Abstract

Riau Islands Mall under the management of PT Citra Buana Initiative is one of the shopping centers in Batam. Riau Islands Mall covers a total area of 65,000 square meters of retail space, and consists of 4 floors, Riau Islands Mall also provides a shop around the area and a kiosk inside the free rent. Currently Kepri Mall also offers / kiosk that can be used for business products and services. However, Riau Islands Mall are still having difficulties in determining the location of the kiosk best for tenants due to the determination / selection kiosk location still rely on manual way so that they are less accurate, because the stall tenant who often move the location of the kiosk business premises due to feel the position of the location of the kiosk is not suitable / suited to the type of business. The problems that arise in this world sometimes often has no definite answer, fuzzy logic is one method to analyze the system is uncertain. This thesis discusses the application of fuzzy logic on solving the problem of determining the best location in kepri mall kiosk using Sugeno method. The problem is solved by determining the best kiosk location by using three variables as input data, ie: price = 180, position = 7.5, and the size = 14. And the results output from the manual count of 0.85 results in defuzzification obtain and use apps matlab obtained results of 0.86, the results do show the location of the best stall Exactly.Keyword : Determining the best kiosk location , Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Sugeno

Abstract

Advances in information technology provides much convenience for human life, but even this progress simultaneously cause a variety of problems that are not easy to find a way out. One of the problems arising from the development of information technology, namely the birth of crimes that refers to activities undertaken in the virtual world using a computer or computer network technology, known as cybercrime (cybercrime). Crime cybercrime common daily life such Decency, Gambling, humiliation or defamation, extortion or threatening, Spreading false news, Abuse, Hacker, Cracker, falsification of data, due to internet users, or lack of awareness about the Law Number 11 Year 2008 Information and Electronic Transaction applicable. Therefore, this study aims to develop an expert system using programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database-based web using a forward chaining method to make it easier, knowing, and assist in taking an answer or conclusion of cases and sanctions crime cyberspace (cybercrime) based on Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions applicable.

Abstract

Abstract-- Learning maps are very useful for studying positions, images of regions, countries and capitals. The learning media used in the teaching and learning process of blind maps only contain printed books. While the atlas and globe books belong to the class with a limited amount, and can only be lent when classes will begin. So students have difficulty if they want to repeat the learning outside the classroom. The process of learning a very large map starts from reading a printed book, then the teacher explains about the geographical location of a country, using the globe in front of the class. This makes students only able to discuss the teacher in front of the class, while the interaction happens only in one direction. The learning process method used by SDS Charitas Batam related to the big map, looks very large has shortcomings and limitations that make it difficult for students to improve the big map material. The method used in designing educational games for introducing Android-based Asian continent maps uses the GDLC method or Game Life Cyle Development and UML or Unified Modeling Language and using Construct 2 software, web 2 apk builder, Adobe Photoshop, and UML strars. The results of this study consist of an educational game for introducing Android-based Asian continents. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the educational game of introducing a very large Asia-based Android map becomes an interesting and easy-to-understand learning media for 6th grade students of Charitas Batam SDS, increasing knowledge for students in very large Asian map problems, and learning helps learning optimally to students.Keywords: Game Education,Blind Map, GDLC, Android

Abstract

The University is an institution of higher education and research that provides academic degrees in various fields. One of the vision and mission of Higher Education in the city of Batam is to become a leading tertiary institution and to carry out high quality education with the aim of producing quality graduates and competent human resources in their fields. One of the influencing factors is the lecturer performance. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction that is influenced by lecturer performance in lectures with data mining techniques using the C4.5 algorithm where the variables used include reliability, responsiveness, appearance, empathy and assurance. The research objective is to predict the level of student satisfaction with the performance of University Lecturers in the city of Batam in the teaching and learning process. The benefit of this research is to find out the performance of a College Lecturer in order to produce quality teaching staff and quality education. Data Mining with C4.5 Algorithm, the process of classifying data and looking for patterns so as to produce interesting information in data in decision making. Based on the results of research conducted, the decision tree with manual calculation of the C4.5 algorithm is the same as the decision tree produced by Weka software with the resulting accuracy level of 94.12%. Then it can be concluded the prediction of student satisfaction on the lecturer performance is satisfied.

