Abstract

Excelsa Coffee Shop is one of the businesses engaged in culinary in the form of a cafe located in Dumai. In the sales process so far at Excelsa Coffee Shop, it is done manually / offline by directly coming to the store. The problem that occurs from the manual system is the absence of sales reports per day or per month, a service system that still relies on a manual system is also not much profitable in sales because it depends on customers who buy directly from the store so that the sales process and results are less efficient. Therefore, a computerized system is needed to help the sales process and record sales results online, namely, E-commerce.E-commerce is an online-based sales system that is used to view and buy products through the website, by first having an account by registering, after having an account customers can check out and make payments via bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD).

Abstract

Examination is a form of evaluation of the learning process to measure the achievement of student intelligence in schools. The implementation of conventional exams that are often carried out by schools has the potential for fraud both from students who cheat during the exam or leak exam questions before the exam takes place and also the operational costs that must be incurred by schools to duplicate questions and coupled with teachers needing additional time to check student exam results. In addition to being carried out in writing or orally, exams can also be carried out using computer aids. With the help of this study, teachers will be able to create questions without worrying that they will be leaked to students before the test and share them with other educators teaching the same subject. Students should be able to receive exam results right away after the test is over, and teachers won't have to worry about checking the results because they will be sent to them automatically. For schools, the costs incurred for paper can be reduced with this online exam system. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based application with the concept of client server using the help of a framework that already supports the model, view and controller system. This application has users, where there are several users with differentiators in the form of access rights.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang memerlukan pengelolaan jangka panjang dan menjadi tantangan utama dalam upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Penyakit ini berperan besar sebagai faktor risiko terjadinya berbagai komplikasi kardiovaskular yang dapat mengancam jiwa. Berdasarkan laporan World Health Organization (WHO), diperkirakan terdapat sekitar 972 juta penderita hipertensi di seluruh dunia atau sekitar 26,4% dari populasi global, dan angka ini diprediksi meningkat menjadi 29,2% pada tahun 2025. Sebagian besar kasus hipertensi teridentifikasi di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dasar, khususnya di Puskesmas. Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas memiliki peran penting dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, khususnya keperawatan keluarga. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pendokumentasian keperawatan keluarga di Puskesmas masih banyak dilakukan secara manual, belum terstandar, dan belum terintegrasi dalam sistem berbasis teknologi. Kondisi ini berpotensi menyebabkan pengkajian data yang tidak lengkap, kesalahan dalam penegakan diagnosa keperawatan, serta ketidakefektifan dalam intervensi dan evaluasi perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengintegrasikan layanan primer dalam implementasi asuhan keperawatan berbasis 3S (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI) pada pasien hipertensi melalui aplikasi berbasis Android di Puskesmas Sapta Taruna Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dimodifikasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di Puskesmas Sapta Taruna selaku pemberi asuhan keperawatan. Proses pengembangannya aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Skor validasi keseluruhan kemudahan penggunaan adalah 4,15. Pengembangan model ini memberikan kemudahan kepada perawat dalam melakukan pendokumentasian keperawatan secara lebih cepat, akurat, real-time, dan terstandar sesuai 3S yakni SDKI, SLKI, dan SIKI.
