PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) entered into a collaboration with PT. Taspen (Persero) in the payment of pension funds. The Sanggau Post Office is a place of public service, where during the Covid-19 pandemic there were still many people queuing to collect pension funds. The number of customers who took pension funds was 208 customers, so there was a long queue which resulted in the crowds of customers queuing up. The application of physical distancing as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by implementing health protocols while queuing. According to WHO, the physical distancing distance is one to two meters. The need to reduce the queues that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic can be designed a queuing system model in accordance with existing conditions and an alternative proposed improvement for the optimal queuing system using a simulation method with the help of Arena software. The results showed that the average total time was 10.9 minutes and the average waiting time was 33.9 minutes. Based on the results of the repair scenario, the best scenario for improvement is scenario 2, in the form of a proposed improvement for the addition of 2 counters. Scenario 2 obtains an average total time of 4.9 minutes, while the average waiting time is 5.04 minutes. Therefore, the Sanggau Post Office can add 2 service counters, so there are 3 counters that can serve customers taking pension funds.

Pendahuluan Program Keluarga Berencana adalah merupakan program pemerintah guna meningkatan kepedulian dan peran serta masyarakat melalui kedewasaan usia perkawinan, pengaturan usia kelahiran anak , pembinaan ketahanan dalam keluarga, peningkatan kesejahteraan dalam keluarga kecil yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi merupakan hal yang belum diminati oleh masyarakat, Penyebabnya karena masyarakat masih merasa takut memakai alat kontrasepsi dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan tentang alat kontrasepsi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengedukasi Pasangan Usia Subur di RW 02 kelurahan Tanjung Riau, Hasil Pengabdian ini di harapkan semua pasangan usia subur di RW 2 Kelurahan Tanjung Riau dapat memahami tentang Program Keluarga Berencana serta pentingnya penggunaan alat kontrasepsi.

Insiden cedera merupakan salah satu mutu dari pelayanan mutu keperawatan. Insiden cedera menunjukan kualitas pelayanan suatu rumah sakit dan memberikan dampak terhadap pasien, keluarga dan petugas yang merawat. Alarm klinis merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk memonitoring keadaan dari berbagai pasien yang harus di lakukan oleh perawat. Beberapa pasien memerlukan pemantauan berlanjut dengn memantau aktifitas sehari –hari. Oleh karena itu, penting nya perawat terlibat dalam memonitor alarm klinis pasien untuk memudahkn dalam memantau beberapa keadaan pasien. Perawat harus mengetahui terlebih dahulu parameter pada layar alarm klinis pasien serta cara pemasangan alarm klinis pasien, sehingga dapat menghindari terjadinya insiden cedera fisiologis pada pasien. Manfaat dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakt ini agar untuk meningkatkan mutu dari pelayanan keperawatan serta mengurangi jumlah insiden terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di rumah sakit. Tujuan dari dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk langsung menjelaskan keterlibatan perawat dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien terhadap alarm klinis perangkat medis di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam

Emergency Unit is a service unit in the Hospital that must provide fast and appropriate services so that the objectives of emergency services are achieved and at the same time provide satisfaction to patients. Waiting time is a problem that is still commonly found in the practice of health services. Waiting time is one aspect of the service quality dimension, if waiting time is well managed, the result is customer satisfaction is obtained. At Awal Bros Batam Hospital, waiting time becomes an important priority element because patients can feel dissatisfied with the service due to waiting too long. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between waiting time and inpatient satisfaction from the Emergency Room at Awal Bros Batam Hospital in 2019. This type of research uses correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was inpatients from the Emergency Unit obtained by purposive sampling method as many as 186 people. Data is collected by using electronic medical records for waiting time while to find out patient satisfaction is obtained by giving a questionnaire. Data analysis using statistical test Pearson product moment correlation. The results showed that most of the respondents were 165 people (88.7%), while for the satisfaction of the patients most were very satisfied with the service as many as 140 people (75.3%), and there was a sufficient relationship between waiting time and inpatient satisfaction from the Emergency Unit of the Awal Bros Batam Hospital in 2019 (p 0,000 <0,05). Patients with the right waiting time have a greater level of satisfaction. It is hoped that further research will deepen the aspects that affect waiting time and patient satisfaction and solutions to overcome this.

