Abstract

The development of Science and Technology has an impact on major changes that occur in the world of education. One of the fundamental changes in the world of education is at the management level, from central-based management to regional-based management. The method used in this paper is only based on literature review / literature, so to find out the role of implementing School-based Management (MBS) in teaching and learning in schools, will be reviewed and reviewed based on facts and opinions from experts who are competent in the field of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Nurses at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital. This study uses Verification, the sample in this study was 102 respondents, a saturated sample type, taking the entire population as a sample. Data was obtained using a liket scale news distributed directly face to face. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS V24. The results of this study showed that Job Satisfaction Variables partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Nurses at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital.   Keywords: Job              Satisfaction,Organizational Commitment, Organizational

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of Facilities and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at the Karawang Fire Department. This study uses Verification, the sample in this study was 42 respondents, a saturated sample type, taking all populations as samples. Data were obtained using a liket-scale questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS V16 tool. The results of this study indicate that the Facility Variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and the Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Facilities and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Karawang Fire Department.   Keywords : Facilities, Environment, Performance, Office

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan yang baik adalah elemen kunci dalam memastikan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Meskipun pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan telah menjadi fokus utama di banyak sekolah, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya masih sering diabaikan. Padahal, partisipasi masyarakat dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran partisipasi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan di sekolah, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah yang telah berhasil melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan dapat memperbaiki aspek pengelolaan sumber daya, perencanaan anggaran, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine, analyze and explain the impact of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Karawang Regency. Using qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation techniques, this research reveals that interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in achieving optimal performance. Key elements such as openness, empathy, positive attitudes, and orientation towards others are the main focus in daily interactions in the work environment. Even though employee performance has been recognized with awards from the West Java Province Population and Civil Registration Service, this research also identified the problem of frequent miscommunication, which can hinder work effectiveness. Employee competency development programs, such as "Dukcapil Belajar," have been proven to contribute to improving performance. The results of this research emphasize the importance of effective interpersonal communication to support organizational success and suggest that efforts to improve interpersonal communication continue to be made to minimize miscommunication and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance in the General and Personnel Subdivision of the Bekasi Regency Employment Service. The population and sample amounted to 60 employees. This research method uses a descriptive with a quantitative approach. The analysis used includes: classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination test and significance test (t-test and F-test). The results of the work discipline research (X1) have a calculated t value of 9.071 which is greater than the t table with df = (60-2-1) of 1.996008 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on these values, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance partially. Meanwhile, workload (X2) has a calculated t value of 0.981 which is smaller than the t table with df = (60-2-1) of 1.996008 with a significance value of 0.331 > 0.05. Based on these values, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted, meaning that workload (X2) has a negative relationship and has an insignificant effect on employee performance (Y) partially.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work discipline and motivation simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees at PT. Ahass Daya Motor. This research uses a quantitative methodology. The study was conducted at PT. Ahass Daya. The sample for this study consisted of 36 employees of PT. Ahass Daya Motor. Saturated sampling is the approach used for sample collection in this study. Meanwhile, the analysis used is the multiple linear regression model with F and T tests using a significance level of 5%. The results of the study indicate a partial relationship between the T table value (3.172 > 2.034, T calculated > T table) and employee work motivation. Work discipline partially affects employee performance, as indicated by the T table (2.397 > 2.034). Referring to the results of the study, the factors of motivation and work discipline have an impact on the performance of employees at PT. Ahass Daya Motor.

Abstract

Employee performance is not as expected, this is because there are employees of the Central Lampung Regency Transportation Service who, while working, are not able to comply with regulations in a disciplined manner. This study aims to analyze work discipline on employee performance. Causal associative approach with quantitative research is the type of research used in this study. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total of 30 employees who were used as the population and sample in this study. The types of data used in this study are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data from employee attendance and performance reviews. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is by testing requirements analysis and also testing hypotheses with simple linear regression analysis techniques and determinant coefficients with the help of SPPS 20.00. The results showed that work discipline in the good category (50%), employee performance in the high category (63.33%.). Simple linear regression test of 12.494 significant value sig 0.007 <0.05. R square value 0.229. 22.9% work discipline can affect employee performance and the remaining 77.1% that affect employee performance are other factors. The t value is 007 with a significant value of 0.007<0.05 so that there is a significant effect between the two variables. Testing the regression coefficient value of 0.585 with a significant value of 0.007 <0.05 where each work discipline unit can increase 0.585 employee performance units. So, work discipline affects employee performance.
