Abstract

Advancements in technology make it easier for all activities of each individual in everything. One of the machines thatprovides convenience in conducting transactions is CRM engine. And one business application that provides bankingservices is E-Channel. Information technology applications in e-channels at Bank BNI consist of e-banking, short messagebanking, phone banking, e-channel applications are made to increase efficiency, and productivity while increasing revenuewith far better sales. The purpose of this study is to measure the partial and simultaneous influence of application CRMengine and e-channels on customer satisfaction at Bank BNI Batu Aji Batam. The research design used in this study iscausality research design. In measuring these variables researchers used Likert scale, and researchers used questionnairedistribution system. The population in this research are customers of Bank BNI Batu aji batam who came in January toMarch 2020 as many as 363. The sample withdrawal technique used in writing this thesis using the Slovin formula so as toobtain 190 respondents as samples . The t test results, the tcount value of CRM Engine variable is 2,530, greater than thettable 1.653, and the sig value is 0.012 <0.05, it can be concluded that CRM Engine variable has a positive and significanteffect on customer satisfaction variables. The E-channel variable the tcount got 7.972 greater than the ttable value of 1.653and the sig value obtained 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that E-channel variable has a positive and significant influenceon the customer satisfaction variable. From the results of the f test, the fcount value of 61.991> ftabel of 2.42 and a sig valueof 0.000 <0.05 so that the results can be concluded simultaneously that the CRM and e-channel variables have a positiveand significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan harus memberikan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan agar tercapainya kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk bekerja keras dan berkembang supaya bisa bersaing dengan pesaing lainnya. Perusahaan harus mengetahui perubahan-perubahan di sekitar lingkungan baik dari luar maupun dari dalam. Informasi-informasi yang sedang tren dan pengetahuan yang luas diperlukan dalam suatu pemasaran. Perusahaan harus menentukan strategi agar bisa menyaingi pesaingnya. PT Nesia Jaya Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan spare part motor. PT Nesia Jaya Indonesia merupakan salah satu distributor pada bidang spare part motor. Di dirikan sejak bulan mei 2015 yang berlokasi di Kota Batam. Menawarkan spare part motor harus memperhatikan daya tahan suatu produk, apabila daya tahan produk masa gunanya terlalu singkat dapat mengurangi kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari perusahaan ini yang berjumlah 187 orang dan sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 128 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Analisis ini mencakup: validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan F dengan menggunakan analisis data SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk variabel promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Neisa Jaya Indonesia.

Abstract

MAKING WEB-BASED PROMOTION MEDIA, ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM, AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT IN JOINT BUSINESS GROUP OF FISHERMANS IN PULAU TEMOYONG VILLAGE, BATAM. Batam City is a municipality which has a strategic location directly adjacent to Singapore which is included in the Riau Islands Province. The current reality is that the contribution of the fisheries sector to the regional treasury of Batam is relatively small and is still dominated by other sectors. Some obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge in the field of Information Technology (ICT), especially how to promote aquaculture and catches that are less than the maximum, resulting in a decrease in sales turnover for fishermen. This is felt by the Fishermen Joint Business Group (KUB). This KUB is spread in six villages in the Bulang Sub-District, Batam. Each village is approximately 20 KUB consisting of 10 members. This KUB certainly regulates production and coordinates with regard to the development of fisheries and capture aquaculture products. In the process of cultivation and capture there are no problems, resulting in decreased sales turnover, decreased sales turnover ranging from 10% to 20%, according to interviews with the service team, that one of the consequences is due to the lack of ICT-based promotional media (E-commerce Website), lack of computer-based administrative system management and lack of knowledge in the field of marketing. To avoid ongoing problems, web design training with MDA models and participant satisfaction analysis have been carried out involving 30 participants who are members of a fishing business group. The overall result in the implementation of the training to the community was that 79.58% of participants were satisfied with the training, and there were some inputs that the material provided was too difficult and the training time was also limited.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentangfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinandi Propinsi Kepulauan Riau periode 2010-2015 Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jumlah penduduk miskin, sedangkan variabel independennya yaituangka harapan hidup, angka partisipasi sekolah, dan jumlah penduduk. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, angka harapan hidup, angka partisipasi sekolah, dan jumlah penduduk secara statistik terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Propinsi Kepulauan Riau.

