Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan bagian dari kebudayaan, suatu proses kebudayaan dan tercipta dari budaya serta dilaksanakan dalam rangka proses pembudayaan. Dalam pendidikan memuat yang namanya kurikulum, secara umum kurikulum adalah rancangan yang memuat seperangkat mata pelajaran dan/atau materinya yang akan dipelajari atau akan diajarkan pendidik kepada peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian library research. Dimana data-data dan informasi diperoleh melalui berbagai literatur yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa landasan sosiologis pengembangan kurikulum sejatinya harus dibangun dan dikembangkan dengan tetap merujuk pada asas kemasyarakatan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Melalui landasan sosiologis pengembangan kurikulum dapat dipersiapkan peran pendidikan dalam menyiapkan generasi yang berbudaya islam.

Abstract

Discipline is an action that shows orderly behavior and is compliant with a rule or norm. Compliance or obedience to the rule system in life, will not feel heavy if done consciously. The attitude of the discipline becomes light if it is carried out together. Discipline Akhlak become an individual's hopes and dreams. No exception is the expectations of teachers to students, parents to children, leaders to employee. This study uses field research with descriptive-qualitative data types. The results of this study indicate that the habitual discipline in Sanggar Anak Alam School (SALAM) has been going well. There are supporting factors and there are inhibiting factors in the discipline of moral discipline in the Sanggar Anak Alam School (SALAM)

Abstract

21st century learning discourse is getting bigger in the current global world. All countries are competing to prepare the best possible human resources. It's just that if not accompanied by morals will backfire for the country. This study aims to look at the urgency of the moral learning material of ideas from K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari in welcoming 21st century learning. This research is library research. The data source is obtained from the book of adab al-‘alim wa al-muta’alim. Methods of data analysis using descriptive methods, the data obtained by documentation techniques. Then the descriptive data are analyzed deeper using content analysis. The results showed that in the book of adab al-‘alim wa al-muta’alim by K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari has education significance, ethics that students must possess (ethics in learning, ethics towards teachers, ethics towards subjects, ethics that must be possessed by teachers (teacher ethics, teacher ethics in teaching, teacher ethics to students, ethics towards books and learning media). While the urgency is clearly seen that the moral teaching material of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari to directs close to Allah. hen with the moral teaching material K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari can equip characters in multiple dimension. And with these materials students can have a foundation of integrity in life.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the pattern of management of moral learning. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were moral teachers and students of class VIII MTs N 6 Sleman. Data collection techniques through the method of observation , interview methods and documentation method. And analyzed with descriptive analysis method. The results of the analysis show the pattern of the management of moral learning in MTs N 6 sleman according to management functions namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. In organizing and actuating activities merge into one in the implementation phase. The pattern of management of moral learning in the MTs N 6 Sleman starts from the planning, implementation and controling. The existing problems include evaluation, media and the role of MGMP not yet maximized. The completion strategy includes tahfid activities / programs, using the environment as a learning medium and using many approaches in evaluation

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses pengukuran dan hasil dari implementasi asesmen kesulitan belajar bagi Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen asesmen, wawancara, observasi, dan dokementasi. Lokasi penelitian berada di TK Islam Tunas Melati Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Perkembangan secara motorik anak disimpulkan bahwa anak mampu menggunakan dengan baik. Hal ini didukung oleh kemampuan anak dalam menggunakan otot-otot besarnya pada tangan dan kaki secara terkontrol (motorik besar) dan mampu mengkoordinasi mata dan tangan sesuai dengan perkembangan umurnya (motorik halus). 2).Perkembangan bahasa anak sudah mengalami perkembangan yang baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan anak dalam memahami percakapan yang terjadi di antara teman-teman seusianya. Perkembangan bahasa lainnya yang nampak ialah ia mampu mengungkapkan dan bercerita secara lancar tentang pengalamannya ataupun mengekspresikan keiinginannya. 3). Adapun secara sosial emosional mulai berkembang dengan cukup baik. Namun, ada beberapa prilaku yang masih mencerminkan ketidakstabilan emosi anak. Terutama dalam pembelajaran yang berbentuk kelompok ataupun yang membutuhkan kerjasama. Hal ini disebabkan masih adanya kecenderungan aktif dengan kegiatannya sendiri tetapi pasif dengan interaksi sosial sehingga berpengaruh kepada tingkat konsentrasi ataupun perhatian terhadap teman-teman di sekelilingnya. Abstract

