Abstract

Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desaian analitik kuantitatif. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling atau sensus, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai isntrumen utamanya, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data kuantitatif yang diperoleh, diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 11.0. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di SDN 1 Penganjuran Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sehingga Hipotesis Kerja (Ha) pertama dinyatakan dapat diterima. Hal ini terbukti dari penelitian bahwa t hitung variabel SDM sebesar 1,999 > t table 1,671. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di SDN 1 Penganjuran Kabupaten Banyuwangi adalah sebesar 30,5%. Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di SDN 1 Penganjuran Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sehingga Hipotesis Kerja (Ha) kedua dinyatakan diterima. Terbukti hasil penelitian : nilai thitung Komunikasi sebesar 2,729 > ttable 1,671. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh kualitas Komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di SDN 1 Penganjuran Kabupaten Bantuwangi adalah sebesar 40%.       Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara bersama-sama ada pengaruh signifikan dari variabel Kepemimpinan dan variabel Komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga Hipotesis Kerja (Ha) ketiga yang menyatakan bahwa, secara bersama-sama ada pengaruh signifikan dari variabel Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja guru, setelah dilakukan penelitian dinyatakan teruji kebenarannya secara empirik. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 22,194. Nilai ini kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan Ftabel pada taraf signifikasi 5 % dapat dilihat yaitu : 2,53. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 22,194 Karena nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (22,194 > 2,53) berarti dapat dinyatakan bahwa : Hubungan bersama-sama variabel bebas Kepemimpinan (X1) dan variabel bebas Komunikasi (X2) terhadap variabel tergantung Kinerja guru (Y) adalah suatu hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Ada pengaruh sebesar 49,2 % terhadpa variabel Y : Kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di SDN 1 Penganjuran Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang ditimbulkan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of staff performance, andeffectiveness to the satisfaction of rural communities in Kramat Jegu villageTaman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study is a non-experimental studyconducted using questionnaires in Kramat Jegu village Taman District, SidoarjoRegency, with the 390 respondents as research’s samples. The analysis used inthis study is the regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that staff performance, and effectiveness simultaneously and partially have positive effect on people's satisfaction in Kramat Jegu Sidoarjo. Findings of this research shows that Kramat Jegu village Taman District, Sidoarjo Regencyofficials must always keep up their good performance and effectiveness to create a satisfactory service to the villagers.Keywords: performance, work effectiveness, community satisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja staf danefektivitas kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Desa Kramat Jegu KecamatanTaman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana Efek Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Yang Berdampak Pada Kinerja PT Citra Persada Infrastruktur Di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah responden 40 orang karyawan yang bekerja di PT Citra Persada Infrastruktur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Disiplin Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Citra Persada Infrastruktur di Surabaya. Serta Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin kerja dan Kepuasan Karyawan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Citra Persada Infrastruktur di Surabaya. Pada koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa perubahan yang terjadi pada Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 69.7% dipengaruhi oleh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Disiplin Kerja, sedangkan sisanya 30.3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Dan perubahan yang terjadi pada Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 8.8% dipengaruhi oleh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja sedangkan sisanya 91.2% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain, seperti kesejahteraan, promosi jabatan, serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.

Abstract

Berbagai aktivitas bisnis baik dari skala besar, skala menengah, maupun skala kecil, dipengaruhi oleh adanya teknologi informasi yang kini berkembang begitu pesat di pasar global. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi, mampu mendukung masyarakat dalam meningkatkan tingkat penjualan dan memiliki dampak yang nyata dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Jaringan teknologi informasi menjangkau masyarakat luas dari berbagai wilayah dari Sabang sampai Merauke, untuk aktif dalam aktivitas jual beli pada ruang lingkup media online maupun marketplace. Media online dan marketplace merupakan jenis media belanja online yang menjadi pusat perhatian berbagai kalangan masyarakat, yang dimana media online dan marketplace ini memberikan pengaruh begitu besar terhadap bisnis seseorang. Dengan kehadiran media online dan marketplace memberikan banyak manfaat yang diperoleh, diantaranya lebih murah, efektif dan efisien, networking yang sangat luas, kecepatan dalam penyebaran informasi, mampu membangun nama brand atau merk agar lebih dikenal banyak orang, dan lebih mudah dalam mengevaluasi segi penjualan, pemasaran, maupun pelaporan keuangan bisnis. Dalam hal ini, media online dan marketplace didukung oleh kehadiran beberapa platform digital, berupa Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, maupun Shopee. Abstract

