Berbagai penelitian dan karya ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan Konsep, metode, dan proses pelaksanaan pendidikan keagamaan di pesantren memang cukup banyak namun yang ansih membahas tentang pembelajaran kitab kuning melalui tradisi proses pembelajaran di pondok pesantren masih belum banyak, sehingga menjadi penting dan menarik untuk dibahas dan dipahami lebih konprehensif adapun karya tulis ilmiah tentang pesantren telah tersebar luas, baik dalam bentuk buku–buku, makalah, buletien dan majalah. Namun realitasnya masih banyak yang tersisa yang belum terungkap oleh sebagian pemerhati pendidikan tentang pondok pesantren, yang tidak ditemukan di luar pesantren atau pendidikan lain, yang jelas mereka sepakat dan berkesimpulan, bahwa di pesantren terdapat nilai-nilai yang sangat menarik dan spesifik untuk dikaji, salah satunya tentang model pembelajaran kitab kuning. Pembelajaran kitab kuning merupakan salah satu ciri khas tradisional yang masih dilestarikan di lembaga pondok pesantren, maka penulis banyak menemukan karya ilmiah yang mengkaji terhadap system pembelajaran kitab kuning di berbagai pondok pesantren. Jurnal konseptual ini diklasifikasikan menjadi dua hal yaitu sebagai berikut; pertama bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran kitab kuning sebagai upaya pengembangan kemampuan santri serta dampak dan urgensi pembelajaran kitab kuning dalam mengembangkan kompetensi santri

There are students in the school environment who don't speak Arabic anymore, although it is an obligation for them. This is a problem because the learning goal does not go well. All Arabic language teaching in the school environment should be as much as possible adapted to the success of students, namely speaking Arabic fluently and fluently. In this phenomenon, the school uses audiovisual methods to familiarize students with Arabic communication in the school environment, based on a theoretical basis: Arabic is speech, not writing. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of audiovisual methods in the learning of Arabic communication. This research is in the form of field research with descriptive qualitative methods and theoretical approaches. The results of this study show the realization of audiovisual methods based on behavioral theories developed by Skinner, behind the realization there is a problem and solution, namely: Students find it difficult to listen to Arabic sounds using recordings recorded in class at the beginning of the lesson because they are not used to it. Solutions to encourage this problem teachers and schools should develop and practice such methods over time methods so that students do not get bored and become habitual.

Educational institutions have a significant role in the socio-political context, as places where the transfer of knowledge, culture, and values is carried out. This article aims to analyze educational institutions as one of the sociopolitical systems, focusing on E. Mark Hanson's conception of schools as entities that affect societal and political change. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of data analysis show that educational institutions have an important role in strengthening the government's position, influencing national sentiment, and shaping the character of students. The implications of E. Mark Hanson's idea of the school as a sociopolitical system are also discussed. This article is expected to provide a deep insight into the relationship between educational institutions and sociopolitical systems, as well as their relevance in the current context of globalization.

Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, play a central role in preserving and promoting Islamic religious and cultural traditions. One of the important elements of education in Islamic boarding schools is the teaching of Arabic. Arabic is not only a means of understanding the teachings of Islam but also a gateway to the rich intellectual heritage of the Islamic world. This qualitative research uses open questionnaires as a data collection technique. The questionnaires were distributed to Arabic teachers in seven Islamic boarding schools in Situbondo. The results cite the strengths of Islamic boarding schools in the form of their long-standing tradition of teaching Arabic and Islamic culture, the presence of knowledgeable teachers, a focus on memorizing the Quran, and a communal learning environment. However, weaknesses in the traditional curriculum may overlook practical aspects such as the use of digital technology in Arabic language learning in the modern world. To improve Arabic language learning in Islamic boarding schools, it is important to address the practical aspects of the language, maximize opportunities for collaboration and adoption of technology, and address challenges such as cultural and social change and competition from formal educational institutions offering Arabic language instruction.

Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda dalam kegiatan belajar mengajarnya biasanya ditandai dengan bermacam kegiatan salah satunya program persyaratan sebelum kenaikan kelas, yang dimana persyaratan tersebut dibuat oleh pihak yayasan langsung dan didistribusikan oleh kepala madrasah. Fokus analisis bagaimana upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa melalui persyaratan kenaikan kelas di Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Al-Banat Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskritif, dengan menggunakan dua jenis sumber data, yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi kuesioner/angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepala Madrasah Nurul Huda Al-Banat mempunyai tugas yaitu sebagai educator, manager, adminitrator, leader. Kepala Madrasah juga sudah memenuhi tugasnya yakni membuat perencanaan program, menempatkan tenaga pendidik sesuai kemampuannya. Strategi yang digunakan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo sebagai berikut : 1. Melakukan pengontrolan terhadap berjalannya proses persyaratan baik pihak yang sudah dibebankan menjadi penanggung jawab atau peserta didik agar persyaratan mencapai target. 2. Kepala madrasah memberikan kewajiban kepada setiap guru pembimbing untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan Melakukan evaluasi program dan memberikan arahan kepada guru pembimbing.

