Abstract

Penutupan atau pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) massal yang terjadi pada aplikasi pendidikan seperti Ruangguru merupakan fenomena penting dalam konteks ekonomi digital. Penutupan aplikasi Ruangguru mengakibatkan hilangnya pekerjaan bagi ribuan guru, karyawan, dan mitra bisnis yang mengandalkan platform tersebut. Artikel ini mencoba memberikan gambaran singkat mengenai dampak PHK massal di Ruangguru. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan aplikasi Ruangguru ditutup dan dampaknya terhadap berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk guru, siswa, dan mitra perusahaan platform tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis data sekunder, kami menilai perkembangan dan isu-isu yang muncul di media dan lingkungan pendidikan terkait dengan PHK ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah faktor utama, seperti perubahan peraturan di sektor pendidikan, persaingan yang semakin ketat, dan pengaruh eksternal yang mempengaruhi keuangan perusahaan, turut menyebabkan penutupan Ruangguru. Dampak ini menyebabkan ribuan guru dan staf kehilangan pekerjaan serta mengganggu proses belajar mengajar siswa yang menggunakan platform tersebut. Selain itu, artikel ini menguraikan upaya pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan dalam membantu guru dan pegawai yang terkena dampak PHK. Upaya tersebut meliputi pelatihan ulang, pemberian layanan konsultasi, dan penyediaan lapangan kerja baru di bidang pendidikan atau bidang terkait. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penutupan aplikasi Ruangguru menyoroti kerentanan lapangan kerja dalam ekonomi digital, serta pentingnya kerangka peraturan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi pendidikan. Begitu pula dengan upaya pemulihan dan dukungan terhadap pekerja yang terkena PHK di sektor pendidikan harus terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The aim of the community-based PKM entitled "Workshop: Effective Strategies for Handling Athlete Injuries to Improve Quality for Maximum Performance" is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various types of injuries often experienced by athletes, such as muscle, ligament, joint and bone injuries. The partners' targets are North Sumatra Indonesian Cricket Association Provincial Management. The activity subject consists of 33 members. The activity will be carried out on 6-8 August 2024. Location of the 469th Corps Pasgat Battalion, North Sumatra Province, stages of partner assistance and empowerment, stages of partner participation in program implementation and evaluation of partner participation in program implementation. The results of the activities show an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in dealing with athlete injuries more precisely and measurably. Participants succeeded in understanding the types of injuries commonly experienced by athletes and are able to provide fast and effective first aid, which is expected to minimize the long-term impact of the injury. In addition, participants also master comprehensive and structured rehabilitation strategies, enabling them to better assist the athlete's recovery process. This workshop was also successful in increasing awareness of the importance of injury prevention, where participants were able to apply safe exercise techniques to reduce the risk of injury in the future. During the recovery period, participants understand how to modify the training program to remain optimal without worsening the injury. As the end result, workshop participants were able to design effective strategies to restore athlete performance to peak, so that athlete performance can continue to improve.

Abstract

The aim of the basic research is to produce an Android application-based product for the Physical Education Information Communication Technology Subject, PJKR FIK Unimed Study Program, which is valid and effective. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research and development method. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages which include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The location of the research was carried out at the Unimed PJKR Study Program. The 2020 Regular class A research subjects consisted of 30 students. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires and tests. The instrument used to collect data during the Android Application-based E-Module Development process in the Physical Education Information Communication Technology Subject, PJKR FIK Unimed Study Program is in the form of a questionnaire from material and media experts. The data obtained then researchers analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results of Android application-based products in the Physical Education Information Communication Technology Course, PJKR FIK Unimed Study Program are valid and suitable for use in lectures, in accordance with research findings and analysis. 80% of materials expert feasibility study findings show that the product can be used without modification. Media expert validation results show that 95% of product input can be used without modification. The overall average validation of Android Application-Based E-Modules in the Physical Education Information Communication Technology Subjects of the PJKR study program is 87.5%. The results of the product effectiveness test showed changes in student scores between before and after using the teaching materials. The average score obtained during the pre-test was 57.85, while during the post-test the average score obtained was 90.42. The conclusion is that the Android application-based product in the Physical Education Information Communication Technology Subject, PJKR FIK Unimed Study Program is valid and effective.

Abstract

This research also aims to find out how much influence training using equipment has on butterfly swimming speed in Bina Tirta Swimming Club swimming athletes, to find out how much influence training without aids has on butterfly swimming speed in Bina Tirta Swimming Club athletes. club, and to find out which form of training has a greater influence between training using aids and without aids on butterfly swimming speed in Bina Tirta Swimming Club swimming athletes. This research is experimental research. The data collection technique uses a 50 meter butterfly swimming test. The subjects of this research were 20 Bina Tirta Swimming Club athletes who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. This research was carried out for 6 weeks, 18 meetings with a frequency of exercise carried out 3 times a week. The data analysis technique uses inferential statistics with the t test. The results of research on the hypothesis show that 1) data on swimming speed using treatment using assistive devices obtained a calculated t value of 7.489 so it has an influence. 2) swimming speed data using treatment without using assistive devices obtained a value of 9.725 so it has an influence. 3) The results of the parametric test on the independent sample T-Test, obtained a significance (2-tailed) of 0.712 > 0.05 (no significant effect), so it can be concluded that training using fins aids and paddles , did not have a better effect compared to training without aids on swimming speed of 50 meters butterfly style in Bina Tirta Swimming Club Medan athletes The conclusion of this research is that the results of data analysis, hypothesis testing and discussion show that training without using assistive devices provides a more significant increase compared to assistive equipment in the 50 meter butterfly swimming speed of Bina Tirta Swimming Club Medan swimming athletes.

Abstract

Health education is the main focus in fostering students. This is a fundamental part of starting a healthy life in an educational environment. This study aims to develop a valid and effective problem-based health physics learning tool. The object of the research was FIK students who took the Health Education course as many as 49 students of Class A as the experimental class and 39 students of Class B as the control class. The method used is Research and Development with a pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that the problem-based health physics learning device that had been tested by three experts was feasible to be applied in classroom learning. The N-gain of the experimental class students' reasoning was 0.6 and the control class was 0.3, while the N-gain of the experimental class students' conceptual mastery was 0.55 and the control class was 0.43. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the use of problem-based health physics learning tools is effective for improving students' reasoning and mastery of conceptsKeywords: health education, reasoning physics concept, concept mastery.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v23i3.pp1149-1157
