Abstract

This study aims: (1) to know, test, and analyze the influence of work discipline on the employee satisfaction of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin; (2) to find out, test and analyze the effect of training on the employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.The study applied descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was Educational Staff with Civil Servants status in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, with a total of 111 people. The sample was 63 people. The independent variable was work discipline and training while the dependent variable is employee satisfaction. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was using partial (Partial Least Square / PLS) regression analysis.The result of this study indicatedthat (1) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and (2) training had a positive but insignificant effect on employee satisfaction. Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Training had a negative and insignificant effect on employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.The higher ups must be more assertive and pay attention to the work discipline of the educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin to improve employee satisfaction so that they can work better, effectively, and efficiently

Abstract

The Effect of Work Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Kalimantan Province, under the Supervision of Mr.Misransyah Akos as supervisor I and Sayuti Enggok as supervisor II. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and job satisfaction on employee work productivity at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses the Descriptive Analysis smethod with simple regression analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis. The study population was the State Civil Administration of Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Kalimantan Province as many as 131 people with a total sample of 100 people. He results of this study indicate : (1). There is a significant influence work culture to employee productivity. This is based on the SPSS calculation results, the Sig.t number is obtained in the statistical coefficient table is 0,000 <0.05 which mean hypothesis accepted that work culture has a significant effect to employee productivity. (2). There is a significant influence between job satisfaction to employee productivity. This is based on the SPSS calculation results, the Sig.t number is obtained in the statistical coefficient table. the calculated Sig.t number is 0,000 <0.05 so that the second hypothesis proposed that job satisfaction has a significant effect and accepted. Pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kanwi Kementerian Agama Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan di bawah bimbingan Misransyah Akos, sebagai pembimbing I dan Sayuti Enggok sebagai pembimbing II. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Analisis dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Populasi penelitian adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan sebanyak 131 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ; Ada pengaruh yang signifikan budaya kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegwai. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan SPSS, didapat angka Sig.t hitung pada tabel coefisien statistik. Angka sig.t hitung sebesar 0,000<0.05 yang berarti hipotesis diterima bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan SPSS, didapat angka Sig.t hitung pada tabel coefisien statistik. Angka Sig.t hitung sebesar 0,000<0.05 sehingga hipotesis kedua yang diusulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan diterima.

Abstract

Abstract: This a research to test and demonstrate empirically Effect of Conflict, Stress, and Work Productivity Competence Against The Mediated By Variables Motivation (Empirical Study at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District). The population in this study was MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District that MTs Nurul Hidayah and MTs Darul Azhar as many as 64 people and determination on this sample using a total sampling, where all samples used as the population in this study (Arikunto, 2016: 130) , and thus the sample of this study as many as 64 (sixty four) people. Data were analyzed by analysis Partial Least Square (PLS).These results indicate that:(1) The conflict of positive and significant impact on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (2) stress positive and significant impact on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (3) competency positive and significant effect on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (4) competency positive and significant effect on work motivation on MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (5) motivation to effect positive and significant impact on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (6) competence but not significant effect on work productivity, moderated by motivational variables in MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District . Keywords: labor productivity, conflict, stress, competence and motivation Abstrak: Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan mendemonstrasikan secara empiris Pengaruh Konflik, Stres, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan Variabel Motivasi yang Dimediasi (Studi Empiris di MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kecamatan Tanah Bumbu yaitu MTs Nurul Hidayah dan MTs Darul Azhar sebanyak 64 orang dan penentuan sampel ini menggunakan total sampling, dimana seluruh sampel dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini (Arikunto , 2016: 130), maka sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 64 (enam puluh empat) orang. Data dianalisis dengan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konflik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (2) Stres positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (3) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (4) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (5) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (6) kompetensi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dimoderatori oleh variabel motivasi di MTs Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Abstract