This research is driven by the urgent need to create a learning environment that not only serves as a place for study but also acts as a space that motivates students, encourages creativity, and enhances their active engagement in the learning process. A creative learning environment has been proven to help students develop critical thinking skills, collaborative abilities, and proficiency in solving complex problems. The purpose of this study is to systematically review the literature to understand the positive impact of a creative learning environment on the field of education. The method used is literature analysis, which includes relevant studies from various trusted sources. The research results show that an innovative and student-responsive learning environment can increase learning motivation while promoting optimal learning outcomes. This study provides valuable guidance for educators and policymakers in designing curricula and teaching methods that support active and participatory learning.

Gili Iyang Island, located on the eastern side of Madura Island, possesses a unique tradition of preserving Quranic manuscripts known as Alquran se Jimat. These manuscripts serve not only as religious texts but also as symbols of the local community's cultural identity. This study employed a qualitative approach using Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document analysis to understand the historical context, the values contained within the manuscripts, and their practical usage in the daily lives of the community. The findings indicate that the Alquran se Jimat manuscripts hold significant historical value, reflecting the oral traditions and religious practices of the Gili Iyang community. Furthermore, these manuscripts play a crucial role in strengthening social cohesion and cultural identity, as well as positively impacting education and morality within the community. This research highlights the importance of preserving Quranic manuscripts as part of cultural heritage. Recommendations for preservation programs and the development of scholarly values are proposed to ensure the sustainability of this tradition in the future

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom model in improving the speaking skills (Maharah Kalam) of students in the Arabic Language Education Program at STAI Nurul Huda Kapongan Situbondo. The research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving 30 students divided into two groups: an experimental group applying the Flipped Classroom model and a control group using conventional teaching methods. The findings indicate that the Flipped Classroom model significantly improves students' speaking skills. The t-test analysis revealed a significant difference between the two groups, with p < 0.05. Additionally, the effect size (Cohen's d) shows that Flipped Classroom has a strong impact on Maharah Kalam skills. This study also found that the model not only enhances speaking skills but also boosts students' confidence in communication. The study recommends implementing the Flipped Classroom model in Arabic language teaching to foster more interactive and effective learning.

Tujuan pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk melakukan stimulasi kepada guru ngaji dengan kegiatan pendampingan agar supaya SDM Guru bisa meningkat dan kretif dalam pembelajaran membaca al-qur’an, metode pendampinagn guru Ngaji Pada Aspek Pembelajaran Membaca Al-Qur’an Melalui Metode ‘Allimna. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Ada 5 aset (potensi) yang ada di dalam ABCD yaitu: Aset Individu, Asosiasi, Institusi, Fisik atau Materi dan koneksi atau jaringan komunikasi yang luas. Langkah pemberdayaan yang akan dilakukan di komunitas Musholla Al-Hidayah Kabupaten Jember, yaitu define, discovery ,dream, design dan deliver atau destiny. Hasil pemberdayaan menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan di di komunitas Musholla Al-Hidayah Kabupaten Jember telah dilaksanakan dengan berbagai tahapan berikut yaitu tahap Define, Discovery, Dream, Design dan Deliver. Abstract Al-Qur'an education at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) institution often faces challenges in teaching effective reading methods. The At-Tanzil method is expected to increase students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an according to the rules of recitation. This research uses a community service approach by applying the At-Tanzil method at TPQ Al-Khoirot, Nurul Imam Foundation, Sumberjambe, Jember. Training is provided to TPQ teachers to improve their abilities in teaching reading the Koran. Evaluation is carried out through observation and questionnaires to measure the improvement in students' reading abilities. The evaluation results showed that 80% of students experienced a significant increase in their ability to read the Koran after implementing the At-Tanzil method. In addition, 70% of students showed a better understanding of the rules of recitation. The program was also successful in instilling Islamic character values, with 75% of parents reporting positive changes in their children's behavior. The application of the At-Tanzil method not only improves the ability to read the Koran, but also contributes to the formation of the character of the students. Continuous training for TPQ teachers is very important to maintain the quality of teaching. Mentoring TPQ teachers using the At-Tanzil method has proven to be effective in increasing fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an and forming the character of students. Further efforts are needed to expand this program to other TPQs in order to improve the quality of Al-Qur'an education in society.
