Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the provision of performance allowances for soldiers in Koopssus TNI is in accordance with the provisions of TNI Commander Regulation Number 4 of 2012 concerning Administrative Guidelines for Providing Performance Allowances for Soldiers and Civil Servants in the TNI Environment. Meanwhile, the procedure for providing performance allowances for soldiers in Koopssus TNI is carried out through authorisation channels because the performance allowance budget has not been included in the TNI budget for personnel expenditure. In order for the provision of performance allowances to be carried out effectively and efficiently, the submission and distribution procedures must be clearly arranged to avoid errors and leakage of the performance allowance budget. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of providing performance allowances for soldiers in the TNI Coopssus has been running well, this is in accordance with the exploration of implementation dimensions such as communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structures towards informants, who state that the implementation of providing performance allowances in the TNI Coopssus has been running well. Keywords: Implementation, Performance Allowance, and Soldiers ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pemberian tunjangan kinerja bagi prajurit di Koopssus TNI sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Panglima TNI Nomor 4 Tahun 2012 Tentang Petunjuk Adminstrasi Pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja bagi Prajurit dan PNS di Lingkungan TNI. Sedangkan prosedur pemberian tunjangan kinerja bagi prajurit di Koopssus TNI dilaksanakan melalui jalur otorisasi karena anggaran tunjangan kinerja tersebut belum masuk anggaran TNI untuk belanja pegawai. Agar pemberian tunjangan kinerja dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien maka prosedur pengajuan dan penyalurannya harus diataur secara jelas untuk menghindari adanya kesalahan dan kebocoran anggaran tunjangan kinerja tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pemberian tunjangan kinerja bagi prajurit di Koopssus TNI telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini sesuai dengan penelusuran dimensi-dimensi implementasi seperti komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap dan struktur birokrasi terhadap para informan, yang menyatakan bahwa implementasi pemberian tunjangan kinerja di Koopssus TNI telah berjalan dengan baik. Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of employee discipline and infrastructure facilities on employee performance at the Banjarbaru Selatan Subdistrict Office through the application of online attendance as a mediating variable. This study used quantitative research, the sample was set as many as 71 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While analyzing data using path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence between Online Attendance (Z) on Employee Performance (Y); (2) There is a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Online Attendance (Z); (3) There is a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y); (4) There is a significant influence between Infrastructure Facilities (X2) on Online Attendance (Z); (5) There is a significant influence between Infrastructure Facilities (X2) on Employee Performance (Y); (6) There is a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) through Online Attendance (Z); (7) There is no significant influence between Infrastructure Facilities (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) through Online Attendance (Z).

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi selaku penyelenggara pendidikan termasuk di dalamnya STIA Bina Banua Banjarmasin perlu melaksanakan suatu program berupa pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan ini berupa pelaksanaan Penyuluhan Terkait Penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 bagi Aparatur Desa di Kabupaten Tanah Laut Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Tujuanya adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan politik bagi masyarakat guna meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi politik warga. Selain Penyuluhan yang berkaitan dengan kepemiluan, dilakukan pula kerjasama mitra berkenaan dengan konsultasi dan pendampingan terhadap masalah yang dihadapi Desa. Manfaat pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah selain penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dalam kehidupan nyata di masyarakat, guna melatih kemampuan memecahkan persoalan kehidupan masyarakat di desa serta memberi peluang kepada peserta pengabdian untuk menginventarisir problematika maupun potensi di desa. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah survei, dokumentasi, dan ceramah. Kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar dan peserta memahami mengenai cara mendaftar kuliah di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the impact of the Merdeka Curriculum policy and the perceptions of teachers, students, and parents at MAN 1 Tabalong. Using a qualitative case study method, the research involved five key informants, including the acting head of the madrasa, the vice principal for curriculum, and teachers. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum has been effectively implemented in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy, though challenges remain. These challenges include uneven achievement of student competencies, the need for continuous support, and improvements in infrastructure and facilities. Increased budget allocation is also necessary for optimal implementation. Teachers appreciate the curriculum's flexibility, enabling learning tailored to students' needs and local contexts. Students enjoy active learning through projects aligned with their interests, while parents support the curriculum, viewing it as a comprehensive approach to fostering their children's potential. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dampak kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka serta persepsi guru, peserta didik, dan orang tua di MAN 1 Tabalong. Menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, penelitian melibatkan lima informan, termasuk kepala madrasah, wakil bidang kurikulum, dan guru. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka berjalan baik dari segi efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan, meski menghadapi tantangan seperti pencapaian kompetensi yang belum merata, kebutuhan pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana. Dukungan anggaran juga penting untuk optimalisasi. Guru mengapresiasi fleksibilitas kurikulum yang memungkinkan pembelajaran berbasis kebutuhan peserta didik dan kondisi lokal. Peserta didik menikmati pembelajaran aktif melalui proyek sesuai minat, sementara orang tua mendukung karena kurikulum ini dinilai mampu mengembangkan potensi anak secara lebih menyeluruh.