Improving the quality of education Through human resources and infrastructure facilities in MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Banjarmasin City. Guided by Misransyah Akos as Supervisor I and Ade Hermawan as Supervisor II. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of human resources on the quality of education MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Banjarmasin. (2) to analyze the effect of infrastructure facilities on education quality of MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Banjarmasin city. The design of this study is based on a survey approach that the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory is a study that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another. The existing research variables are to predict the closeness of the influence of one to other variables according to criteria concerning the influence of human resources and infrastructure facilities on the quality of education MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Banjarmasin strongly and profoundly by using multiple regression analysis. The population is all teachers / teaching staff and education MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Banjarmasin city, amounting to 31 people. Sampling technique by Random Sampling of 30 teachers. For key informant is Head of Madrasah MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The result of research shows that (1) HR / Educator have an effect on the quality of education in MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Banjarmasin city, because based on the result of t test it is known that t count > t Table means based on the hypothesis showing HR / Educator influence Quality of education and acceptable. (2) the means of infrastructure have an influence on the Quality of Education in MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Banjarmasin city, because it can be seen by the result of t test known that t count > t Table means based on the hypothesis showing the means of infrastructure affect the quality of education and can be accepted. Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Melalui sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana di MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin. Dibimbing oleh Misransyah Akos sebagai Pembimbing I dan Ade Hermawan sebagai Pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh SDM terhadap mutu pendidikan MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin. (2) menganalisis pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin. Rancangan penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan survey yang sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif explanatory merupakan penelitian yang bermaksud menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta hubungannya antara satu variabel dengan yang lain. Variabel penelitian yang ada yaitu untuk memprediksi keeratan pengaruh yang satu terhadap variabel yang lain sesuai kriteria menyangkut pengaruh SDM dan sarana prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin secara kuat dan mendalam dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Populasi adalah seluruh SDM/ tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 31 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan cara Random Sampling sebanyak 30 orang guru. Untuk key informan adalah Kepala Madrasah MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) SDM/Tenaga Pendidik memiliki pengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan di MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin, karena berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung > t Tabel artinya berdasarkan hipotesis menunjukan SDM/Tenaga Pendidik mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan dan dapat diterima. (2) Sarana prasarana memiliki pengaruh terhadap Mutu Pendidikan di MTsN Banjar Selatan 2 Kota Banjarmasin, karena dapat dilihat dengan berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung > t Tabel artinya berdasarkan hipotesis menunjukan sarana prasarana mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan dan dapat diterima.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to (1) analyze the effect of work’s motivation to employee’s performance in Department of Fisheries and Marine Kapuas District, (2) analyze the effect of work’s discipline to employee’s performance in Department of Fisheries and Marine Kapuas District. This research has used quantitative approachment. The population of this research was all government employee in Department of Fisheries and Marine Kapuas District, and the sampling method was all population of the government employee, about 50 people. The instruments was a questionnaire which consist closed questions and document. And the data analysis was multiple regression using Statistic Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that (1) work’s motivation has significant effect to employee’s performance in Department of Fisheries and Marine Kapuas District and (2) work’s discipline has significant effect to employee’s performance in Department of Fisheries and Marine Kapuas District. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Kabupaten Kapuas, (2) menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Kabupaten Kapuas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN di Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Kabupaten Kapuas, dan metode pengambilan sampel adalah populasi seluruh pegawai ASN yaitu 50 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sifatnya tertutup dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi berganda dengan Paket Statistik Ilmu Sosial (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Kabupaten Kapuas, (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Kabuapten Kapuas.

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence Of Ability And Work Environment To Employee Work Performance That Are Focused With Job Motivation Of Banjarmasin City Transportation Officer" which aims to know the description of ability, environment, motivation and job performance and to test the influence of ability and work environment to the work performance of employees mediated by employee motivation. This study uses quantitative research samples are applied as many as 48 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While data analysis using path analysis assisted with software SmartPLS 30. The results of this study indicate that the ability and environmental variables are simultaneously able to explain the motivation variable of 46.7%, the remaining 55.3% is explained by other variables that are not hypothesized in the model. The next result for the variable ability, environment, and motivation able to explain the work performance variable of 46.3%, the remaining 53.7% explained by other variables that are not hypothesized in the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, examine and analyze the influence of Education and Training on the work achievements of Training Participants in the Education and Training Agency of the Province of South Kalimantan. The method used in this study is Quantitative Descriptive by using two approaches, namely: (1) descriptive statistical test that is to know the tendency or frequency distribution of the respondent's answer to the questionnaire proposed primarily to know the mean of each item / proposed indicators, (2) influence test between X and Y variables proposed in the research. This research uses explanatory research design approach. The results showed that the Education and Training Employees have a partial influence on Employee Performance is indicated by t arithmetic > t table is 4.650> 1.999 or sig t value (0,000) < α = 0.05 then Employee Training has a significant influence on employee performance. Thus, the test shows H0 rejected and H1 accepted. From table 4 it is known that there is a contribution between Education and Training on Civil Servant Employment Performance of South Kalimantan Provincial Government of 29.2%, while the rest of 70.8% is caused by other variables not included in this research. The Variables of Training have a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servant of South Kalimantan Provincial Government following Diklat PIM IV for 2016.

