Abstract

Teknik komunikasi SBAR merupakan salah satu indikator yang diprioritaskan untuk kualitas komunikasi yang efektif dalam tujuan keselamatan pasien (IPSG 2). Keselamatan pasien sangat tergantung pada tindakan tim medis dalam mengurangi medical error yang dapat dicegah dengan meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif melalui sosialisasi komunikasi SBAR. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi komunikasi SBAR dalam kolaborasi interprofesional antara dokter dan perawat pada keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain satu kelompok pretest-posttest. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 35 perawat dan 35 dokter spesialis sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner komunikasi SBAR. Nilai uji validitas CVI=0,87 dan nilai uji reliabilitas Cronbach?s Alpha=0,62. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan nilai signifikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan sosialisai komunikasi SBAR p = 0,00 (p <0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata (Mean Rank) dokter spesialis 18,00 dan perawat 18,00 yang mengindikasikan bahwa sosialisasi komunikasi SBAR memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keselamatan pasien.   Kata kunci: komunikasi sbar, keselamatan pasien, interprofesional kolaborasi   ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SBAR COMMUNICATION IN DOCTOR AND NURSING INTERPROFESSIONAL PATIENTS TO PATIENT SAFETY   ABSTRACT SBAR communication technique is the prioritized indicators for effective communication quality in patient safety goal (IPSG 2). Patient safety highly depends on medical team?s action in decreasing unwanted incidence which can be prevented by increasing effective communication through socializing SBAR communication. The purpose was to analyze the effect implementation of SBAR communication in interprofessional collaboration between doctors and nurses on patient safety. The research used quasi-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The respondents were 35 nurses and 35 doctor specialists according to the inclusion criteria with purposive sampling. The research instruments were SBAR communication questionnaires. Validity Value with CVI=0.87 and reliability value with Cronbach?s Alpha=0.62. Data was analyzed using Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that there was a diffrence significant score of pre post SBAR implementation between doctor specialist and nurses p=0.04 (p<0.05). The result of the research showed that Mean Rank=18.00 from doctor specialist and nurses Mean Rank=18.00 which indicated that socializing SBAR communication could have significant change in mean rank value.   Keywords: SBAR communication, patient safety, interprofessional collaboration

Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa krisis pada kehidupan manusia. Tindakan kriminal dan agresif remaja seperti kenakalan, perkelahian, pencurian, tindakan asusila, penyalahgunaan zat merupakan faktor penyebab remaja mendekam di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas). Remaja yang berstatus narapidana juga merupakan generasi bangsa yang perlu dibantu dalam berperilaku adaptif agar terhindar dari kasus kasus hukum yang merugikan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah dan mengatasi prilaku agresif pada remaja narapidana adalah dengan pemberian intervensi asertif training. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh asertif training terhadap prilaku agresif narapidana remaja di Lapas Anak Kelas I Medan. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan quasi experiment. Populasi berjumlah 140 orang narapidana remaja dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik random sampling. Sampel dibagi dalam 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan asertif training dalam 8 sesi pada kelompok intervensi, sementara kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan intervensi apapun. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian intervensi asertif training terhadap perilaku agresif pada remaja narapidana (p-value=0,00, α. 0,05). Diharapkan intervensi asertif training tetap diberikan sebagai salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah prilaku agresif pada narapidana remaja di Lapas.

Abstract

Program Kesehatan Jiwa Berbasis Sekolah (PKJ-BS) merupakan program yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dimulai dari identifikasi status emosi remaja, penilaian melalui hasil ukur instrumen, intervensi dan fasilitasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan status emosi dan perilaku remaja sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan program kesehatan berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ”One-group pretest-posttest design”. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa berjumlah 1067 siswa, sedangkan sampel diambil secara total sampling yaitu seluruh siswa di SMPN 1 Tanjung Morawa. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji dependent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masalah emosi pada siswa dikategorikan sehat sebanyak 91.2%, resiko sebanyak 5.4% dan gangguan sebanyak 3.4%. Masalah emosi yang timbul pada siswa yaitu masalah  cemas atau khawatir, siswa merasa tidak bahagia, sedih atau menangis dan banyak yang ditakuti.  Hasil uji didapatkan nilai p-value 0.00, artinya ada pengaruh program kesehatan jiwa berbasis sekolah terhadap status emosi siswa. Perubahan status emosi siswa karena siswa telah diberikan edukasi kesehatan jiwa dan diberikan intervensi REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) yang bertujuan untuk menghilangkan gangguan emosional, membangkitkan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan diri individu.

Abstract

Humbang Hasundutan is one of the districts in North Sumatra Province. The majority of people in Humbang Hasundutan Regency are Batak and work in the agricultural sector, especially food crop farming, namely lowland rice, lowland rice, corn, peanuts, cassava, sweet potato, pelawija, horticulture, and smallholder plantations. From the results of interviews with the people of Humbang Hasundutan Regency, the role and function of the husband in managing agricultural land is still lacking. It is customary for Batak men in Humbang Hasundutan to meet, relax, and tell stories at the tuak lapo. The purpose of this community service is to provide education through therapeutic group therapy to increase the productivity of high agricultural products. The roles and functions of husband and wife were measured using a measuring instrument, namely the Developmental Tasks on Adult Questionnaire-10 instrument. This instrument identifies adult developmental problems experienced by respondents. From the results of the questionnaire, it was found that the majority of respondents have not been able to meet adult development, which is indicated by the community not having new innovations and preferring to stay in the jobs they like. Through therapeutic group therapy, it is expected to increase the ability of husband and wife roles and functions in terms of increasing agricultural productivity in Ria Ria Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency.

