Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah madrasah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi pedagogik guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggambar beberapa data yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan obeservasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa 1) Kondisi Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru di MA Nurul Huda Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo tidak terlepas dari kebijakan kepala madrasah yang diberikan kepada Guru-gurunya. 2) Peran Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru di MA Nurul Huda Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo terbagi dalam dua kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan formal dan non formal. 3) Motivasi Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru MA Nurul Huda Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo yaitu mendorong lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas, memotivasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi (S2).

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, play a central role in preserving and promoting Islamic religious and cultural traditions. One of the important elements of education in Islamic boarding schools is the teaching of Arabic. Arabic is not only a means of understanding the teachings of Islam but also a gateway to the rich intellectual heritage of the Islamic world. This qualitative research uses open questionnaires as a data collection technique. The questionnaires were distributed to Arabic teachers in seven Islamic boarding schools in Situbondo. The results cite the strengths of Islamic boarding schools in the form of their long-standing tradition of teaching Arabic and Islamic culture, the presence of knowledgeable teachers, a focus on memorizing the Quran, and a communal learning environment. However, weaknesses in the traditional curriculum may overlook practical aspects such as the use of digital technology in Arabic language learning in the modern world. To improve Arabic language learning in Islamic boarding schools, it is important to address the practical aspects of the language, maximize opportunities for collaboration and adoption of technology, and address challenges such as cultural and social change and competition from formal educational institutions offering Arabic language instruction.

Abstract

Gili Iyang Island, located on the eastern side of Madura Island, possesses a unique tradition of preserving Quranic manuscripts known as Alquran se Jimat. These manuscripts serve not only as religious texts but also as symbols of the local community's cultural identity. This study employed a qualitative approach using Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document analysis to understand the historical context, the values contained within the manuscripts, and their practical usage in the daily lives of the community. The findings indicate that the Alquran se Jimat manuscripts hold significant historical value, reflecting the oral traditions and religious practices of the Gili Iyang community. Furthermore, these manuscripts play a crucial role in strengthening social cohesion and cultural identity, as well as positively impacting education and morality within the community. This research highlights the importance of preserving Quranic manuscripts as part of cultural heritage. Recommendations for preservation programs and the development of scholarly values are proposed to ensure the sustainability of this tradition in the future

Abstract

This study examines the Share Price of PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (BeFa) for the 2014-2023 period which is influenced by factors such as Debt Ratio, Working Capital Turnover and Sales Growth. The data processed is secondary data on DER ratios, WCT, Sales Growth obtained from the Financial Position Report and Profit and Loss Report, as well as the Stock Overview for the closing price of BeFa shares. Next, SPSS was used to analyze the data using multiple linear regression analysis to obtain partial, simultaneous effects and the coefficient of determination. The findings obtained are that partially the Debt Ratio and Sales Growth based on processing results have a negative and significant impact on stock prices. Meanwhile, Working Capital Turnover has a positive impact on share prices. Then together these three independent variables have a significant impact on stock prices. The Adjusted R-Sqaure value shows the ability of these factors to explain the company's share price by 96.1%.

Abstract

Qur'an education in remote areas faces challenges in the form of ancient and less effective learning methods in Quran education in remote areas faces challenges in the form of learning methods that are old-fashioned and less effective in improving the reading ability and fluency of students, especially in traditional communities. Therefore, innovation in teaching methods is needed that are in accordance with the characteristics and needs of students in the area. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Classroom Action Research (CAR) approaches conducted at Madrasah Raudlatul Jannah, Dusun Masegit Bajuran Cerme Bondowoso. The research subjects consisted of 8 students who were selected purposively. The results showed a significant increase in the students' ability to read the Quran, with this finding indicating that the application of the Qur'ani Sidogiri method is effective in improving the ability to read the Quran as well as being a strategy for community empowerment based on Islamic education in remote areas. An innovative, participatory, and adaptive approach can be widely applied to improve the quality of religious education and empower religious teachers in various regions that have similar characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalam tentang administrasi kepegawaian di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru, mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia yang memainkan peran krusial dalam efektivitas lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Fokus utama penelitian ini mencakup proses rekrutmen, seleksi, dan evaluasi kinerja guru serta staf administrasi. Penanganan administratif, termasuk manajemen absensi, pengelolaan izin, dan kesejahteraan pegawai, juga menjadi perhatian. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pengembangan profesional bagi tenaga pendidik dan staf di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru juga dieksplorasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas kebijakan privasi dan keamanan data kepegawaian, serta upaya yang diambil untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi terkait. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang praktik administrasi kepegawaian di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru dan memberikan dasar bagi perbaikan dan pengembangan ke depannya.