Abstract

Lending by banks to SMEs in each region is determined by a number of benchmarks, where one of these standards is the evaluation of the feasibility of SMEs will be given credit, creditworthiness can generally be carried out with due respect to 5 C, which includes: character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition of economy. By using analysis Cochran Q test, the study identifies the Bank that extends credit (KUR) in the city of Batam related implementation aspects 5C lending on SMEs in the city of Batam and to identify variables 5C which are the most dominant as a determinant in lending of SMEs in the city Batam. The results of this study found that the presence of Implementation for all variables 5C on the distribution of small loans in Batam city, where there are 10 variables are the most dominant in the distribution People's Business Credit (KUR) in Batam.

Abstract

This training aims to develop product packaging designs. This community service activity is carried out in the Sahabat Kitchen business group to increase the income of prosperous families (UPPKS) with the aim of: 1) Expanding the market share for its products, 2) Increasing expertise and understanding in the field of product and packaging design 3) Increasing productivity. This activity is applied to community education with training techniques. The training includes mentoring, discussion. The result of these activities is that participants have an understanding of Product Packaging Design Development.

Abstract

Many SMEs failed in the initial process of operations, one reason the failure of SMEs is the lack of analysis of marketing planning undertakings run. Marketing planning is a chart of a design to achieve a business goal. The aim is to create value for consumers in favorable conditions or in the current marketing concept of a mutually beneficial relationship. The method used is to give lectures and explanations about the theory of business marketing planning, and Participants will be given training in making marketing business planning in addition Participants will be given the opportunity to discuss the problems faced in making business marketing planning. Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge and insight of small ornamental fish entrepreneurs at Perum Permata Hijau Block D, Bukit Tempayan Village, Batu Aji District, Batam City regarding the importance of recording raw material costs and business profit and loss reports to improve the financial performance of small businesses. The methods applied in this training are lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The lecture method is carried out by providing an overview and motivation about the importance of accounting for business. This coaching activity will be carried out over four meetings where the output of this activity is that the business can make financial reports containing methods of journalizing, balance sheet, recording of raw materials, profit and loss statements, and changes in business capital aimed at facilitating business activities.

Abstract

Pulau Batam memiliki wilayah pesisir yang memiliki keindahan dan potensi besar dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Namun, perkembangan pariwisata di kota Batam memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu pembangunan pariwisata tidak lagi memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan yang selaras dengan pembangunan ekonomi. Padahal sebagai tujuan destinasi wisata kota Batam adalah mengedepankan potensi alamnya yang indah berupa pantai dan keindahan laut. Salah satu dari banyak wilayah di Kota Batam yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan wisata bahari adalah wilayah pesisir Desa Galang Baru yang mempunyai potensi dan daya Tarik wisata khususnya wisata di bidang kemaritiman, seperti wisata pantai di tanjung cakang, Pulau sembur, Pulau korek, terumbu karang di pulau sembur dan pulau nguan, Hutan bakau di Tanjung Caking dan Pulau Nguan, serta makanan laut (seafood) di Galang Baru, Pulau Korek, Tanjung Cakang. Namun dibalik potensi wisata bahari di galang baru ternyata tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal, untuk itu fokus program pengembangan desa mitra kali ini adalah pada empat aspek seperti pengembangan destinasi wisata, pengembangan Pemasaran pariwisata, pembentukan Industri pariwisata, serta pembentukan Kelembagaan pariwisata. hasil dari program ini yaitu memberikan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat galang baru tentang eco Wisata bahari unggulan