This article was written with the aim of examining Ibn Rushd's thoughts in bringing together religion and philosophy. Ibn Rushd views that there was a peaceful relationship between sharia and philosophy because apart from placing the two as a means of achieving the truth and affirming that they supported each other, not deny each other in the form of the principle of unification. That means, both were in one goal, namely to find the truth. The research method used by the author was library research. While the results of the study explained that in Ibn Rushd's view, to bring together philosophy and religion, a tool was needed, namely the mind. Ibn Rushd gave his own area of ??work on revelation and the intellect (ratio) and tried to link the two through his theory of takwil. Takwil was used to bridge the difference between the meaning of textuality and rational understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance between Maqashid Shariah and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in the view of marriage of pregnant women out of wedlock. The phenomenon of pregnancy out of wedlock, which is often a controversial topic in society, is researched through the analysis of Islamic law and its implementation in the context of Indonesia. Using the literature method, this study examines literature related to Islamic marriage law, Maqashid Shariah, and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This analysis finds that although there are differences of opinion among scholars regarding the ability of pregnant women to marry outside of marriage, the principles of Maqashid Shariah, such as hifzh al-irdh (safeguarding honor), provide a strong basis for considering such abilities for the sake of benefit and justice. In addition, the study of KHI shows that there are stricter rules compared to the views of classical scholars, which need to be reviewed in the context of the needs of modern society. These findings indicate the importance of integrating Maqashid Shariah principles in the implementation of contemporary Islamic law to achieve justice and the welfare of the ummah

Abstract

Abstract: This study explores the integration of national and local curricula at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ula Al-Hidayah, a non-formal Islamic educational institution in Klaten, in shaping the Muslim character of students. Employing a qualitative case study approach, it examines the implementation of learning strategies rooted in religious values and local wisdom to develop students’ spirituality, morality, intellectuality, and professionalism. Data collection through triangulation—including interviews, observations, and document analysis—provides detailed insights into curriculum integration and its impact on shaping student character. The findings reveal that integrating national and local curricula has successfully enhanced students’ understanding of local religious and cultural values, as evidenced by their daily behavior. Nonetheless, challenges persist, particularly in ensuring the availability of supporting resources. The study's limitations include its focus on a single institution and a relatively short observation period, which restrict the generalizability of its findings. This research contributes to the discourse on Islamic education curriculum development by underscoring the significance of harmonizing religious values and local wisdom for holistic education. Future research could explore curriculum integration across diverse educational settings and develop more comprehensive evaluation models. The study highlights the need for innovative curriculum design to nurture a generation of Muslim students equipped to adapt to contemporary challenges.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi kurikulum nasional dan lokal di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ula Al-Hidayah, lembaga pendidikan Islam nonformal di Klaten, dalam membentuk kepribadian Muslim santri. Dengan menggunakan metodologi studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi strategi pembelajaran berbasis nilai agama dan kearifan lokal untuk mengembangkan kepribadian muslim pada aspek spiritualitas, moralitas, intelektualitas, dan profesionalitas santri. Triangulasi data, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, memberikan data mendalam tentang integrasi kurikulum dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan kepribadian santri. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulum nasional dan lokal berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai agama dan budaya lokal, sebagaimana tercermin dari perilaku santri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum, terutama dalam penyediaan sumber daya pendukung. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada lingkup yang terbatas pada satu institusi serta durasi observasi yang relatif singkat, yang membatasi generalisasi temuan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskusi tentang pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam, menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara nilai religius dan kearifan lokal untuk pendidikan yang holistik. Arah penelitian masa depan mencakup eksplorasi implementasi integrasi kurikulum di berbagai lembaga pendidikan serta model evaluasi yang lebih komprehensif. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi desain pengembangan kurikulum untuk membangun generasi santri yang berkepribadian Muslim yang adaptif terhadap tantangan zaman.

Abstract

This study aims to know, analyze and describe the Iranian thinker Abdul Karim Soroush and the implications of his thoughts on university and Hawzeh differences. This is motivated by the concept of Wilayat al-Faqih, the existence of a religious understanding that is immune to criticism and feels absolute. This research is library research. The source of the data was obtained from Abdul Karim Soroush's work Reason, Freedom, and Democracy in Islam: Essential Writings of Abdolkarim Soroush. The data analysis method uses a descriptive method, that is, data is obtained by documentation techniques. Then the descriptive data is analyzed more deeply using content analysis. The results showed that the method of thought used by Soroush in studying religious studies uses epistemological, anthropological and cosmological approaches in which all symptoms are described, explained and normative in one framework. Soroush's thought also states that the problem in the transformation of religious knowledge lies in intellectual self-understanding. There are intellectuals who reject the integration of religious knowledge with other knowledge (negative revivalists) and there are also those who combine religious knowledge with other knowledge (positive revivalists). To mediate these two views, the theory of expansion and narrowing (qabdh wa bast) of religion emerged. Dialogue and integration between religious knowledge and non-religious knowledge will make religious knowledge always contextual in accordance with the development of human knowledge. And these are all special recommendations for Hawzeh.