Pada lansia, peningkatan tekanan darah dipengaruhi oleh peningkatan kekakuan arteri dan hilangnya jaringan elastis di arteri secara bersamaan.. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi dengan terapi nonfarmakologi salah satunya yaitu pemberian air rebusan jahe. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh air rebusan jahe terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tebing. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk Quasi experimen dengan rancangan control group pretest-posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok control. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Menggunakan lembar observasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistic paired sample T-test. Hasil uji statistik nilai p-value = 0,000 < ? (0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian air rebusan jahe terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Pemberian air rebusan jahe dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah karena pembuatannya mudah dan bahan yang dibutuhkan juga terjangkau

Fever in children is largely the result of changes in the heat center (thermoregulation) in the hypothalamus. Diseases characterized by fever can attack the body's systems. The problem of febrile seizures in children can have a big impact on early childhood. Treating fever so that it doesn't cause seizures can be done using non-pharmacological methods which are very easy and familiar. One way to treat fever is by giving a warm compress. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reducing subfebrile body temperature in children with febrile convulsions using warm compresses in the Gardenia Inpatient Room, M.Sani Regional Hospital. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental without control group design. The sample in this study was 23 children with febrile seizures in the Gardenia Inpatient Room at M.Sani Regional Hospital, using probability sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon rank test. The results are known to show that there is effectiveness in reducing subfebrile body temperature in children with febrile seizures by using warm compresses in the Gardenia Inpatient Room at M.Sani Hospital with a p-value of 0.00. This research recommends that hospital nurses continue to carry out warm compress activities to help reduce fever in toddlers with febrile seizures and make it a mandatory nursing management in hospitals when treating children with fever.

Low back pain (LBP) is pain in the lower back, it is not a disease or diagnosis for a disease but is pain that is felt in the area under pressure, varying in the length of time the pain lasts. Management of lower back pain can be done using non-pharmacological methods, namely by applying warm ginger compresses (Zingiber Offcinale). To determine the relationship between the effect of warm ginger compress (Zingiber Officinale) on reducing the pain scale in low back pain patients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. This research uses a quasi-experimental design using a pre and post test approach without control. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 16 respondents. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the ANOVA test. It is known that from the first to the sixth day the P value is obtained (first day: 0.007, second day: 0.000, third day: 0.001, fourth day: 0.000, fifth day: 0.001, sixth day: 0.020) < 0.05. There is an effect of warm ginger compress (Zingiber Officinale) on reducing the pain scale in low back pain patients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Nurses can consider pain management therapy, one of which is by providing warm ginger water compress therapy and for Low Back Pain sufferers, they can apply warm ginger water compresses to reduce the discomfort of back pain.

Abstrak: Pengaruh William Flexion Exercise Terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Nyeri Punggung Bawah Pada Perawat Di Ruang IGD Dan ICU RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib. Di Amerika Serikat, tenaga kesehatan yang tingkat tertinggi dari NPB ialah perawat, dengan prevalensi tahunan 40-50% serta prevalensi seumur hidup 35-80% (Edlich, et al, 2020).Pada bulan Mei 2023 di ruang IGD dan ICU RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib Tanjungpinang, jumlah perawat sebanyak 23 orang perawat IGD serta 22 orang pearwat ICU. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh william flexion exercise terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri punggung bawah pada perawat Di Ruang IGD Dan ICU RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib Tanjungpinang Kepulauan. Jenis penelitian ialah quasi eksperimen dengan pre test serta post test. Sampel ialah 32 orang. Metode serta alat pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner. Analisa data dilaksanakan dengan uji Wilcoxon sign paired test dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum diberikan latihan william fleksi sebagian besar perawat memiliki tingkat nyeri punggung bawah skala nyeri sedang sebanyak 23 (71,9%), dan sesudah diberikan latihan william fleksi kebanyakan perawat memiliki tingkat nyeri skala ringan sejumlah 25 (78,1%). Kesimpulan, ada pengaruh william flexion exercise terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri punggung bawah pada perawat di ruang IGD dan ICU RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib Provinsi Kepulauan Riau tahun 2023. Saran buat responden hasil penelitian ini bisa bermanfaat dalam kurangi nyeri punggung bawah.
