<![CDATA[Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam bidang penataan stok barang dan pengolahan keuangan yang lebih baik, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan Pada Toko Raffa Photocopy, hal ini dikarenakan pemahaman tentang perhitungan stok barang masuk dan keluar serta proses pelaporan keuangannya masih tergolong minim sekitar 80%, barang yang dibeli tidak dilakukan pembuatan laporan stok barang dan pelaporan keuangannya. Pada proses pemberian penjelasan penggunaan aplikasi tersebut melalui metode ceramah digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang produktif berbasis android. Metode Praktek langsung digunakan untuk mempraktekkan cara penginstalan mulai dari awal hingga akhir bersamaan dengan peserta. Sedangkan metode diskusi memberikan kesempatan pada para peserta untuk bertanya dan berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang muncul selama proses instalasi dilakukan selama kegiatan berlangsung.Abstract: The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge in the field of structuring goods stocks and processing finances better, so as to increase income. This activity is carried out at the Raffa Photocopy Shop, this is because the understanding of the calculation of incoming and outgoing stock and the financial reporting process is still relatively low at around 80%, the items purchased are not made in the stock report and financial reporting. In the process of giving an explanation of the use of the application through the lecture method, it is used to increase the motivation of the use of productive information technology based on Android. The Practice Method is directly used to practice the installation method from the beginning to the end together with the participants. While the discussion method provides an opportunity for participants to ask questions and consult in overcoming obstacles that arise during the installation process carried out during the activity.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan perumusan masalah, yaitu: Variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan budaya organisasi tidak menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT ABC. Variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, jadi semakin baik disiplin kerja yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang menjadi lebih baik. Koefisien Determinasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 59,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), Komunikasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 59.5% dan sisanya 40.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan didalam penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension in the elderly is characterized by an increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, namely ≥ 140/90 mmHg consistently and often occurs in the elderly aged ≥ 55 years. Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a technique that can relax tense muscles and create a relaxed feeling so that it can lower blood pressure. This study aims to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on reducing the pain scale in middle-aged elderly with hypertension in the Siulak Gedang Health Center work area in 2024. The research design used was one group pretest and post-test design with a purposive sampling method, namely 16 middle-aged elderly respondents in the Siulak Gedang Health Center work area. The instruments used in data collection were SOP, observation sheets, stethoscopes, sphygmomanometers. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on reducing the pain scale in hypertensive patients with the results of the paired sample t-test obtained a p-value = 0.000, because the p-value <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[Decision-making is sometimes often wrong so it can harm certain parties. If the decisions taken are very strategic, you can imagine the losses that will result from these decisions. The Al-Hikmah Mosque, which is located at the Taman Hangtuah Legenda Malaka Batam Center housing complex, is currently experiencing a muezzin vacancy. Al-Hikmah Mosque itself has held a selection for the muezzin. From the selection results, the five best people were obtained. Of the five best people, one will be selected and meets the criteria. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the Al-Hikmah mosque to make decisions to get the best of the best muezzins. In addition, the mosque can also get choices if the first choice resigns. In this study, the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) where all participants who meet the criteria will be ranked. The results of the ranking, who were selected to be the best muezzin with the best value or rank were Mr. Abdul Hafiz with a score of 0.845, and Mr. Ihsan as the second alternative with a value of 0.7925. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in determining the best muezzin has a high degree of accuracy. This can prevent discrimination because the election system is based on logically processed data so that all participants can accept the results obtained.]]>

In selling the products sold at the Dapoer Yuri Bread Business, they still apply a conventional system, the marketing strategy is carried out directly by delivering products to stalls, shops and even some consumers who come directly to the house to pick up these products . Meanwhile, the current promotional media only takes advantage of consumers who have bought the bread, this makes sales less effective and promotions that are not widely known by many people. When viewed from the development of information system technology that is currently developing, Dapoer Yuri's Bread Business really needs a technology to increase sales and as a product promotion media that can be accessed online and can be accessed anywhere and anytime, where buyers are able to find information on products to be sold and carry out online ordering transactions. The research method used is the waterfall model, namely through several stages such as needs analysis, system design, program code and system testing. In completing the data so that the objectives can be achieved, the data collection techniques use observation and study techniques. Meanwhile, the results of the implementation of this information technology are able to provide increased sales and easier promotion.]]>

The progress of information technology is an interest for humans to support and facilitate their work. One way is to use technology to get information, which is in the field of education. SMK Negeri 3 Batam is a vocational high school in the field of technology and engineering. Vocational school located in Batam precisely located at JL. Letjend S.Parman, Kelurahan Duriangkang, Sungai Beduk Subdistrict, which was established precisely in 2007. In accessing information in the form of announcements, currently SMK Negeri 3 still uses bulletin media in information distribution and through microphones in the form of notifications to students, this is not all students listen to the announcement carefully and the information becomes less clear which will make students not know the information. Thus need a learning system that can solve this, one of which is a learning system or by using internet-based technology that will make it easy for students to access information related to learning material and access to information in the form of announcements. E-learning is the use of electronic technology to create learning experiences. The e-learning system can be implemented through technology support directed to support the teaching process that is packed with electronic / digital format and in its implementation requires a website-based computer media on an internet site.]]>

The use of microcontrollers in the field of control and monitoring is already very popular in the surrounding community and is increasingly in the interest of several groups and helps in providing important information as well as helping the work to be carried out. The microcontroller is the most important part for processing and processing data in the work system. An example of the development of the Arduino uno microcontroller. Arduino uno is a device that provides various information services ranging from games, office jobs, audio-video. This study discusses the Arduino-based vehicle driving safety system for monitoring the distance of an object equipped with the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor installed on the vehicle, then as a processor the Arduino Uno microcontroller is used, as a security system used by Buzzer. which will send a message or notification in the form of a sound if the distance is too close. <![CDATA[Technology is always developing in various aspects, one of which is augmented reality technology. The existing media introduction has also been very developed, especially the media introduction made with augmented reality. Information delivery will also look more interesting and interactive when using augmented reality technology. Augmented reality is defined as a technology that combines 2D or 3D objects, then displayed in 3D and looks real.As in this study, an application was created using augmented reality technology about catholic liturgical equipment. The goal is to make the information obtained about catholic liturgical equipment more interesting and interactive as it increases people's interest in getting to know the catholic liturgical equipment. To create applications with augmented reality technology, one of them can use the marker based tracking method, namely by utilizing markers to be scanned and displaying objects in 3D. Therefore, the application using augmented reality technology for the introduction of catholic liturgical equipment can provide more interesting and interactive information.]]>
