Abstract

Purpose - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sertifikasi guru  dan  komitmen guru terhadap kinerja guru. Design/Methodology/Approach - Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 18.  Sampling  menggunakan random  sampling, pada pengguna e-commerce. Sejumlah 450 responden ambil bagian dan ukuran sampel yang dapat digunakan adalah 180 sesudah proses penyeleksian. Findings and implications - Pertama: menyatakan bahwa sertifikasi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru diterima. Kedua menyatakan bahwa sertifikasi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Limitations ? Meski justifikasi untuk menggunakan sampel berdasarkan etnis dan wilayah di negara Indonesia untuk penelitian yang berkaitan dengan sertifikasi guru telah ada dalam literatur, sampel ini mungkin tidak mencerminkan keseluruhan populasi guru yang sebenarnya di seluruh dunia.

Abstract

 The problem faced by the student of grade 4 semester 1 SD Negeri Betoyoguci Manyar District of Gresik is the low mastery os social science on basic competence reading maps local neighborhood (district/city, province) using a simple scale. Based on the problems, the reaserch questions that can be revealed is: how to increase learning achievement of social science on basic  competence reading maps local neighborhood (district/city, province) using a simple scale through methods of inquiry in class 4 semester 1 SD Negeri Betoyoguci Subdistrict Manyar Gresik. This research was done in class 4 semster 1 SD Negeri Betoyoguci District of Manyar, the number of students in grade 4 were 28 people, the condition of specificity allow the student ability level and absorption of this students vary greatly. Researchers are fourth grade teacher at SDN Betoyoguci Manyar District of Gresik. In accordance with the formulation of the problems and the purpose of research it can generally be conclude that result for students in elementary school Betoyoguci Manyar District of Gresik, can improve through learning by using methods inquiry.

Abstract

Two key elements that might cause a drop in employee performance are a lack of accountability in completing tasks and an unsupportive work environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate how much employee performance at the Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Savings and Loans Cooperative in the Wonogiri district is influenced by work environment and work discipline. A sample of 35 respondents participated in the survey. Multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS processing were used to examine the collected data. The study revealed that employee performance (Y) is significantly impacted by the work discipline variable (X1). This suggests that superior performance is displayed by employees with higher levels of discipline. Additionally, it was demonstrated that the work environment variable (X2) had a considerable impact on employee performance (Y). This implies that a welcoming and comfortable workplace will increase worker productivity. Employee performance is concurrently influenced by the work environment and work discipline. These findings give the business a solid foundation on which to build strategic policies that prioritize enhancing discipline and overseeing a more encouraging workplace in order to maximize employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Brand Image, Price, and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty at Pancong Sosial Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study includes all customers of Pancong Sosial Surabaya. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The sample size was determined using the Hair et al. formula, resulting in 70 respondents as the research sample. The results of the t-test indicate that the variables Brand Image and Price have a positive and significant partial effect on Customer Loyalty, while the Product Quality variable has no positive and significant partial effect on Customer Loyalty. Meanwhile, the F-test results show that Brand Image, Price, and Product Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the variables Brand Image (X1), Price (X2), and Product Quality (X3) together influence Customer Loyalty by 60.8%. The remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this regression equation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of charismatic leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on discipline. It is a quantitative study with a saturated sample size of 50 members of the PSHT-Cabang Gresik Pencak Silat organization. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 program, the results show that charismatic leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on member discipline, both partially and simultaneously. This research contributes to the scholarly discourse on the specific topic, particularly in non-profit organizations
