Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of the addition of Ginger flour in the feed to the value of the levels of lipid and protein Broiler meat. These researches were conducted that used Soxhlet method to tested the lipid quality and Kjeldahl method to tested the protein. The sample were used Broiler aged 1 weeks up to 2 weeks, after 2 weeks old chicken was divided into 4 treatment groups of 6 each control group (P0) without treatment, P1 with addition of ginger flour in feed 2.5%, P2 in the addition of ginger flour in the diet of 5%, P3 with the addition of ginger flour in the feed as much as 7.5%. After 42 days old, Broiler conducted sampling of meat in the treatment for the examination of the levels of lipid and protein. The Data obtained are then analyzing used a One-way Anova. The result of these researches is in the range of lipid quality: P0 (8,33%), P1 (6,33%), P2 (5,25%), P3 (5,08%) After analyzed have done it shown there were differences that significance (p>0,05). Result of checked of protein quality: P0 (5,59%), P1 (5,32%), P2 (5,36%), P3 (5,45%)  After analyzed were done there is no significance difference (p>0,05). The higher the percentage of ginger flour, the lower the fat content of broiler chicken.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the diversity of frog (Amphibians: Anura) in Desa Suka Maju Kecamatan Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. This study was conducted from February to April 2018 by using visual encounter survay (capture directly to the survey) by the sampling technique samples by random sampling. Samples were collected with three repetitions at each station. The results, is three family, seven genera and eight species are Kaloula baleata, Rhacophorus margaritifer, Polypedates leucomystax, Humerana miopus, Chalcorana chalconata, Hylarana erythraea, Fejervarya limnocharis and Fejervarya cancrivora.

Abstract

This research aims to determine species of fruit flies (Diptera: Tephritidae) the attacking orange plantion Rambah Samo District Rokan Hulu Regency. Study was conducted in March to May 2018, using a survey method with technique sampling purposive sampling. The research found 6 species with a total of 236 individuals. The species is Bactrocera umbrosa, B. Carambolae, B. Papayea, B. dorsalis, B. caudata and  B. albistrigata. Fruit fly species most widely found was B. carambolae the total number of 80 individiuals, whereas B. umbrosa total number of 24 individual, B. Papayea total number 48 individual, B. dorsalis total number of 7 individual, B. caudata total number of 74 individual, B. albistrigata total number of 3 individual.

Abstract

This study was aimed to of determine there isor not effect of Macromedia Flash Profesional 8 learning method toward student achievement of class X SMA Negeri 2 Tambusai learning year 2015 This was a quasi- experiment study with Non Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design. Samples were collected with non random sampling method. The samples are the student at grade XA grade XB as experiment and as control. Data collecting technique in this study was a test instrument with multiple choice questions form. Hypothesis of results showed that the t (4,02>2,01). Inconclution that Macromedia Flash Profesional 8 learning method toward student achievement give effect toward student achievement of class X SMA Negeri 2 Tambusai learning year 2015.

Abstract

Learning media plays an important role in learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the developed of preserved- leaves media. This type of research is research and development with the Dick and Carey Models. The research started from the phase of needs analysis, development, design, implementation, validation and product testing. Data were collected using scala likert, processed using the percentage formula  and analyzed descriptively. The test results on the product are very valid for the theory aspect (88.75%) and media aspect (83.67%), very practical (score 81.67% on the aspects of interest and ease to use), and very feasible (score 86, 25% for the small group test and 90.50% for the large group test). Thus,  concluded that the preserved-leaves media is valid, practical and feasible to use for plant morphology course.

