Abstract

This study was conducted to determine Systems and Procedures Recruitment Candidates HR conducted at PT Hero Supermarket, to find weaknesses in systems and procedures Recruitment conducted at PT Hero Supermarket, to know the systems and procedures Recruitment Candidates human resources for this cause problems for the company to look for a proper solution in the Systems and Procedures Recruitment conducted at PT Hero Supermarket. Abstract

Employee performance is banking activities play an important role in maintaining the presence of the Bank's customers. At BCA there are problems between the services provided Employees often do not satisfy the customers as the service is slow,difficult to conduct transactions. The research sample used was non-probability sampling with a sample of 100 employees in PT.BCA. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability, test classic assumptions and hypotheses. The results showed that there are significant systems and procedures for employee training and development of the quality of employee performance at PT. BCA with a 95% confidence level.

Abstract

Meditasi, yang merupakan salah satu metode atau teknologi olah pikiran, diyakini dapat melengkapi berbagai peraturan dan ajaran agama dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional (EQ). Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program meditasi terhadap motivasi melalaui kecerdasan emosional para karyawan. Obyek PKM ini dipilih dari kelompok pemeditasi yang berlatar belakang sebagai karyawan PT Logam Nusantara Perkasa yang berlatih meditasi pada periode November sampai dengan Desember 2023.  Desain PKM ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan one group pretest and postest method. Hasil pelatihan ini menujukkan bahwa program meditasi yang dilaksanakan oleh karyawan berpengaruh signifikan bagi peningkatan kualitas kecerdasan emosional mereka, baik secara keseluruhan maupun pada keempat dimensi KS: kesehatan komunal (KK), kesehatan personal (KP), kesehatan transendental (KT), dan kesehatan lingkungan (KL). Peningkatan kualitas kecerdasan emosional dapat menjadi salah satu faktor kunci bagi upaya pengembangan motivasi diri dan kerja para karyawan perusahaan terkait.

Abstract

Terwujud tidaknya tujuan pendidikan ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam pendidikan maupun peran siswanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajat dan motivasi terhadap kualitas belajar. Non-probability sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dan jumlah sampel didalam penelitian sebanyak 240 responden mahasiswa dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data melalui google formulir secara online. Metode analisis dalam penelitain ini menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa 1) Disiplin belajar dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi secara positif kualitas belajar mahasiswa, 2) Motivasi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi secara positif kualitas belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh perencanaan suskesi terhadap suksesi bisnis keluarga, 2) pengaruh hubungan keluarga terhadap suksesi bisnis keluarga, 3) pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap suksesi bisnis keluarga, 4) pengaruh antar generasi pola pikir manajerial pada suksesi bisnis keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pemilihan sampel. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner online dengan kuesioner google form dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS sebagai alat pengolah data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah penerus bisnis keluarga di Sewan Tangerang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) perencanaan suksesi berpengaruh terhadap suksesi bisnis keluarga, 2) hubungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap suksesi bisnis keluarga, 3) jiwa kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap suksesi bisnis keluarga, 4) pola pikir manajerial antar generasi tidak berpengaruh pada suksesi bisnis keluarga.

Abstract

The culinary industry is one of the fastest-growing business sectors in Indonesia in recent years. Creativity, innovation, and flexibility are essential characteristics of originality or authenticity that an entrepreneur must possess to increase income, expand their business, and compete effectively in the market. MSMEs in the culinary sector must develop strategies that have broad implications for creativity, innovation, and flexibility, with technology serving as a supporting factor for business success. This study aims to examine the role of creativity, innovation, and flexibility, with technology as a contributing factor to the success of culinary MSMEs in Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta. The sample for this study consists of 100 culinary MSME entrepreneurs from the Grogol Petamburan sub-district, West Jakarta. Four hypotheses are tested, focusing on the influence of creativity, innovation, flexibility, technology in innovation, and business success. The sampling technique employed is a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique, with data collected through online questionnaires via Google Forms. The data is then processed using PLS-SEM. The study results indicate that creativity and innovation do not have a significant effect on the business success of MSME entrepreneurs. However, flexibility and technology in innovation have a positive and significant impact on their business success.

Abstract

This case study examines Alfamart's strategic communication efforts to promote the use of reusable tote bags as part of their environmental sustainability initiative. Using qualitative data collected through semi-structured interviews with managers and customers, as well as document analysis, the study explores the effectiveness of Alfamart's communication strategies in raising awareness, shaping attitudes, and changing consumer behavior. The findings indicate that a well-coordinated multi- channel communication approach, integrating both online and offline methods, significantly increased customer awareness and knowledge about the environmental impact of plastic waste. This heightened awareness facilitated positive attitudinal changes and led to the adoption of reusable tote bags. The study also highlights the importance of incorporating customer feedback to refine and improve communication strategies continuously. Despite the overall success, challenges such as customer resistance due to convenience factors and logistical issues were identified, underscoring the need for ongoing communication efforts and operational adjustments. The results demonstrate the potential of strategic communication to promote environmental sustainability and drive meaningful behavior change.
