Abstract

Today, human values ranging ignored, beaten by the thought / action hedonistic and pragmatic, which allows the moral decadence. This condition is necessary steps revamping definitely educational value with an appropriate learning model. Model considerations (Sensitivity consideration models) or models' sensitivity attention "as developed McPhail, a learning model affective that the first stage is called “In other People’s Shoes (if you are in the situation of others)”, with the main aim to develop" more attention "interest and feelings of others. This model is possible to touch the mind and feelings that cause a reaction and encouragement to commit an act of moral (emerging awareness of the sensitivity of attention, concern for others). The study aims to prove the hypothesis that "the use of a modified model of learning considerations gives a better effect on the value of social care in the first year students Program of Study PGSD, compared to the use of traditional learning model". Experimental techniques used to Pretest-posttest Control Group Design, treatment in the form of a modified learning model consideration. Treatment effects in the form of a character value social care, and the data were analyzed by using t-test comparisons. Based on the results of the analysis, obtained to of 14.597 with a significance level of 0.00 then concluded Ho is rejected. Then the hypothesis is proven that "The use of a modified model of learning considerations give better effect to the increase in the value of social concern to students, rather than the traditional learning model".

Abstract

Today the life of the Indonesian people to experience a shift in values. This condition is then said to moral decadence, which marked the rise of crime and deviant behavior, the perpetrator of the younger generation, in addition to children and parents, even with the title of community leaders and officials. Increasingly felt moral decline to a level that is quite disturbing classified as "immoral". These conditions require the need for the development of the characters' sense of responsibility through the use of learning model Clarification Technique (VCT). VCT learning model as affective learning model that aims to improve the ability to make moral judgments in a way to provide stimulation in the form of moral dilemmas that come from social problems in life. The aim of this study reveal that "The use of the learning model VCT provides better effect on morality, especially the characters' sense of responsibility in students PGSD study program, rather than the use of conventional learning model". Results of helpful evidence to provide input/ alternative models that can be used by teachers in the field. The researchers use a pretest-posttest control group design, in the form of learning models VCT treatment. The treatment effect in the form of character Taste responsibility on students of the University FKIP PGSD Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed by t-tests comparative analysis. From the research findings of significant differences, which means the use of the learning model VCT provides better effect than conventional models.

Abstract

Vinyl acetate is a toxic substance, but has a high commercial value. In this study we show that vinyl acetate is subject to microbial degradation at rates of up to 6.38 and 1 mmol 1 per g (dry weight) under aerobic and anaerobic conditions, respectively. It was hydrolyzed by bacterium V2 to ethanol, acetaldehyde and acetate. The enzymes involved in the metabolism of vinyl acetate were vinyl acetate esterase, aldehyde dehydrogenase, and alcohol dehydrogenase, which localized in the cytoplasmic fraction. The Km values of vinyl acetate esterase and alcohol dehydrogenase were 6.13 mM and 0.24 mM. respectively. Vinyl acetate esterase hydrolyzed the ester to acetate and vinyl alcohol. The latter isomerized spontaneously to acetaldehyde and was then converted to acetate. The acetaldehyde was disproportionated into ethanol and acetate. The acetate was then converted to acetyl coenzyme A and oxidized through the tricarboxylic acid cycle and the glyoxylate bypass.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research study of the Gal'Perin model implementation process, the results of performance improvement and critical thinking skills (CBC) of students. Based on classroom action research for 2 cycles, it was found that the implementation of learning by the model lecturers using the Gal'Perin model had been 100% successful. Active students show scores above ≥ 75% and can be given active students. The average score of students' learning activeness from cycle I always shows improvement compared to previous meetings. Cycle I scores reach 72 and Cycle II reaches 79. The average CBC as a form of student learning outcomes classically in cycle 1 consists of 79 and in cycle 2 amounts to 82, thereby increasing the increase that does not show a significant difference what is evident from paired tests t-test with Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.149, which means greater than 0.05, then conclusions can be drawn that are not significantly different between the results of KBK cycle 1 and cycle 2.

Abstract

Permasalahan klasik seorang guru antara lain adalah terbatasnya dana yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat/merancang media pembelajaran. Umumnya, guru menggunakan dana pribadi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan media pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu penghambat terciptanya media-media pembejaran yang kreatif dari para guru. Meskipun demikian, ketidakadaan dana bukan merupakan penghalang apabila guru dapat memanfaatkan bahan-bahan sekitar yang murah, seperti bahan dari barang bekas. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini akan dilakukan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas, sesi pertama adalah presentasi teoritik, dan sesi kedua adalah pendampingan pengambangan media secara mandiri bersama tim fasilitator (tim pengabdian). Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar pada anggota gugus 2, Kecamatan Ringinrejo, Kabupaten Kediri dan dilakukan pada tanggal 13, 14, dan 15 Oktober 2017 di SDN Batuaji 2, Kecamatan Ringinrejo, Kabupaten Kediri. Materi dan pendampingan tentang pengembangan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas ini dapat mengahasilkan output berupa produk media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas oleh guru. Guru memiliki wawasan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas, disamping itu guru memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan kegiatan pengembangan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas.Hasil angket kegiatan yang diberikan oleh guru menunjukkan bahwa materi yang disajikan masih kurang terutama tentang alternatif contoh media dari barang bekas yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan beragam permasalahan di kealas guru, sehingga diharapkan ada pengabdian masyarakat lanjutan untuk menindaklanjuti kekurangan dalam pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melaksakan solusi pemecahan masalah mitra SD Laboratorium UN PGRI Kediri guna (1) meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap wawasan program kokurikuler sebagai awal program pengembangan program kokurikuler, melalui penyuluhan dengan guru mengenai karakteristik materi tiap bidang studi yang memungkinkan dan berpotensi maksimal untuk dijadikan bahan program kokurikuler, dan kegiatan Focus Group Discussion antara tim dosen dan tim guru untuk menentukan prioritas pengembangan kokurikuler). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai dari presentasi tentang pembahasan pengertian, tujuan, prinsip, dan tata cara pelaksanaan program kokurikuler. Setelah dilakukan pemaparaan dari pemateri, dilakukan kegiatan tanya jawab bersama guru di SD Lab. UN PGRI Kediri. Para guru menjadi semakin memahami konsep kokurikuler (sebagai program tambahan intrakurikuler) dan diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini para guru siap dalam program pengabdian selanjutnya, yaitu pengembangan program kokurikuler secacra fisik.
