Abstract

Retribusi parkir adalah fasilitas di bahu jalan umum yang disediakan oleh pemerintah daerah sebagai tempat parkir, adanya iuran atas penggunaan jasa parkir. Pada proses pendapatan retribusi parkir di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dipungut dari setiap masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa tempat parkir tepi jalan umum yang disediakan pemerintah daerah. Pengenaan tarif parkir berdasarkan jenis kendaraan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Setiap masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa parkir akan merasakan pelayaan parkir yang dilakukan oleh juru parkir. Pelayanaan yang dapat dinikmati oleh pengguna jasa parkir adanya keamanan kendaraan, dan ketertiban jalan. Agar pelayanaan tetap berjalan dengan semestinya. Selain itu, harus adanya pelayanan dapat memberi kenyamanan kepada masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan retribusi parkir. Peningkatan pendapatan retribusi parkir perlu dilakukan agar meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, karena berpengaruh pada perkembangan daerah. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah retribusi parkir berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa retribusi parkir di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.

Abstract

Sumber dan penggunaan kas merupakan laporan perubahan yang menggambarkan perubahan kas pada satu periode dan memberikan alasan mengenai perubahan kas tersebut dengan menunjukkan darimana sumber kas dan penggunaannya. Terlihat pada PT. Sepatu Bata Tbk adanya fluktuasi yang terjadi pada kas dan tidak sesuai dengan teori yang ada, analisis ini dilakukan pada periode 2014-2018. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kebijakan penggunaan kas yang dijalankan oleh  perusahaan ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini, laporan Sumber dan Penggunaan kas atas perbandingan tahun 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 dan 2018 dapat diketahui bahwa sumber-sumber kas berasal dari berkurangnya piutang usaha sebesar Rp2.087.174, berkurangnya pajak pertambahan nilai bayar di muka sebesar Rp 6.802.734, berkurangnya biaya di bayar dimuka Rp1.702.920, Berkurangnya pajak penghasilan dan dibayar dimuka Rp 25.443.937, berkurangnya aktiva lancar lainnya Rp1.307.532, berkurangnya asset tetap Rp12.519.575, bertambahnya pinjaman Rp33.500.000, berkurangnya hutang  Rp 73.186.690, berkurangnya liabilitas imbalan jangka pendek Rp4.584.451 dan pendapatan komprehensif lainnya Rp623.834. Dari keseluruhan sumber kas, komponen yang memberikan kontribusi yang terbesar yaitu dari berkurangnya hutang yaitu sebesar Rp73.186.690. Penggunaan Dana atas perbandingan tahun 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, dan 2018 dapat diketahui dari berkurangnya kas Rp28.331.174, bertambahnya persediaan barang Rp 32.063.565, bertambahnya piutang non usaha Rp915.463, Bertambahnya uang jaminan sewa Rp2.488.469, bertambahnya beban aktual Rp5.295.835, bertambahnya liabilitas jangka panjang Rp4.302.710 dan saldo laba Rp 83.168.444 ternyata kas perusahaan belum optimal, karena Jumlah kas pada perusahaan berfluktuasi dalam kegiatan oprasionalnya yang terjadi tiap tahunnya,  yang terlihat dalam analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini perriode 2014-2018.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data in this study are in the form of primary data obtained from questionnaires, observations and interviews. Secondary data obtained from non-formal education and training institutions are in the form of administrative documents. The population in this study were all education and training institutions (LPPNF) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling method utilizing total sampling Qualitative data processing uses descriptive statistics to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of objects appropriately. Correlation analysis uses SPSS 22.0 to determine whether there is a relationship (correlation) between variables and if there is a relationship, see the size of the relationship between variables. This study found the unique management of LPPNF management, which is management featuring one-man show. From the results of the analysis conducted, of course, inaccurate management will certainly have less than the maximum impact in achieving the goals of an organization. This is evidenced by the low number of human resources participating in training at LPPNF in Indragiri Hulu Regency. In the management of LPPNF, the objectives that have been well established should be regulated by these principles so that the objectives of the institution can be realized. The manager should run his LPPNF by following the good and correct management functions so that he can answer the need for human resources from the Business and Industry World in Indragiri Hulu Regency.   Keywords: LPPNF Management, Human Resources

Abstract

In running a cooperative business, it is directed to businesses that are directly related to the interests of members, both to support the business and their welfare. The rise and fall of profits (SHU) in savings and loan cooperatives every year is not only influenced by capital factors, but member participation is also one of the important roles in earning profits (SHU), because capital which is the movement of cooperative continuity also comes from members, namely principal savings and mandatory savings. This research was conducted at the Kartika Cooperative Primary 0302/Inhu. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Equity Capital and Total Assets on the Remaining Operating Results at the Kartika 0302/Inhu Primary Cooperative, either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this study is a method that uses multiple regression equations. By taking the primary balance sheet document of Kartika Cooperative 0302/Inhu. The analytical technique used in this study is a quantitative technique, namely multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that the Simultaneous Test (F test) obtained the hypothesis that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, meaning that Equity Capital and Total Assets simultaneously had no significant effect on the Remaining Operating Results. Partial Test (t test) the effect of Equity Capital on Remaining Operating Results, the hypothesis is that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, meaning that Equity partially has no significant effect on the remaining operating results. Partial Test (t test) the effect of Total Assets on Remaining Operating Results, the hypothesis is that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that Total Assets partially has a significant effect on the remaining operating results.

Abstract

The application of marketing strategies within the company is very influential in the performance of the company concerned. The success or failure of the company is largely determined by how developed by the company to be able to compete for consumers in the implementation of an effective marketing strategy. Cafes that will be observed were located in Rengat. The choice of the objects because they have been existed until today, even though the Pandemic rises. Furthermore, The marketing strategy itself is a plan for implementing and controlling activities aimed at influencing exchanges in order to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a marketing strategy, one of the stages is planning a marketing mix consisting of four elements, namely product, price, distribution/place, and promotion. Consumers are one of the most decisive elements. On the marketing variable, the Cafes should reconsider the amount of costs offered for sales, and managers should pay attention to the comfort of the consumers and increase promotion to get stability number of sales during pandemic. it is also necessary to take a stance to make improvements to previous program failures in achieving future targets. Cafes’ managers need to formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term goals so that it needs to strive to build positioning in the community. On the marketing variable, as a result, pandemic is not a reason to sustain the business. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in attracting consumers used by them and to determine whether the marketing strategy used to attract consumer interest. The type of research carried out is field research (field research), is descriptive. The results of this study indicate the influence of Cafés Managers marketing strategy to survive during this pandemic.

Abstract

  Education and Training Center (ETC) is an institution which is responsible for increasing the human resources capability to compete in job fields and industry. It also assists government to decrease unemployment. The quality of the ETC determines the output produced and the public's trust to gain knowledge in non-formal educational institutions. In this study, it was found that the influence of the three variables including ETC management, strategic brand management and marketing on ETC performance. Then, the variable that has the greatest contribution to the ETC performance is management and continued with marketing. In ETC management, careful planning should be paid to realizing the development of ETC in the future, and of course always trying to improve and the attitudes of educators and educational staff in ETC so that they become skilled workers who support the realization of the goals of the institution. Furthermore, it is also necessary to take a stance to make improvements to previous program failures in achieving future targets. Furthermore, in Strategic Brand Management, ETC needs to formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term goals so that it needs to strive to build a brand positioning in the community.
