Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance between Maqashid Shariah and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in the view of marriage of pregnant women out of wedlock. The phenomenon of pregnancy out of wedlock, which is often a controversial topic in society, is researched through the analysis of Islamic law and its implementation in the context of Indonesia. Using the literature method, this study examines literature related to Islamic marriage law, Maqashid Shariah, and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This analysis finds that although there are differences of opinion among scholars regarding the ability of pregnant women to marry outside of marriage, the principles of Maqashid Shariah, such as hifzh al-irdh (safeguarding honor), provide a strong basis for considering such abilities for the sake of benefit and justice. In addition, the study of KHI shows that there are stricter rules compared to the views of classical scholars, which need to be reviewed in the context of the needs of modern society. These findings indicate the importance of integrating Maqashid Shariah principles in the implementation of contemporary Islamic law to achieve justice and the welfare of the ummah

Abstract

This research focused on the low level of understanding of grade 3 students at MI Elpist Temanggung Central Java towards the Javanese language in Temanggung dialect or Basa Temanggungan. It was caused by the dominance of the use of Indonesian in everyday life and was reinforced by the influence of language through digital media. Another contributing factor was the negative perception of the Temanggung dialect, which needed to be more modern, thus affecting students' motivation to learn and use this language. The research method used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to develop flashcard-based learning media containing local wisdom. This flashcard integrated local cultural elements such as tembang dolanan, which not only served to improve vocabulary understanding but also instilled Temanggung cultural values. The research results showed that the use of flashcards significantly increased students' interest and understanding of Basa Temanggungan, especially in tembang dolanan materials such as "Cublak-Cublak Suweng" and "Sluku-Sluku Bathok". However, there were challenges in applying Krama vocabulary and limited learning time. This research emphasized the importance of collaboration between teachers, parents, and the social environment to enrich local language learning through more interactive and contextual methods in order to preserve regional languages and local wisdom systematically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak motivasi terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di institusi pendidikan. Metode yang dipakai adalah kajian literatur dengan analisis konten berbagai teori motivasi serta aplikasi dalam konteks pembelajaran PAI. Informasi diperoleh dari sejumlah sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen terkait selama masa penelitian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan ketertarikan dan pencapaian akademik siswa, terutama jika materi PAI dapat diimplementasikan sebagai pedoman perilaku sehari-hari. Hasil ini menekankan bahwa penguatan motivasi belajar yang beragam dan relevan dapat menjadikan teori PAI lebih berarti dan praktis. Sebagai kesimpulan, pengintegrasian teori motivasi dalam pembelajaran PAI tidak hanya merangsang semangat belajar peserta didik, tetapi juga mendorong mereka untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan dengan lebih nyata dalam kehidupan. Rekomendasi praktis dari penelitian ini menyarankan agar pendidik merancang strategi motivasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta karakter siswa, guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan agama dengan lebih efektif. This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation on improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in educational institutions. The method used is a literature review with content analysis of various motivation theories and their application in the context of PAI learning. Information was obtained from several sources such as books, journals, and relevant documents during the research period. The research findings indicate that motivation plays a crucial role in enhancing students’ interest and academic achievement, especially when PAI material can be implemented as a guide for daily behavior. These results emphasize that strengthening diverse and relevant learning motivation can make PAI theory more meaningful and practical. In conclusion, integrating motivational theory into PAI learning not only stimulates students’ enthusiasm for learning but also encourages them to apply religious values more genuinely in daily life. Practical recommendations from this study suggest that educators design motivational strategies suited to the needs and characteristics of students, in order to achieve the goals of religious education more effectively.