Abstract

The eruption of Mount Sinabung is a natural disaster that occurred in Batukarang Village, Payung District, Karo Regency. In addition to physical conditions, this disaster affected the psychosocial condition of the community, especially children and adolescents. As a result of disasters, children and adolescents experience anxiety, stress, fear, PTSD, depression, etc. These symptoms can affect the development of adolescents themselves. This study aims to determine the psychosocial development of children and adolescents after the Sinabung eruption. Descriptive research design with a sample of 94 school-age children and 94 adolescents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results showed that the psychosocial development of school-age children was in good category as many as 6 children (6.4%), and sufficient psychosocial development was 88 children (93.6%). While the psychosocial development of adolescents 81.9% experienced sufficient psychosocial development, 18.1% adolescents experienced good psychosocial development. The results of this study can assist mental nurses in providing psychological and social support after a disaster with a mental nursing approach so that the psychosocial development of disaster victims, especially adolescents, goes well and can improve the mental health of disaster victims.

Abstract

The level of transmission of Covid-19, which is still quite high, is a concern for immediate efforts that can help people avoid Covid-19. Problems found in Kaban Village are still many children who do not wear masks and continue to play freely without paying attention to the covid-19 protocol, disruption of teaching and learning activities so that children are left behind in lessons, facilities for washing hands are not yet available. This activity aims to train and educate the public to continue to equip themselves and fill useful free time during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kaban Tua Village, Munte District, Karo, North Sumatra. This activity is carried out in four forms of activities which include counseling and distribution of masks / handsanitizers, education on washing hands with soap, education and recitation activities for children. The results achieved from this service activity are (1) increased public insight and knowledge about the discipline of the Covid-19 health protocol, (2) the community has cloth masks and handsanitizers as personal protective equipment, (3) children are not left behind in learning materials at school and continue to carry out Koran activities, and (4) increased public awareness to invite other people and wear masks to protect themselves from Covid-19 transmission. This program is expected to be sustainable and provide many benefits so that people can avoid the transmission of Covid-19.

Abstract

The increase in the number of COVID-19 cases has had a negative impact on everyone's mental health, including vulnerable groups of the elderly and people with mental disorders. This is because the elderly and people with mental disorders have difficulty adjusting and are unfamiliar with their social environment. The purpose of this service is to provide support through family psychoeducation to minimize the psychological impact on vulnerable groups. Lecture and discussion methods are used to increase family knowledge in caring for the elderly and mental disorders. To measure the psychological condition of the vulnerable group, the SRQ-20 questionnaire was used and analyzed statistically (dependent t-test). Role play and simulation methods are used to improve family skills in caring for, managing burdens and utilizing health services. The results showed that there was an influence of psychoeducation on the psychological condition of the elderly with p-value <α (0.04<0.05), and for the mental disorder group it also showed that the treatment given in the form of family psychoeducation therapy gave benefits to psychological conditions with p-value <α (0.00). <0.05). This therapy is proven to be effective because it can provide information on the ability of families experiencing distress, provide education to them to improve their ability to understand and have strong coping so that problems do not occur in family relationships.

Abstract

A school age child is someone who is in the age range of 6-12 years and has met the requirements to attend school because of the intellectual development of the child. School-age children usually receive learning at school using the offline method, but during this pandemic this turned into online at home. Currently the government has started implementing the new normal, including several schools that are in the green zone allowed to modify the combined learning method between online and offline. For this reason, it is very necessary to provide education about what behavior should be done by school children after the government later allows offline schools. Efforts that can be made to optimize children's readiness in the new normal are by assisting children to be able to behave with new habits, namely wearing masks, washing hands, using personal tools from home and avoiding crowds. The community service carried out aims to optimize the readiness of school-age children by providing information support about the behavior that children should do during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method is carried out by providing education through leaflets about the adaptation of new normal habits with online and offline media. The results of community service are the results of increasing children's knowledge about habits that must be done in the face of the new normal. The output of the service is in the form of videos, leaflets, data on children's knowledge and mask products with children's characters.

Abstract

Trading has traditionally experienced a decline in sales turnover. For this reason, other efforts are needed to increase sales by utilizing social media and online shop applications. One of the things that support tourism income is the sale of souvenirs typical of Lake Toba. Unfortunately, from the survey results, the sellers are only limited to selling goods in the store without exposing the goods they sell to the internet. So it is necessary to increase the knowledge of traders to help through community service activities to improve the economic status of the community and region. Problem solving can be done by creating a platform as a promotional platform by utilizing social media, namely Instagram. The output of the service is in the form of increased sales, activity videos and the Tiraya platform on Instagram.

Abstract

Pola komunikasi yang baik akan menciptakan pola asuh yang baik, dan pengasuhan remaja yang baik akan dapat menangkal masalah-masalah yang mungkin terjadi proses tumbuh kembang remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman remaja tentang pola komunikasi keluarga. Pengambilan partisipan penelitian adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah keluarga yang berdasarkan hasil deteksi dini memiliki anak remaja dalam kategori resiko dan gangguan masalah kesehatan jiwa yaitu 24 keluarga di Kelurahan Medan Sunggal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan bantuan alat bantu perekam (record handpone), panduan wawancara dan catatan lapangan (field note) dan data dianalisa dengan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang terjadi antara orangtua dan anak remaja menghasilkan 2 tema yaitu waktu berkomunikasi, keterampilan komunikasi dan hubungan orangtua dan anak. Temuan ini dapat menjadi masukan buat keluara agar memberi waktu dan kesempatan kepada remaja sebagai upaya penguatan promotif dan preventif sehingga remaja tidak mengalami resiko dan gangguan masalah kesehatan jiwa.