This research explores the role of PT PLN Persero in meeting the electricity needs of the Indonesian people. As a state-owned enterprise in the electricity sector, PT PLN Persero is the largest electricity service provider that has a significant impact in supporting daily life. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which aims to provide an objective picture of the company's role. The respondents interviewed, including the director and two employees from the Gedangan Complaint Service Unit (ULP), have a high level of responsibility. Their success in handling customer complaints reflects a commitment to quality service. This research details that PT PLN Persero's success in providing electricity lies not only in the technical aspects, but also in the effectiveness of customer complaint management. The findings of this research can serve as a foundation for improvement and enhancement in public services in the electricity sector.

Abstract

The promiscuity of juvenile delinquents is alarmingly increasing. This paper examines the role of education in preventing promiscuity in teenagers. Education plays a crucial role in character building, which guides teenagers to make right choices and avoid wrong ones. The development of character is instrumental in determining whether adolescents can effectively navigate diverse situations, particularly in avoiding promiscuity. Alongside promoting gender-sensitive education, providing equal opportunities for women can lead to improved protection, services, and welfare for vulnerable women who are the most disadvantaged in cases of adolescent promiscuity.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information in the current era of globalization is causing a significant shift in human behavior, particularly in the area of shopping. With the growing presence of the internet, people now prefer to make online transactions due to its practicality and time-saving benefits. In this study, the aim is to examine the influence of store image, online customer reviews, and promotions on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed, using questionnaires to gather data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where a specific number of respondents were randomly selected based on certain criteria. A total of 96 respondents were included in the sample. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 21 software. After testing the proposed hypotheses, the results of the study indicate that the variables of store image (X1), online customer reviews (X2), and promotions (X3) have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y), both individually and collectively.

Abstract

In the midst of intense industry competition, Yanata AC Surabaya recognizes the critical importance of enhancing employee performance for achieving success. This research investigates how Management Performance Strategy (MSK) contributes to enhancing the performance of Yanata AC Surabaya's employees. A qualitative approach with qualitative data analysis was employed to uncover the implemented strategies. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and pertinent documents. The findings indicate that MSK plays a pivotal role in improving employee performance, with the application of discipline and motivational strategies identified as key factors. Specifically, training, enforcement of time management policies, and provision of incentives (both rewards and penalties) are among the strategies implemented. The effectiveness of these approaches is evaluated based on their adherence to MSK principles, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. This study demonstrates that appropriate MSK strategies, such as training, time management enforcement, and incentives, can effectively and efficiently enhance employee performance.

Abstract

In the face of the ever-expanding digital era, technological adaptation emerges as pivotal for companies seeking to maintain competitiveness and operational efficiency. This research examines the implementation of innovative human resource management (HR) strategies within PT. Work Management Partners to adapt to the digital era. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observation, surveys, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the company has effectively integrated digitalization into recruitment processes, utilized Learning Management Systems (LMS), and implemented digital-based performance evaluations. These initiatives have notably enhanced operational efficiency, bolstered employee engagement, and fortified the company's competitive edge. Nonetheless, the research identifies challenges such as resistance to change and limitations in technological infrastructure. Recommendations for companies include prioritizing effective change management, investing in technological infrastructure, providing continuous training for employees, integrating digital systems, and enhancing communication and transparency. By implementing these recommendations, PT. Work Management Partners can further enhance their ability to navigate the digital era and cultivate an inclusive and innovative work environment for their employees.

Abstract

Leadership style and job satisfaction levels play crucial roles in determining employee performance across various organizations. PT Mitra Konsindo Abadi, a growing company in the industrial sector, is also influenced by these factors. However, limited research has explored the relationship between autocratic leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee performance within this company. This study employed a qualitative approach, collecting data through surveys distributed to employees in various departments of PT Mitra Konsindo Abadi. The observed variables included autocratic leadership style, job satisfaction levels, and employee performance. The primary objective of this study was to analyze the impact of autocratic leadership style and job satisfaction levels on employee performance at PT Mitra Konsindo Abadi. Additionally, this study aimed to provide insights for company management to enhance leadership strategies and job satisfaction, thereby improving organizational performance. The results of the analysis indicate that an autocratic leadership style can increase employee job satisfaction, which in turn enhances employee performance. These findings underscore the significance of the leader's role in fostering a work environment that motivates job satisfaction and ultimately contributes to overall organizational performance.