Abstract

Nowadays, halal products have become a lifestyle as well as a necessity for people in Indonesia. The government has tried to fulfil these needs by providing halal certification. This effort certainly requires the participation of various parties including academics. To support these efforts, the author conducted community service in Bansari village related to obtaining halal certification for existing MSMEs. Assistance is carried out using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method which starts from the stages of (1) Community Research Social Problem Diagnostic, (2) Community Strategic Planning, (3) Community Resource Mobilisation, and (4) Reflection.  The results of the assistance carried out are first, the Bansari Village community has insight into the processing and presentation of halal products that have been determined by the government; second, the community has an NIB; third, the Bansari village community becomes skilled in processing and marketing their processed products so that they can be accepted by the market both offline and online markets.Keywords: Halal certification, Halal products, UMKMAbstrakSaat ini produk halal menjadi gaya hidup sekaligus kebutuhan bagi masyarakat di Indonesia. Pemerintah telah berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan menyediakan sertifikasi halal. Upaya tersebut tentu membutuhkan partisipasi berbagai pihak termasuk akademisi. Untuk mendukung upaya tersebut penulis melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di desa Bansari terkait dengan perolehan sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM yang ada. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) yang dimulai dari tahap (1) Community Research Social Problem Diagnostic, (2) Community Strategic Planning , (3) Community Resource Mobilication, dan (4) Reflection.  Hasil dari pendampingan yang dilakukan adalah pertama, masyarakat Desa Bansari memiliki bekal wawasan dalam pengolahan dan penyajian produk halal yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah; kedua, masyarakat memiliki NIB; ketiga, masyarakat desa Bansari menjadi terampil dalam mengolah dan memasarkan produk olahan mereka agar bisa diterima oleh pasar baik pasar offline maupun online.Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi halal, Produk halal, UMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk inovasi manajemen yang diterapkan dalam kelembagaan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), menganalisis implementasi kepemimpinan transformatif, serta mengungkap berbagai tantangan dalam pengembangan inovasi dan strategi kelembagaan PAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengambilan data melalui sumber primer dan sekunder terkait dengan Inovasi dan kepemimpinan berupa tulisan artikel atau buku. Penelitian ini lebih  fokus pada Kepustakaan karena kajian ini terletak pada telaah teori, konsep, dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan, sehingga memerlukan penggalian literatur yang mendalam ketimbang pengumpulan data empiris di lapangan.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk inovasi manajemen yang diterapkan meliputi: manajemen berbasis sekolah, manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi (e-management), pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) secara profesional, serta manajemen kurikulum dan program yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan masyarakat. Keberhasilan dari inovasi-inovasi tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh komitmen dan kapasitas kepemimpinan lembaga, serta dukungan lingkungan eksternal seperti pemerintah, masyarakat, dan mitra strategis. Dalam konteks kepemimpinan, pendekatan transformasional memainkan peran penting melalui lima pilar utama, yaitu: penetapan visi dan misi yang jelas, pemberdayaan inovasi dan kreativitas, penyediaan pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan, pemberian dukungan serta pengakuan terhadap kinerja, dan pembangunan kemitraan kolaboratif. Meskipun demikian, pengembangan inovasi manajerial dalam kelembagaan PAI masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, di antaranya keterbatasan kompetensi guru, resistensi terhadap perubahan, minimnya dukungan teknologi, dan lemahnya kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan intervensi yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan kelembagaan PAI yang unggul, adaptif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman.  ___________________________________________________________________________________________ This study aims to identify the forms of management innovation applied in Islamic Religious Education institutions, analyze the implementation of transformative leadership within them, and reveal various challenges in the development of innovation and institutional strategies in IRE. The method used in this study is library research with a qualitative approach, collecting data from primary and secondary sources related to innovation and leadership in the form of articles or books. This study focuses more on literature because it is based on the examination of relevant theories, concepts, and previous research findings, thus requiring in-depth literature exploration rather than empirical data collection in the field. The results show that the forms of management innovation applied include: school/madrasah-based management, information technology-based management), professional human resource management , and curriculum and program management tailored to the needs of students and the community. The success of these innovations is greatly influenced by the commitment and capacity of institutional leadership, as well as external support from the government, community, and strategic partners. In the context of leadership, the transformational approach plays a crucial role through five main pillars: establishing a clear vision and mission, empowering innovation and creativity, providing continuous training and development, offering support and recognition for performance, and building collaborative partnerships. However, the development of managerial innovation in PAI institutions still faces various challenges, including limitations in teacher competencies, resistance to change, lack of technological support, and weak collaboration among stakeholders. Therefore, systematic and sustainable interventions are needed to create PAI institutions that are excellent, adaptive, and relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

Ibnu Khaldun sebagai salah seorang tokoh intelektual Islam yang dikenal hingga hari ini-selain dari perannya yang besar dalam pentas politik pada masanya dan pemikiran pendidikannya yang beraliran pragmatis-instrumental adalah karena beliau memiliki dan mewariskan karya intelektualnya, yaitu kitab Muqaddimah. Meskipun Ibnu Khaldun hidup di abad ke-14, tetapi pemikirannya tentang pendidikan Islam tampaknya tetap actual dan relevan untuk penerapan pendidikan Islam dalam konteks kekinian, termasuk di Indonesia. Bahkan pemikiran yang pernah beliau kemukakan dapat menjadi inspirasi untuk umat Islam dewasa ini dalam membenahi dan meningkatkan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Untuk itu, dalam beberapa dasawarsa terakhir, sejumlah wacana dari pakar pendidikan Islam di Indonesia begitu mengapung dalam menyerukan pembenahan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dalam pembahasan ini, akan dilihat beberapa relevansi pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dengan dunia modern khususnya pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Ibnu Khaldun mengklasifikasikan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan yang dipelajari ke dalam dua bentuk yaitu al-‘ulum an-naqliyah (ilmu agama) dan al-‘ulum al-aqliyah (ilmu umum).

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang menghambat perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak-anak, dan Desa Rowo menghadapi prevalensi stunting yang mengkhawatirkan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas program Pendampingan Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK-R) dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan praktik kesehatan lingkungan sebagai upaya preventif terhadap stunting. Metode: Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja Desa Rowo tentang stunting serta meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan partisipasi aktif remaja tentang stunting dan pengelolaan lingkungan.