Abstract

Intisari - Memanfaatkan Air Conditioner (AC) telah meningkat hingga saat ini, terutama pada sebuah perusahaan. AC lebih sering digunakan, AC lebih rentan mendapatkan masalah. teknisi AC yang disediakan  oleh perusahaan  yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah  unit AC harus  dilayani.  Untuk membantu kinerja teknisi, dibutuhkan sistem pakar yang dapat bertindak sebagai asisten untuk teknisi dalam menganalisa permasalahan AC. Banyak data yang berkaitan dengan masalah AC dianalisis dan diproses  menggunakan  forward  chaining  sistem  pakar.  Model  representasi  pengetahuan  yang digunakan dalam sistem pakar adalah aturan produksi. Sistem pakar dibuat menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL sehingga menghasilkan sistem pakar berbasis web untuk mendeteksi masalah Air Conditioner menggunakan metode forward chaining. Sebuah sistem pakar berbasis web untuk mendeteksi masalah Air Conditioner menggunakan maju metode chaining dapat digunakan untuk membantu  teknisi  dalam menangani  masalah  Air  Conditioner  dan  juga  dapat  digunakan  sebagai sumber pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan masalah Air Conditioner. Kata kunci - sistem pakar, masalah deteksi, Air Conditioner, forward chaining, aturan produksi

Abstract

Humans as social beings who must interact with various other individual character types must have emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is not the same person, intelligence is influenced by the family environment, age, and physical. High or low emotional intelligence influences how to interact and work. Individuals who have low emotional intelligence tend to have individualistic traits and cannot work together in teams, for that every company or agency needs to conduct tests on prospective employees. IQ and EQ tests conducted by companies to prospective employees so far have been done manually, so that problems often occur such as the test taker takes a long time to correct answer sheets, errors in calculating scores and reports of long test results when the test participants are in the amount big. Given the company's mistakes are often too late and wrong in making decisions to accept the right employees, for that we need to make an expert system that can help companies in conducting EQ tests for the selection process of prospective employees in accordance with the desired criteria. Expert system that is designed using the method of forward chaining is a method of searching or tracking information starting from existing information and combined with the rules to get a conclusion. Expert System Design uses an object oriented approach and PHP programming language so that it can be used to help companies, especially in the Human Resource Department (HRD) in the selection of prospective employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tanjung Mutiara Perkasa, dengan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian untuk hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan perumusan masalah, yaitu: Variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan budaya organisasi tidak menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT ABC. Variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, jadi semakin baik disiplin kerja yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang menjadi lebih baik. Koefisien Determinasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 59,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), Komunikasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 59.5% dan sisanya 40.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan didalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic adalah salah satu metode untuk menganalisis sistem yang mengandung ketidakpastian. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan metode Mamdani. Desain sistem untuk mendapatkan keluaran dilakukan melalui tahapan-tahapan berikut: (a) Pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, (b) Penerapan fungsi implikasi, (c) Komposisi aturan, dan (d) Konfirmasi (defuzzyfikasi). Pada penelitian ini, defuzzyfikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode centroid dengan bantuan perangkat lunak MATLAB fuzzy toolbox 6.1. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan Pembelian Alat Berat (Proyek Migas) di PT SMOE Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dengan memasukkan variabel input yaitu Harga, Pengiriman, Pusat Layanan, Kualitas, dan Garansi, akan menghasilkan keluaran Keputusan Pembelian Alat Berat (Proyek Migas) di PT SMOE Indonesia. Keputusan Pembelian Alat Berat (Proyek Migas) di PT SMOE Indonesia berbeda secara signifikan jika menggunakan Metode Fuzzy - Mamdani. Metode Fuzzy - Mamdani menggunakan teknik defuzzyfikasi untuk mendapatkan keluaran. Metode Fuzzy - Mamdani memiliki fungsi keanggotaan.
