Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  hasil belajar siswa  kelas  VI  SDN 24  SPBF Kelansam  Tempunak dalam  mempermudah   pemahaman  Negara melalaui  metode  peta  konsep. Penelitian  ini merupakan “Penelitian Tindakan” yang dilaksanakan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dan peneliti sebagai pelaku tindakan. Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan memperbaiki mutu praktik pembelajaran di kelas, yang berfokus pada pembelajaran di kelas dan mengenai hal-hal yang terjadi di kelas. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata tes formatif sebesar 81,82 dan dari 25 siswa yang telah tuntas sebanyak 23 siswa dan 2 siswa belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Maka secara klasikal ketuntasan belajar yang telah tercapai sebesar 86,36% (termasuk kategori tuntas). Hasil pada siklus III ini mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dari siklus II. Adanya peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus III ini dipengaruhi oleh adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran metode tanya jawab sehingga siswa menjadi lebih terbiasa dengan pembelajaran seperti ini sehingga siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami materi yang telah diberikan. Pada siklus III ini ketuntasan secara klasikal telah tercapai, sehingga penelitian ini hanya sampai pada siklus III.  Kata kunci: peningkatan hasil belajar, peta konsep

Abstract

Innovative learning in the 21st century is activity-oriented to practice essential skills within the framework for 21st century skills, namely life and career skills, innovation and learning skills, and information, media, and ICT skills. Learning today tends to be dominated by teachers, whereas students are passive who only hear and pay attention to the teacher's explanation. Therefore, a learning model is needed that is able to build knowledge and problem-solving skills in students so as to improve student learning outcomes. The use of learning models becomes an important factor to achieve the completion of student learning. One learning model that requires students to be active in problem solving is the Problem Based Learning model. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of innovative 21st century learning through problem based learning in Barisan and Series Materials at SMK Negeri 1 Adiwerna.

Abstract

Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 10 of 2010 which is currently changed to Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 1 of 2014 concerning Legal Aid Services to underprivileged people in the Courts. By seeing this, the Jayapura Religious Court is required to be as much as possible to implement the rule.. Therefore, this research will see how the implementation that has been implemented by the Jayapura Religious Court and the obstacles in implementing the regulation. The research used is qualitative research by looking at a case study in the Court institution. Where the data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, which then the data will be analyzed using laws and regulations. The results of the study suggest that in implementing the Regulation on the provision of legal assistance to underprivileged people, it has not run optimally because there are several obstacles faced by the Jayapura Religious Court, including first, budget constraints that have not been accommodated by the entire poor in need. Second, public knowledge related to the Legal Aid Post (POSBAKUM) in the Jayapura Religious Court is still low. And the third, the lack of Legal Aid Institutions to manage Legal Aid Posts (POSBAKUM) in the Field of Islamic Civil Affairs.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Fisika adalah ilmu yang sangat erat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dan menjadi tonggak perkembangan teknologi. Oleh sebab itu, mata pelajaran fisika diberikan pada siswa-siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Pembelajaran Fisika harusnya menekankan pada pengalaman langsung untuk mengembangkan kompetensi agar siswa mampu memahami fenomena alam. Hal ini akan membantu siswa untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Akan tetapi, banyak sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia tidak memiliki peralatan yang cukup memadai untuk menunjang pembelajaran eksperimen, termasuk beberapa SMA di daerah Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika sebagai institusi yang mencetak calon guru-guru fisika perlu memberikan andil dalam mengatasi keterbatasan yang dimiliki oleh SMA-SMA di Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika memiliki peralatan dan sumber daya manusia yang cukup memadahi sehingga memungkinkan untuk mengadakan program pengabdian masyarakat berupa Pendampingan Eksperimen Fisika untuk Siswa-Siswa SMA. Program ini telah terlaksana sejak September 2018 hingga April 2019 melibatkan 14 sekolah mitra dengan jumlah siswa yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 1259 siswa. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang baik dari pihak sekolah, guru fisika, dan para siswa. Melalui kegiatan ini, keterbatasan peralatan eksperimen di sekolah cukup teratasi. Para siswa juga antusias sebab dengan kegiatan eksperimen pembelajaran fisika menjadi lebih menarik.Kata Kunci: eksperimen fisika; pengabdian kepada masyarakat; sekolah menengah atas.ABSTRACT Physics is closely related to our daily life and becomes a fundamental subject for technology development. That is why physics is given to high school students. The physics learning process should emphasize direct experience to guide students in understanding phenomena in nature. The direct experiment will stimulate students to develop their in-depth knowledge.   However, most schools in Indonesia, including in Surabaya, do not have adequate experiment apparatus to support that physics learning activity with experiments.  Department of Physics Education, as an institute that educates pre-service physics teachers, should contribute to solving the limitation of some senior high schools in Surabaya. Department of  Physics Education in Widya Mandala Catholic University has sufficient experiment facilities and human resources to conduct a community service program in the form of Physics Experiment Assistance for High School Students. The program has been conducted from September 2018 until April 2019. There are 14 schools attendinng this program, with 1259 students involved. This program gains positive responses from school principals, physics teachers, and students. Through this program, the limitation of several high schools in providing experiment facilities can be partially solved. Students who involve in this program are enthusiastic because, through experiments, physics learning activity becomes more interesting. Abstract

The role of BPK is to audit state finance management and accountability in all entities that manage state finances freely and independently. However, the BPK's authority to conduct audits of state finances is debatable and limited when some laws and regulations are inconsistent. This study uses legal doctrinal and comparative legal research to explore improvements/harmonization of regulations and comparisons with SAI in other countries regarding the scope of audit that can be carried out to strengthen BPK's authority further. The results of this study indicate that there is still a conflict of norms regarding the scope of BPK's audit, as well as a conflict of interpretation of what it means to audit the management and accountability of state finances in Indonesia. Improving the legal instruments that regulate the scope of BPK audits can avoid conflicting norms and multiple interpretations of legal norms, allowing BPK's role to be more optimal in the future.
