Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of the addition of Ginger flour in the feed to the value of the levels of lipid and protein Broiler meat. These researches were conducted that used Soxhlet method to tested the lipid quality and Kjeldahl method to tested the protein. The sample were used Broiler aged 1 weeks up to 2 weeks, after 2 weeks old chicken was divided into 4 treatment groups of 6 each control group (P0) without treatment, P1 with addition of ginger flour in feed 2.5%, P2 in the addition of ginger flour in the diet of 5%, P3 with the addition of ginger flour in the feed as much as 7.5%. After 42 days old, Broiler conducted sampling of meat in the treatment for the examination of the levels of lipid and protein. The Data obtained are then analyzing used a One-way Anova. The result of these researches is in the range of lipid quality: P0 (8,33%), P1 (6,33%), P2 (5,25%), P3 (5,08%) After analyzed have done it shown there were differences that significance (p>0,05). Result of checked of protein quality: P0 (5,59%), P1 (5,32%), P2 (5,36%), P3 (5,45%)  After analyzed were done there is no significance difference (p>0,05). The higher the percentage of ginger flour, the lower the fat content of broiler chicken.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan wujud nyata dari tugas dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yakni aspek pengabdian. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Desa Patani, maka terjadi sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat sebagai wujud ilmu demokrasi. KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian pendidikan dengan cara memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa untuk hidup di tengah masyarakat, secara langsung mengidentifikasi dan menangani permasalahan masyarakat berdasarkan hasil studi yang didapatkan. Desa Patani merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Mappakasunggu Kabupaten Takalar yang Sebagian besar penduduknya berprofesi sebagai petani. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, banyak petani yang mengeluh karena mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat rendah pada usaha tani jagung yang mereka miliki. Oleh karena itu, diusulkanlah program kerja pembuatan produk hasil pertanian (keripik jagung) sebagai alternatif peningkatan nilai jual komuditas jagung. Ide ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan bagi petani di Desa Patani agar mendapatkan penghasilan yang maksimal dari usaha tani jagung yang mereka miliki. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan KKN Tematik Universitas Hasanuddin Gelombang 111 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Patani dapat memahami cara memanfaatkan produk hasil pertanian dan memiliki minat untuk menjalankan usaha pembuatan keripik jagung. Abstract

The Gold Cave and Silver Cave are tourist attractions located in Durian IV Mbelang Village, STM Hulu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Based on the data obtained, the gold cave and silver cave save a lot of historical history. Even these caves have their own uniqueness, namely there are silver and gold grains at several points on the cave walls. The historical story and the uniqueness of the cave became the basis for conducting a study to uncover the scientific truth of the gold and silver cave in history and laboratory testing of the authenticity of the gold and silver. This study uses qualitative methods to describe and describe existing phenomena, both natural and human engineered. This method consists of several stages of research interviews and observations using data analysis model Miles and Huberma techniques and observations of recordings and research notes so that every information can be recorded properly. The results showed several legend stories and cave naming if in a hermeneutic perspective the legend stories and the names of the caves were made for the preservation of the cave and increasing the tourism of the cave. Laboratory tests proved the presence of particles resembling gold (Titanium Nitride compounds, Ti2N) and silveccr (Nickel Iron Oxid compounds, NiFe2O4).