Abstract

In this study the authors used correlational research methods. Population is the whole subject of research. Subjects in this study were the Office of the District of Tatah Makmur, Banjar Regency. as many as 25 people. In this study, this researcher used all members of the population as a sample. The technique for drawing non-probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques. Saturated sampling itself is a sampling technique that makes all members of the population as samples of research. To collect various information needed by researchers, including: Questionnaire and Literature Study. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) The results of the study show: (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Tatah Makmur District Office in Banjar Regency. This shows that with the discipline carried out by employees it affects the satisfaction felt by the employees of the Office of the District of Tatah Makmur, Banjar Regency. This is evidenced by the calculation of 5,298> TTabel of 2,060 with a significant level ρ value X (0.001) <α (0, 05), (2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Tatah Makmur District Office in Banjar Regency. This is supported based on the value of Thitung2222> T table of 2,060 with a significant level ρ value X1 (0,000) <α (0, 05), (3) Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Office of District Tatah Makmur Banjar Regency. This shows that job satisfaction perceived by employees can improve the performance of employees of the Office of the District of Tatah Makmur, Banjar Regency. This can be seen from Thitung 2,988> T table of 2,060 with a significant level ρ value X2 (0.007) <α (0, 05). As well as (4) The results of path analysis show that work discipline can have a direct effect on performance and also indirect influence which is from work discipline to job satisfaction (intervening variable) then to performancein line P1 which is equal to 0.563, while the magnitude of indirect influence can be calculated by multiplying its indirect coefficient on path P2 and P3 ie 0, 631 x 0, 400 = 0, 2524. Because of the direct relationship coefficient greater than the indirect coefficient, it can be said that the actual relationship is direct. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Populasi adalah keseluruhan subjek penelitian.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Kecamatan Tatah Makmur Kabupaten Banjar. sebanyak 25 orang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ini menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel Teknik penarikan metodenon-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh sendiri merupakan teknik penentuan sampel yang menjadikan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel penelitian.Untuk mengumpulkan berbagai informasi yang diperlukan peneliti, diantaranya adalah : Kuesioner dan Studi Kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai dibuktikan dengan Thitung sebesar 5.298> TTabel sebesar 2.060 dengan tingkat signifikan ρ value X (0.001) <α (0, 05), (2) Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tatah Makmur Kabupaten Banjarberdasarkan nilai Thitung2.222 > Ttabel sebesar 2.060 dengan tingkat signifikan ρ value X1 (0.000) <α (0, 05), (3) Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tatah Makmur Kabupaten Banjar dapat dilihat dari Thitung2.988 > Ttabel sebesar 2.060 dengan tingkat signifikan ρ value X2 (0.007) <α (0, 05). Serta (4) Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dapat berpengaruh langsung ke kinerja dan juga berpengaruh tidak langsung yaitu dari disiplin kerja ke kepuasan kerja (variabel intervening) lalu ke kinerja dilihat pada jalur P1 yaitu sebesar 0.563, sedangkan besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung bisa dihitung dengan mengalikan koefisien tidak langsungnya pada jalur P2 dan P3yaitu 0, 631 x 0, 400 = 0, 2524. Oleh karena koefisien hubungan langsung lebih besar dari koefisien tidak langsung, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hubungan sebenarnya adalah langsung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah Non PNS Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin, (2) menganalisis pengaruh seleksi terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah Non PNS Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin, (3) menganalisis pengaruh penempatan terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah Non PNS Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas. Populasi penelitian adalah Pegawai Pemerintah Non PNS pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin dan teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel adalah probability sampilng; simple random sampling dimana populasi dipilih menjadi sampel yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi berganda (multiple regression) dengan menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rekrutmen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah non PNS Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin, (2) seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah non PNS Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin, (3) penempatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah non PNS Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin, dan (4) penempatan adalah variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah non PNS Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to analyze regression of motivation on the discipline of Administrative Staff work at Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital; 2) to analyze regression of job satisfaction on the discipline of Administrative Staff work at Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital. The study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is Administrative Staff who work in Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital, both Civil Servants (PNS) and Non Civil Servants (Non PNS), all of which are 105 (one hundred and five) people. Samples totaling 82 people. The independent variable is motivation and job satisfaction while the dependent variable is work discipline. Data collected using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression statistical tests with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate 1) there is regression between motivation towards work discipline of 0,000. 2) there is regression between job satisfaction and work discipline of 0.007. Conclusion: motivation has a significant regression on the work discipline of administrative employees in the Banjarmasin Ulin Regional General Hospital. While the motivation variable regression coefficient is positive; Job satisfaction significantly regression the work discipline of administrative employees in the Banjarmasin Ulin Regional General Hospital. While the regression coefficient of job satisfaction variable is positive. Suggestion: that is the placement of staff according to their expertise, training and seminars on a regular basis, management makes work discipline policies so that the goal of Ulin Banjrmasin Hospital is reached. Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai Administrasi di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin; 2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai Administrasi di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Pegawai Administrasi yang bekerja di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin, baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) mupun Non Pegawai Negeri Sipil (Non PNS) , yang semuanya berjumlah 105 (seratus lima) orang.Sampel berjumlah 82 orang. Variabel bebas adalah motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sedangkan variabel terikat adalah disiplin kerja. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) ada pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 0,000. 2)ada pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 0,007. Motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai administrasi di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin. Sedangkan koefisien regresi variabel motivasi bernilai positif; kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai administrasi di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin. Sedangkan koefisien regresi variabel kepuasan kerja bernilai positif.
