bidang Pendidikan, khususnya Pendidik jenjang SD/MI hingga SMA/SMK di PCM Gatak. Kegiatan dibagi menjadi 2 sesi, yaitu sesi pertama berisi penjelasan materi dan sesi kedua berisi tentang diskusi dan berbagi pengalaman. Target luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi para pendidik di PCM Gatak dalam penggunaan model dan media pembelajaran. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan, para guru memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman guru tentang berbagai model pembelajaran, seperti: inquiry based learning, problem based learning, experiential based learning, task based learning, theme based learning, cooperative learning, project based learning dan flipped classroom model. Model pembelajaran seperti inilah yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam mendidik atau mengajar generasi Z. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Selain itu perlu adanya pengabdian lanjutan berfokus pada simulasi model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien

Abstract

This research aims to know how the forms of uncertainty experienced by deaf salon workers, as well as how they reduce uncertainty in communicating with new customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, such as for the collections of data using in-depth interviews and observations of 4 people at the deaf salon workers. The research of this studi show the form of uncertainty experienced by the workers among others: 1) Cognitive uncertainty, worries about the limitations they have made them difficult to get clear information, not able to understand customer’s wishes, fear will get bad prejudice from customers. 2) Behavior uncertainty is an inability to estimate new customer behavior, worry there will be complaints if you are not satisfied with the treatment provided, worries about a customer bidding a lower price than the one set. The process of reducing uncertainty experienced by deaf salon workers: 1) Proactive process, where the deaf salon workers thinks about the communication options it will do, they great them directly, think of verbal communication and not. 2) Retroactive process, where the deaf workers explained how to interact with new customers, how the attitude and behaviors of the opponent talk about interacting with them. In addition to the uncertainty reduction strategy undertaken by deaf salon workers. 1) Passive strategy, by doing observations as an effort to find out about new customers and what do they have to do. 2) Active strategy, deaf salon workers looking for information using third person help or in other words ask about someone through others. 3) Interactive strategy, deaf salon workers perform interactions directly to reduce the sense of uncertainty they experience.

Abstract

Abstract

Film is the result of current technological developments and film is also one of the media in mass communication. In a film, there must be symbols and signs hidden from every scene in it. These symbols and signs have the meaning in them. As in the film Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini, in this film there is a family communication that happen and contains symbols and signs in the communication. This study purpose to know the kind of family communication in the film Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini. The methodology used is a qualitative research with the semiotic approach of Roland Barthes. The data uses primary data from cutscenes and scenes from the film Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini  and secondary data from the literature to support primary data. The results of this study there are three kinds of family communication, is symbolic communication in the kind of a hand pointing gesture shows an attitude of anger, holding hands and stroking the shoulders shows a calming and embracing attitude showing the attitude that parents will always love their children. Non-verbal communication in the kind of bowing the head shows an attitude of worrying about the child's condition, supporting the chin and glaring eyes showing an angry attitude. And verbal communication.

Abstract

Makanan tradisional merupakan warisan budaya yang pada saat ini sudah sangat jarang ditemukan. Banyak orang beranggapan bahwa makanan tradisional adalah panganan yang sudah ketinggalan zaman, oleh sebab itu perlu adanya strategi komunikasi pemasaran agar masyarakat tetap dapat mengenal dan menikmati kuliner tradisional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran kuliner tradisional di Cafe Gulo Jowo, melalui media Instagram. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran kuliner tradisional di Cafe Gulo Jowo, surakarta melalui media instagram dilakukan dengan 5 konsep, yaitu strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang meliputi Advertising, Sales promotion, Public relation and publicity, Personal selling dan Direct marketing. Cafe Gulo Jowo berupaya untuk mengiklankan produknya melalui akun-akun instagram yang memberikan informasi mengenai event atau seputar kuliner di Kota Solo. Kemudian Cafe Gulo Jowo juga menyampaikan informasi melalui Instagram Story. Pada aktivitas penjualan personal, semua karyawan di Cafe Gulo Jowo dituntut untuk selalu ramah kepada pelanggannya untuk menjaga kedekatan secara emosional. Dalam melakukan aktivitas pemasaran langsung, pihak Cafe Gulo Jowo mencantumkan informasi berupa nomor telepon, alamat serta Aplikasi Go-food di beranda dan bio Instagram. Sosial media adalah sarana bagi penjual untuk memasarkan usahannya, bagi pelaku usaha makanan tradisional dapat menggunakan instagram agar makanan tradisonal dapat digemari banyak orang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen privasi model hijabers melalui privat akun di Instagram. Privat akun merupakan salah satu fitur di Instagram dimana pengguna mengunci akun sehingga tidak semua audiens bisa melihat aktivitas pengguna di Instagram. Teori Manajemen Privasi Manajemen digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dalam memperoleh data primer dan dilakukan observasi akun Instagram untuk data sekunder. Data divalidasi menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil dalampenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model hijabers dalam manajemen privasi di Instagram dengan cara menggunakan privat akun Instagram dan mengatur konten unggahan dari foto, video maupun caption hingga adanya filter audiens karena merupakan ranah privasi mereka.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the pillars of the local economy in Indonesian society, and as such, this sector should receive special attention to maintain and develop it. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant economic disruption, leading to a prolonged crisis. Kembang Kuning Village in Boyolali is an example of a tourism industry that possesses natural and cultural resources, which could serve as capital to establish a tourist village but has been hindered by the pandemic. This mentoring activity aims to revitalize tourist villages by identifying their potential. The service method includes traning and education of SWOT analysis. The results of the service demonstrate that there are strategies that Kembang Kuning Village can implement to not only restore local residents' income from the tourism sector but also enhance the quality of the existing tourist villages.

Abstract

The presence of children within family, especially the presence of the first child, is certainly not easy for young families, especially for women. In her first birth, a woman experienced different conditions such as changing roles and the responsibilities that must be carried out in her family is also increased. There is a need for self adjunction to face the new roles and activities especially in early weeks of babyborn, after a mother gave birth to a child. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The respondents in this study were new families who had their first baby especially those who were postpartum and were not LDR (Long Distance Relationship). Samples will be used as interviewees in this study were 2 baby blues mother who employee and unemployee. Data analysis of this study using interactive analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study showed that married couple conditions who have just got their first baby birth, especially mother who experienced the baby blues syndrome, certainly will experience a not so good conditions for the family and there is a need for good interpersonal communication to avoid conflicts that led a fatal outcome. Good interpersonal communication, fairness, empathy, mutual support, positive thinking and mutual respect for each other equality will develop a harmonious relationship between husband and wife in a family even though the mother who just gave birth experienced the baby blues syndrome.
