Abstract

Pada era digitalisai saat ini sudah canggih dan memiliki kemajuan pada sisi teknologi dan pola pikir manusia yang juga berkembang maju. Hal ini juga merambat pada bidang usaha yang menciptakan persaingan yang sangat ketat, para kompetitor berlomba memberikan produk terbaik untuk bisa berhasil dalam bidang usaha. Kamar dagang industri atau biasa kita kenal dengan nama KADIN merupakan sebuah organisasi bidang usaha yang di dalamnya terdapat Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM masih menjadi alternatif penggerak perekonomian yang cukup efektif menghasilkan produk atau jasa yang menjadi kebutuhan masayarakat. Promosi dan pemasaran merupakan masalah yang masih menjadi perkerjaan rumah oleh UMKM, upaya pemasaran produk kepada konsumen, akan menjadi suatu hal yang sia-sia jika produk yang dihasilkan bagus namun tidak ada konsumen yang membeli dikarekan kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi prodak yang dipasarkan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mempermudah para penggiat UMKM untuk mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk-produk yang mereka produksi pada suatu media online. Sistem ini sepenuhnya akan dibuat dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan konsep model, view,controler (mvc), framework ini dikombisnasikan dengan bootsrap untuk tampilan dari web dinamis. Hasilnya akan berupa aplikasi berbasis web untuk media promosi dan pemasaran produk yang akan disosialisasikan kepada UMKM cara penggunaannya untuk membantu UMKM tersebut.

Abstract

Evaluation of questions is generally carried out by teachers after giving exams to students. The exam is a benchmark to determine students' ability to absorb the subject matter delivered by the teacher through objective and essay questions, all students are expected to be able to answer and solve these questions properly. Exams can be referred to as part of the evaluation to maintain the quality of the questions so that they remain suitable. Therefore, the teacher evaluates the questions by using item analysis manually to get the results of the value in the form of a feasible question, this method will spend a lot of time to calculate one by one the results of student answers and then recap the results of the answers for one class, besides that the accuracy of the results is also low because there can be miscalculations from the teacher that can make the question eligibility value inappropriate. The purpose of this research is to produce a system in the form of an application that is able to analyze questions so that it can help teachers get question analysis quickly. With the concept of the model, view, controller method in the codeigniter framework, a web-based application is designed. The results of the research are in the form of data per question which contains an analysis of the question of difficulty level, differentiating power and checking function by using framework codeigniter.

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan pandemi global yang penyebarannya sangat cepat, termasuk di Indonesia. Untuk memulihkan perekonomian di tengah kondisi pandemi ini, pemerintah berupaya memberikan dana bantuan sosial (bansos) COVID-19 disetiap kecamatan di berbagai wilayah, termasuk Kecamatan Mandau di Kota Duri seperti bantuan bahan pokok makanan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala dalam penyaluran dana bantuan sosial tersebut karena data yang diterima oleh petugas kecamatan masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual sehingga pendataan penerima bantuan tidak akurat dan tidak memiliki acuan kriteria persyaratan sebagai penerima bantuan, yang menyebabkan penerima bantuan sosial tidak tepat sasaran. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut telah dirancang analisa perhitungan berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode Preference Selection Index (PSI) yang mampu mengklasifikasikan penerima bantuan sesuai kriteria yang diharapkan. Hasil dari penerapan metode PSI kedalam aplikasi berbasis web ini memberikan kemudahan bagi calon penerima bantuan untuk mendaftar  secara online, dan untuk proses penyaluran bantuan sosial menjadi lebih mudah, transparan, dan tepat sasaran. dengan kriteria data yang akurat dengan skala prioritas  pengurutan secara descending untuk nilai tertinggi yaitu 0.883, dan hasil nilai terendah atau non prioritas yaitu 0.322.   Abstract COVID-19 is a global pandemic with rapid spread, including in Indonesia. To restore the economy amid this pandemic, the government is trying to provide COVID-19 social assistance funds in every sub-district in various regions, including Mandau District in Duri City, such as assistance with staple foods. However, in practice there are obstacles in the distribution of social assistance funds because the data received by sub-district officials still uses a manual recording system so that the data collection on beneficiaries is inaccurate and does not have a reference to the eligibility criteria as beneficiaries, which causes social assistance recipients to be not on target. In this study, to overcome this problem a website-based calculation analysis has been designed using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method that can classify the beneficiaries according to the expected criteria, and after this calculation analysis is implemented in this sub-district, the social assistance distribution process becomes easier and on target with accurate criteria.

Abstract

The activity of analyzing items is an activity that must be carried out by the teacher, this is done to evaluate the quality of the test questions used during the exam. So far, teachers have used the anbuso excel application to complete the analysis. The existing application requires entering student answer data and question answer keys one by one, this allows data errors when entering student answer data, and can be imagined if the teacher teaches more than one class it will take more time to be able to complete the analysis and increase the teacher's workload. This research aims to create a question analysis application with the codeigneter framework to help teachers get question analysis results quickly and efficiently without the need to enter student answers one by one. The application created presents analysis data based on the level of difficulty, differentiating power and function of the examiner which is made in tabular form so that it is easy to read. The application provides several users such as teachers, students and admins with different menu access rights. This application allows teachers to enter or change questions along with the answer key, view answer results and get question analysis. Students can get the results of the exam answers available after the exam. For admins, it helps in managing user data, monitoring exam students and activating exams. From the results of the analysis produced by the application, the teacher can use the question criteria.
