Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Prima Soeaka Buana. The research method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, and a total of 60 respondents were obtained as the sample. Data analysis included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation of Y = 23.668 + 0.465X1, and a correlation coefficient of 0.457. The determination coefficient value is 20.9%, and the hypothesis test resulted in a t-value > t-table, or (3.914 > 1.671). Furthermore, the work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation of Y = 15.170 + 0.661X2, and a correlation coefficient of 0.723. The determination coefficient value is 52.3%, and the hypothesis test resulted in a t-value > t-table, or (7.968 > 1.671). Simultaneously, work discipline and work environment significantly influence employee performance with a multiple linear regression equation of Y = 3.697 + 0.338X1 + 0.603X2, and a correlation coefficient of 0.793. The determination coefficient value is 62.9%, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test resulted in an F-value > F-table, or (48.302 > 3.159).

Abstract

The Influence of Digitalization and Transformational Leadership on the Performance of Operational Employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Digitalization and Transformational Leadership on the performance of operational employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. The respondents in this study amounted to 50. The data analysis in this research is quantitative, using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression methods. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it is shown that Digitalization affects the performance of operational employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. Transformational Leadership influences the performance of operational employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. Simultaneously, the variables of Digitalization and Transformational Leadership significantly influence the variable of operational employee performance at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. The R Square value is 0.609 or 60.9%, meaning that the variable of employee performance is influenced by digitalization and transformational leadership, while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other factors not used in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia Divisi Operasional Wilayah Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 71 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji Regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t secara parsial dan uji f secara simultan. Hasil penelitian bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (9,490 > 1,995) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (9,022  > 1,995) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (60,765 > 3,130) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 Hasil nilai R-square bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersamasama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 64,1%, sedangkan sisanya 35,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi finishing pada PT. Dream Wear Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengujian hipotesis. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan divisi finishing PT. Dream Wear Jawa Barat yang berjumlah 128, sampling yang digunakan Non-Probability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan rumus teknik slovin 10% maka diperoleh jumlah sampel yaitu 56 sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi & determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis meliputi uji statistik t dan F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil olah data nilai thitung sebesar 2,162 > 2,005 ttabel dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,035 < 0,050. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil olah data nilai thitung 4,588 > 2,005 ttabel dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,050. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini berdasarkan dengan hasil olah data nilai Fhitung 13,585 > 5,03 Ftabel dengan nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,050. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,594 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi 59,4% terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT Bank CIMB Niaga, West Jakarta. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents. The independent variables include work motivation, which encompasses responsibility, work achievements, and development opportunities, as well as compensation, which consists of salary, incentives, and allowances. Employee performance, as the dependent variable, was measured through work discipline, loyalty, cooperation, effectiveness, and efficiency. The analysis results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that 54% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by motivation and compensation. The study concludes that improving motivation and compensation plays an essential role in enhancing employee performance. The company is advised to continue improving the reward system and provide better development opportunities to create a productive work environment that supports the achievement of company goals
