TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN KELUARGA TENTANG GASTRITIS PADA LANSIA DI DESA NGABAN RW 04, TANGGULANGIN, SIDOARJO Meli Diana; Radita Sandia

Introduction. Lansia merupakan istilah tahap akhir dari proses penuaan, akibat proses ini lansia mengalami kemunduran, kelemahan manusiawi dan sosial. Gastritis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang terjadi pada lansia pada sistem pencernaan. Gastritis adalah suatu proses inflamasi pada lapisan mukosa dan submukosa lambung. Insiden gastritis meningkat dengan lanjutnya proses menua. Methods. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan keluarga lansia tentang gastritis pada lansia di Desa Ngaban RW 04 Tanggulangin. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat pengetahuan keluarga lansia tentang gastritis pada lansia di Desa Ngaban RW 04 Tanggulangin Sidoarjo, sampel sebanyak 35 responden diambil dengan tekhnik total sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup skala ordinal. Setelah data terkumpul selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan cara editing, scoring, dan tabulating. Results. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah sebanyak 21 orang (60%) mengalami pengetahuan cukup. Discussion. Untuk itu diharapkan pelayanan kesehatan di Desa Ngaban diadakan pendidikan kesehatan atau penyuluhan tentang gastritis pada lansia sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan keluarga tetntang gastritis pada lansia.

Introduction. Air bersih yang sehat adalah salah satu jenis sumber daya berbasis air yang bermutu baik dan biasa dimanfaatkan oleh manusia untuk dikonsumsi atau dalam melakukan aktivitas mereka sehari-hari termasuk diantaranya adalah sanitasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang konsumsi air bersih dan sehat di Dusun Kesamben Rw 04 Porong Sidoarjo. Methods. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitianiniadalahpenelitiandeskriptif.Populasidalampenelitianiniadalahsemuaibu diDusunKesambenRw04 Porong Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 260 ibu dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 157 responden. Teknik Sampling yang di gunakan adalah rendom sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner dengan jumlah soal 10 soal. Data yang terkumpul disajikan dalam bentuk tabulasi silang dan narasi, selanjutnya diinterpretasikan menjadi suatu kesimpulan. Results. Hasil Penelitihan ini menunjukkan bahwa Kurang dari setengah responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebesar 49% Dengan Tingkat Pengetahuan ibu tentang konsumsi air bersih dan sehat di Dusun Kesamben RW 04 Porong Sidoarjo. Discussion. Untuk itu diharapkan bagi perawat semakin meningkatkan pula pelayanan berupa pendidikan kesehatan pada masyarakat agar semakin banyak orang meningkat pengetahuannya mengenai kesehatan terutama mengkonsumsi air bersih yang sehat untuk menekan terjadinya penyakit yang di sebabkan karena air yang tidak bersih.

