Abstract

Benefit is the main indicator for Islamic economic principles. In developing sharia-based financial institutions, all companies are competing to provide their best products based on the benefit for the mankind. An investment is a way for the people to get their benefits for living. The objective of investment is two-way relationship between the investor and the company. For another side, the investment is a financial management that teaches people to prepare for a better future, on the other side the investment helps financial institutions to obtain capital in developing Islamic financial institution products so that They can make a real contribution for the national development. This research tries to analyze the phenomenon of the Islamic capital market before and during the pandemic of Covid-19, by measuring the benefits of sharia mutual funds in the perspective of maqashid sharia which aims to protect religion, maintain reason, protect the soul, protect offspring, and protect property with literacy about the benefit for the mutual funds of sharia, hopefully this study will be an alternative and solution for the people to invest in order to achieve the highest achievement (falah) in the world and the here after.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai halal tour dan Social Media telah memiliki banyak ragam dan jenis dengan berbagai objek penelitian yang juga beragam, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu, hasil penelitian empiris yang ada tidak selalu memiliki kesamaan dan mengindikasi adanya research gap dari variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the development of BNI Syariah Bank after merging with three state-owned Syariah banks which are expected to be able to strengthen the national Islamic economic ecosystem and can contribute as an International-Scale Bank. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis approach. This study seeks to describe development with growth techniques The findings of the study explain that in terms of benefits, the merger activity that is carried out causes more profits than losses. The benefits are in the form of increasing the sharia economic ecosystem in Indonesia, strong capital owned, and being able to compete nationally and even globally global. Abstract

Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) merupakan indikator penting yang mencerminkan kondisi perekonomian suatu wilayah. Pada tahun 2023, Pulau Sumatera menyumbang 22,01% terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesetaraan gender, tenaga kerja, dan tingkat upah minimum provinsi terhadap PDRB di 10 provinsi di Pulau Sumatera selama periode 2018–2023, serta meninjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis kausal. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) melalui software Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesetaraan gender dan tingkat upah minimum memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, sementara tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, prinsip keadilan, kerja keras, dan distribusi kekayaan yang merata memperkuat hasil penelitian ini, bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara kebijakan ekonomi dan nilai-nilai Islam dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkeadilan Keywords : Kesetaraan Gender, Tenaga Kerja, Tingkat Upah Minimum Provinsi, PDRB.

Abstract

The integration of culture and local wisdom in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) learning is a strategic effort to strengthen the identity of learners and increase the relevance of the curriculum to the surrounding social and cultural environment amid globalization. This research aims to analyze the models, strategies, and implementation of culture and local wisdom-based learning applied in MI as an effort to enrich the Islamic basic education curriculum with a qualitative approach through literature studies from relevant journals, articles, and educational documents for the 2015-2025 period. The analysis results show that models such as Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), Project-Based Learning (PjBL), and ethnopedagogy have been successfully adapted contextually in MI by involving the collaboration of teachers, students, and local communities. Learning strategies emphasize the integration of local content and out-of-class project activities that strengthen learners' cultural engagement and character. The main challenges include limited teacher competence in contextual learning, lack of local cultural learning resources, and not optimal supporting curriculum policies. Therefore, systemic support is needed in the form of teacher training, preparation of locality-based teaching tools, and curriculum policies that encourage flexibility and autonomy of madrasah.

Abstract

Mal zakat can be used as a solution to overcome poverty that occurs in South Sumatra. However, until now the potential of mall zakat funds has not been maximally explored so that the function of mall zakat to overcome poverty has not been achieved. As a first step to increasing the collection of zakat funds, this research tries to identify variables that can influence people's motivation to pay zakat malls. Where the research location chosen was Telang Karya Village, Banyuasin Regency with a sample size of 97 respondents. This research examines the variables that influence the motivation of the people of Telang Karya Village in paying zakat mal by reducing the independent variables in the form of income, knowledge and environment. The survey results were analyzed using income distribution theory, science theory and social environmental theory. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the amount of income, knowledge and environment can influence a person's motivation to pay for the mall. The approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program, it shows that the variables income, knowledge and environment have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of the people of Telang Karya Village in paying zakat mal.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest adherents of Islam in the world. Indonesia is also a country that has great potential for tourism with halal products. One of the halal tourist destinations in South Sumatra is the fishing village in Sungsang Village, Banyuasin Regency. The Fisherman's Village in the Sungsang area has been used as a tourist destination by the Banyuasin Regency Regional Government, and it has been running well in recent years. The number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting the Sungsang area has reached hundreds or thousands. The research uses quantitative descriptions of MSMEs in the Banyuasin district. The results of the SWOT analysis can be developed into three models based on potential and uniqueness, namely: a tourist village pattern based on the uniqueness of local cultural resources, namely the decorative boat tradition, a tourist village pattern based on the uniqueness of natural resources as a fishing village tourist village and a tourist village pattern based on the uniqueness of industrial creative economic activities. craft crackers and shrimp pempek. Three models of halal tourism development in Sungsang Village, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra are supported by several IFAS and EFAS factors with a difference of 0.62 which is positive, namely: creative industry from MSMEs that already have halal certificates for their products, the availability of adequate places of worship in each village. and the existence of annual events in the form of traditional decorative boat competitions. The development of halal tourism in Sungsang Village also has challenges, including limited facilities and infrastructure, accommodation, and transportation access to tourist destinations. not enough.   Keywords: Challenges, Halal, MSMEs, Opportunities, Tourism.
