Abstract

  Education and Training Center (ETC) is an institution which is responsible for increasing the human resources capability to compete in job fields and industry. It also assists government to decrease unemployment. The quality of the ETC determines the output produced and the public's trust to gain knowledge in non-formal educational institutions. In this study, it was found that the influence of the three variables including ETC management, strategic brand management and marketing on ETC performance. Then, the variable that has the greatest contribution to the ETC performance is management and continued with marketing. In ETC management, careful planning should be paid to realizing the development of ETC in the future, and of course always trying to improve and the attitudes of educators and educational staff in ETC so that they become skilled workers who support the realization of the goals of the institution. Furthermore, it is also necessary to take a stance to make improvements to previous program failures in achieving future targets. Furthermore, in Strategic Brand Management, ETC needs to formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term goals so that it needs to strive to build a brand positioning in the community. On the marketing variable, ETC should reconsider the amount of costs offered for the program, and ETC managers should pay attention to the comfort of the community / consumers and increase program promotion to get to the market value. it is also necessary to take a stance to make improvements to previous program failures in achieving future targets. The results of this study indicate the influence of ETC Management, Strategic Brand Management and marketing on the performance of ETC in Indragiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Berlian Inti Mekar Kecamatan Batang Gansal Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung selama 6 (enam bulan) terhitung bulan September 2018 sampai dengan Pebruari 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini ada/ah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja lerhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Berlian Inti Mekar Kecamatan Batang Gansal Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. koefisien korelasi. dan uji hipotesis yang nantinya dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat. Dari hasil perhitungan di peroleh kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Berlian Inti Mekar.  Serta Kompensasi dan Lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Berlian Inti Mekar secara signifikan. Jika dilihat dari dari koefisien korelasi berganda R adalah 0. 731 artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat serta searah. Dan selanjutnya diuji dengan koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) adalah 0,535 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (X/) kompensasi dan (X2) lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama dapat memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel (Y) kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,5%. Dan sisanya 46,5% disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Angel’s School. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Orang Tua dalam memilih Angel’s School. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 orang. Dengan analisis data yang digunakan analisis faktor dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Orang tua dalam memilih Angel’s School  adalah Faktor 1 adalah orang dan bukti fisik, faktor 2 adalah faktor harga dan pendidiknya, faktor 3 adalah faktor fasilitas dan promosi, faktor 4 adalah faktor biaya, faktor 5 adalah faktor motivasi dan kurikulum, faktor 6 adalah faktor kelompok referensi dan keluarga, faktor 7 adalah faktor fasilitas dan pendidiknya