Background: The Indonesia Sehat Program is a program to improve the quality of life of the Indonesian people. The target of this program is to improve the health and nutritional status of the community through health and community empowerment efforts supported by financial protection and equitable distribution of health services. The latest estimate of the International Diabetes Federation, there are 382 million people living with Diabetes in the world in 2013. By 2035 this number is expected to increase to 592 million people.Objectives: This study aimed to determine the relationship between the role of families in diet monitoring with the level of compliance with Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients in carrying out the Diabetes Mellitus diet at Kebonsari Candi Sidoarjo.Method: This study used correlational design with a sample of 25 people. Samples were obtained using total sampling method. The instrument used to obtain data in this study is a questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed by using the Spearman test with p ≤ 0,01.Results: Families who play an active role in the supervision of diabetic patients with diabetes mellitus are related to the level of patient compliance in the obedient category of 44%. Based on the Spearman Rank test with p <0.01, the correlation level is 0.600. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of families in diet monitoring and the level of adherence to type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in carrying out a diabetes mellitus diet has a strong level of correlation.Conclusion: Families are required to play an active role in supervising diabetics in carrying out the diabetes mellitus diet so that it can prevent complications of the disease and the quality of life of the sufferer. Background: Until now, there are still many mothers who give complementary foods to babies before the age of 6 months. This is due to the lack of knowledge of mothers about complementary foods, the benefits and methods of giving complementary foods correctly, and improper complementary feeding habits, as well as the support from families in providing complementary foods. These conditions affect the mother's attitude in giving complementary foods (Sulistijani & Herlianty, 2001). Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing complementary foods to infants aged 0-12 months. Methods: The research design used correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had children aged 0-12 months in Balonggabus Village as many as 58 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The sample size in this study were 58 respondents. Data collection was obtained through demographic data and questionnaire sheets with a total of 26 questions. Data were analyzed using the Spearmen Rho test with a significance level of p ≤ 0.05. Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge of mothers in giving complementary foods to infants aged 0-12 months in Balonggabus Village, Candi, Sidoarjo, almost half of them had a low level of knowledge of 28 respondents (48.3%), and attitudes of mothers in giving complementary foods to babies. Most of those aged 0-12 months had negative attitudes as many as 38 respondents (65.5%). The results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing complementary foods to babies aged 0-12 months in Balonggabus Village, Candi, Sidoarjo with a significance level of 0.000 (ρ ≤ 0.05). Discussion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the better the level of knowledge of a mother regarding complementary feeding, the mother has a positive attitude in complementary feeding. Conclusion: The implication of this study shows that the level of knowledge of mothers in providing complementary foods needs to be improved by providing information by health workers and health cadres about complementary feeding, so that the mother's attitude will be positive.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an infectious disease caused by one of four dengue viruses that is transmitted by mosquitoes, especially aedes aegypti and aedes albopyctus. The occurrence of outbreaks in Indonesia caused by various factors, including an environment that is still conducive to the breeding of Aedes mosquitoes, expansion of endemic areas due to the emergence of new residential areas, minimal eradication of mosquito nests, and increased population mobilization.This correlational study uses cross sectional method where the data collection is by distributing questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were three hundred (300) respondents who were drawn using stratified random sampling technique. After the data is collected then tabulated and processed using the Spearman Rho Test with p ≤ 0.05.The statistical test results of the relationship between the level of knowledge and behavior in mosquito nests eradication using the Spearmen rho test showed that p-value = 0.882> α so that it was concluded that there was no relationship between them. While the statistical test results of the relationship between information exposure and behavior mosquito nests eradication using the Spearmen rho test found that there was no relationship between the two variables p value = 0.229> α so it was concluded that there was no relationship between them.The community must be active in seeking information about dengue hemorrhagic fever and increase their participation in eradicating mosquito nests on an ongoing basis both at home and in the surrounding environment. The new normal for nurses is a push to revitalize the profession, especially for emergency nurses. Many patients with COVID-19 will be asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic. The role of Emergency Nurses as frontline in Pandemic have to adaptation with new standard for guideline personal protection equipment. The purpose of this study was to discuss the role of Emergency Nursing in in new normal adaptation during pandemic of Covid-19. This is a theoretical reflection based on the scientific literature. The pandemic emphasizes the importance of nursing care for the preservation of life and the right to health, and the Nursing Now Campaign echoes the demand for recognition of nursing practitioners who are at the frontline fighting of the COVID-19. Nursing practitioners have vital role as care giver, educator, advocacy, researcher and agent of change. Emergency of nursing have vital role in new normal adaptation as frontline. Nursing must consider its own worth, expand its potential for lifelong learning role as care giver, educator, advocacy and researcher, and be mindful be agent of change.

The socialization related to the prevention of COVID-19 in the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia is a form of concern for the academic community of the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia in dealing with the spread of COVID-19 in the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia. This activity was carried out on August 20, 2021 at the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia campus. The implementation was attended by 90% of the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia academic community. This is because the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia academic community did not attend this event due to illness and was on guard at the Security Post to maintain security. The process of implementing this socialization activity was carried out for 3 weeks, starting from the coordination process of community service implementers, preparation, up to the evaluation of the implementation of the socialization activities. The activity went smoothly and the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia academics were very enthusiastic in participating in the implementation of this socialization activity. The entire Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia academic community who participated in this socialization have been able to understand the implementation of the COVID-19 response and will carry out the implementation of the COVID-19 response in the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia and wherever they are.

Health Promotion Activities about the Dangers of Smoking in Adolescents at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at growing and improving healthy behavior in adolescents, especially in recognizing the dangers of smoking for health. The activity was carried out on November 21, 2018 at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. The target is students of MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to the relevant parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 40 students and 2 teachers, participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and conducive, the activity can be carried out on time smoothly. First Aid Training in Accidents (P3K) in Youth Organization and Health Care Cadres in Rangkah Kidul Village is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing the understanding and skills of the general public towards first aid in accidents. The implementation of these activities on December 7, 2019 took place at the Rangkah Kidul Village Hall, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The target is Youth Organization and Health Cadre of Rangkah Kidul Village, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for approximately 2 months before the activity is carried out, starting from determining the theme of the training to applying for permission to the parties concerned. As a form of evaluation, the activity was attended by 28 participants consisting of Health Cadres, Youth Organization, Village Officials, Head of RT / RW, and LKMD representatives. Participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and seemed very enthusiastic, the training activities could run on time and smoothly.