Abstract

This research explores Community Service (PKM) activities carried out by the Nurul Huda Islamic College in Situbondo under the leadership of Azisi, S.Sy., M.Pd. The purpose of PKM is to enrich knowledge and technology, support general welfare, and advance the education sector in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. The focus of the research is on PKM activities which focus on strengthening understanding the virtues of providing education to children through the study of the book Tanqihul Qaul in Juglangan Village. Research method by involving community participation through socialization and counseling. And documentation and evaluation of the level of community understanding and practice of knowledge obtained from book studies. This religious strengthening activity has a positive impact as evidenced by the evaluation results which show that the level of understanding of the people of Juglangan Village towards book study reaches 80%, while 20% requires further understanding. In terms of practicing knowledge, 75% of people can practice knowledge well, and 25% require further evaluation.

Abstract

Merupakan penelitian yang berfokus pada penciptaan karya seni berbasis riset sekaligus bernilai ekonomi. Karya yang diciptakan adalah karya batik motif Pesona Covid Endorphin yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi wabah covid 19, juga memberikan inovasi terhadap motif batik dalam kondisi yang terjadi di Indonesia. Diharapkan pengembangan motif batik ini dapat di gunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan produk baru untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Metode penciptaan karya seni terdapat tiga tahap yaitu eksperimen, perenungan, perwujudan. Dari metode tersebut penulis akan mengembangkan motif batik pesona covid endorphin menjadi produk-produk baru yang memiliki muatan edusyiarpreneur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan teori pencipta dengan upaya mendeskripsikan rekonstruksi nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam motif batik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hal tersebut penulis temukan pada rekontruksi nilai Pendidikan Islam yang mana dapatditerapkan pada suatu motif batik. Filosofi yang dapat diterapkan motif atau ragam hias Pendidikan Islam diantaranya, (1) transformasi Pendidikan Islam secara aplikatif melalui motif batiknya (education); (2) Pendidikan berciri khas nilai ajaran ulama (syiar), (3) Eksistensi batik sebagai warisan budaya leluhur sudah seharusnya dipertahankankelestariannya, sebagai hasil katrya Pendidikan, dakwah sekaligus bernilai ekonomi (preneur).

Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ understanding of inflectional morphology in articles in The Jakarta Post. Previous research generally focuses only on identifying the types and frequency of inflectional morphemes in narrative texts, thus limited studies examining students' understanding in the context of authentic news texts. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach involving 15 English Education students who had taken a Morphology course. Data were collected through written tests and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using the Spradley model. The results showed that students understood regular inflectional forms such as plural (-s/-es) and present participle (-ing) well, but experienced difficulties with irregular forms such as irregular past tense, irregular plural, and comparative and superlative. Difficulties were influenced by a lack of mastery of grammatical concepts, minimal practice in authentic texts, and limited vocabulary. These findings demonstrate the importance of integrating morphology learning with contextual text analysis to improve students’ understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan dari metode talaqqi dan muraja’ah dalam program tahfidz Al-Qur’an melalui kegiatan PLP mahasiswa PGMI yang dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah 5 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang mana datanya diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi, dan hal ini tentunya melibatkan guru tahfidz, mahasiswa PLP, serta peserta didik yang mengikuti program tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode talaqqi dilaksanakan dengan cara guru atau mentor akan membacakan ayat atau surat pendeknya terlebih dahulu kemudian diikuti oleh peserta didik, sehingga jika terjadi kesalahan bacaan dapat langsung diperbaiki. Sedangkan metode muraja’ah dilakukan untuk mengulang hafalan yang sudah dimiliki secara rutin, sehingga hafalannya menjadi lebih kuat dan tidak mudah lupa. Dalam hal ini, mahasiswa PGMI juga berperan aktif dalam membantu guru untuk membimbing peserta didik, mendengarkan setoran hafalan, serta memberikan motivasi supaya mereka menjadi lebih semangat dalam menghafal. Oleh karena itu, kedua metode tersebut sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena keduannya saling melengkapi dan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca serta menghafal Al-Qur’an pada peserta didik. Selain itu, juga dapat menciptakan proses pembelajaran tahfidz yang lebih terarah dan efektif terutama di lingkungan sekolah dasar.
