Abstract

Difficulty understanding learning materials, laziness, being easily discouraged, and being indifferent in learning are part of students' learning difficulties. These problems tend not all students can solve them alone. The teacher must play a role in helping solve the problems faced by these students, by making a diagnosis to find out where the learning difficulties faced by students are and find solutions. If the student's learning difficulties are left unchecked, the learning objectives will not be achieved properly. Student learning difficulties must be known and can be overcome as early as possible so that instructional learning can be achieved properly. To carry out the activity of diagnosing learning difficulties, it is carried out through several stages of activities such as; 1) students who are estimated to have learning difficulties, 2) localize learning difficulties, 3) determine the factors that cause learning difficulties, 4) estimate alternative assistance, 5) determine how to overcome them, and 6) follow-up. The diagnosis of learning difficulties is carried out using test and non-test techniques. The techniques used by teachers to diagnose learning difficulties include prerequisite tests (knowledge prerequisites, skills prerequisites), diagnostic tests, interviews, and observations. It was found that several students had learning difficulties in several subjects. The factors that cause these students to experience learning problems do not only come from the students themselves but also come from factors outside of the students such as family factors and factors from the school environment.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan guru adalah aspek terpenting pada proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan inti dalam sebuah pendidikan yang melibatkan interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Setiap materi yang disampaikan, guru harus memastikan siswa memahami materi yang disampaikan. Namun, dalam proses pembelajaran banyak siswa yang merasa jenuh dan tidak tertarik dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh guru, bahkan ada siswa yang mengantuk dan tidur. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa dalam menangkap materi pembelajaran, baik faktor internal maupun eksternal. Kesulitan belajar jika tidak diatasi dengan baik dan benar oleh guru maupun orang tua, maka akan berdampak buruk bagi perkembangan dan kehidupan siswa di masa depan. Untuk itu guru, sekolah, dan orang tua turut berperan membantu memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi siswa, peran guru sangat diperlukan oleh peserta didik, maka diagnosis bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimana letak kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa serta untuk mencari pemecahannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar, (2) mengetahui prosedur dan teknik analisis diagnosis kesulitan belajar, (3) mengidentifikasi letak kesulitan siswa atau permasalahan belajar yang dihadapinya, dan (4) membantu permasalahan siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar tersebut. Sasaran pelaksanaan Siswa kelas IV SDN 11 Lawang Mandahiling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan 2 metode yaitu dengan wawancara kepada guru dan orang tua dan melakukan observasi proses belajar mengajar (PBM) dan lingkungan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa siswa kurang semangat dalam belajar karena minat dalam belajarnya kurang bahkan cenderung malas belajar. Terdapat beberapa mata pelajaran tidak disukai oleh sebagian siswa karena ketidakpahaman pada materi tertentu. Hal tersebut membuat siswa tersebut jarang mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan serta jarang juga mencatata materi pelajaran tertentu. Selain itu kurangnya semangat dalam belajar beberapa sisiwa juga dikarena kurang pahamnya materi yang dijelaskan oleh guru. Sebab guru tidak menjelaskan contoh penyelesaian soalnya dengan rinci bahkan terdapat beberapa guru yang tidak memberikan contoh saat menjelaskan materi pelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style, workload, and career advancement on the performance of UPT employees. Galang Health Center. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, the independent variables are Leadership Style (X1), Workload (X2) and Career Path (X3). the population used in this study were UPT employees. Batam City Health Center. 60 employees used saturated sampling technique and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that there were variables that had a significant positive and insignificant negative effect on the performance of UPT employees. Batam City Health Center. The value of R Square on the variables of Leadership Style, Workload and Career Path affects performance by 80.4%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effects of leadership style, workload and career level on the performance of UPT employees. Galang Community Health Center. The independent variable in this research is employee performance (Y). The independent variables consist of Leadership Style (X1), Workload (X2) and Career Path (X3). The population is UPT employees. Batam City Galang Community Health Center, 60 employees. The sample was determined using the census method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with quantitative methods. The research results indicate that leadership style and workload have a significant effect on employee performance, while career level has an insignificant negative effect on performance. The R Square value is 0.804, meaning that 80.4% of the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable, the remaining 19.6 are explained by other factors outside the research.