Abstract

Penjahit merupakan salah satu jenis usaha yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat khususnya di kota pasir pengaraian, kecamatan rambah, kabupaten rokan hulu. Usaha penjahit ini merupakan usaha informal yang berkembang dan berusaha memperoleh pendapatan dari hasil jahitan, semakin banyak jahitan yang diterima maka semakin banyak perolehan upah sehingga pendapatan penjahit meningkat dan sebaliknya pendapatan menurun bila permintaan jahitan sedikit. Namun pengusaha penjahit ini memiliki beberapa kendala dalam pengelolaan bisnisnya dimana tidak adanya pencatatan modal yang dimiliki serta transaksi bisnis yang dilakukan oleh penjahit. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi inventory dimana nantinya dapat mempermudah penjahit dalam melakukan pengelolaan barang dan transaksi penjualan sehingga para pengusaha penjahit di kecamatan rambah dapat mengetahui secara rinci proses bisnis yang mereka jalani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan Modul IPA Berbasis Pendekatan Spada materi sistem pencernaan manusia untuk peserta didik Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 rambah. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juli 2024. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) model Borg and Gall. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VIII SMP berjumlah 60 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kemudian data dianalisis secara deskrptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan dinyatakan “sangat layak” dengan rata-rata persentase 87%. Berdasarkan validasi ahli Bahasa perolehan rata-rata persentase 90% termasuk katagori “sangat layak”, validasi ahli media perolehan rata-rata 86% termasuk katagori “sangat layak”, validasi ahli materi perolehan rata-rata 92% termasuk dalam katagori “Sangat layak”, validasi uji coba perorangan perolehan rata-rata persentase 84% termasuk katagori “Sangat layak”, uji coba kelompok kecil perolehan rata-rata persentase 84,4% termasuk katagori “Sangat layak”, dan uji coba lapangan perolehan rata-rata persentase 85,4% termasuk katagori “Sangat layak”. Maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Modul IPA Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia sangat layak digunakan untuk pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul materi morfologi bunga berbasis HTML5 untuk mahasiswa pendidikan biologi universitas pasir pengaraian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2024 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan ( research and development ) model ADDIE. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester III prodi pendidikan biologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan data dianalisis secara dekriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul materi morfologi bunga berbasis HTML5 untuk mahasiswa semester III pendidikan biologi Universitas Pasir Pengaraian keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori “ sangat layak” dengan presentase rata-rata 82%. Berdasarkan validasi ahli bahasa dengan perolehan rata-rata presentase 86,4% termasuk kategori “sangat layak” , validasi ahli media dengan perolehan rata-rata 70,2% termasuk kategori “layak”, dan validasi ahli materi dengan perolehan rata-rata 83,3% termasuk kriteria “sangat layak”, validasi ahli teknologi dengan perolehan rata-rata 89,15% termasuk kriteria “sangat layak” uji coba perorangan perolehan rata-rata presentase 82,3% termasuk kategori “sangat layak”, uji coba kelompok kecil densgan perolehan rata-rata presentase 80,9% termasuk kriteria “sangat layak”, dan uji coba lapangan dengan perolehan rata-rata presentase 83,2% termasuk kritria “sangat layak”.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to see whether Andaliman extract is able to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli microorganisms. the first step in this research is the extraction of Andaliman with 4 types of solvents (equates solvents, methanol, ethyl acetate, n-hexane). In the second stage, phytochemical tests were carried out on the andaliman extract to see the content of the active compounds in the andaliman extract, in the andaliman extract the active compounds were found to be alkaloids, steroids, and free-form triterpenes, saponins, tannins, flavonoids, and glycosides. The third stage of this study was the zone activity test. inhibit andaliman extract on Escherichia Coli assay on bay leaf extract using blank disc paper. The extract solution that has been diluted with a concentration of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, Andaliman extract with an ethyl-acetate solvent with a concentration of 100% has the greatest inhibition on the growth of Escherichia coli with dimensions of 19.15 mm, while the has the smallest inhibition of hexane solvent with a concentration of 25% at 5.80 mm.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the higher education system. Initially, the learning process was conducted offline, where students engaged in face-to-face interaction. However, due to the pandemic, the learning system shifted to an online format. This study aims to determine student perceptions of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, assessed in terms of the following aspects: preferred learning media in online learning, knowledge or understanding, social competence, media usage skills, and obstacles encountered in online learning. This research employed a descriptive quantitative research. This study invited 187 students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education to fill an online survey administered through Google Forms. The online survey method was used for data collection purpose. Data analysis revealed that the online learning platform students preferred most was WhatsApp, as it allowed them to  save internet quota. Students' understanding of lecture materials during online learning was still lacking, their social competence did not increase, but their ability to use technology during online learning increased. The most dominant obstacles were technical problems, particularly network problems and limited internet quota. However, students still preferred offline learning to online learning. Therefore, in learning, lecturers should be able to combine both modes of learning, and provide online learning that can minimize internet data usage.
