Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada Mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 379 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling, diambil sampel berjumlah 114 responden. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisisregresi linier berganda dan analisis (R2) sebesar  0,781  yang artinya 78,%  perilaku konsumsi  dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan dan gaya hidup Sedangkan sisanya 22%  dipengaruhi  oleh  variabel bebas lain  yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Oleh sebab itu, bagi penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat menambah variabel lain selain kedua variabel bebas dalam  penelitian ini dan  jadilah konsumen yang bijaksana yang mampu membedakan antara keinginan dan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hulu Regenc, which includes services for making Identity Cards (KTP), Family Cards (KK). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Based on observations made by researchers conducting interviews and getting direct information through several office service employees and service users. The data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Supporting informants are service employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hulu Regency and service users. This study uses data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from the research results. The targeted outputs in this study indicate that the implementation of the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency are: (1) Tangible evidence regarding service facilities and infrastructure for the convenience of the community. (2) Aspects of employee reliability in handling any complaints about the service process for making e-KTP, Birth Certificates and Family Cards. (3) Aspects of responsiveness (responsiveness) of employees with the community at the time of service. (4) Assurance, there is a consistent problem of timeliness in the implementation of services. (5) Dimensions of Empathy (empathy) which shows the attitude of employees who are friendly, smiling, non-discriminatory and respecting the community as service users. The absence (discrimination) of service differences in management, thus showing quality by giving a pleasant impression in the service process in accordance with community expectations.

Abstract

— Media planning is a very important activity in advertising and promotion. A well-prepared media plan will result in effective communication so that the message conveyed will receive greater attention from the target audience. In this case, the type of product (goods and services) advertised affects the choice of media. Certain types of products are sometimes more suitable to be advertised through television media but other products are more suitable if using print media or other media. The aims of the research are: To determine the effect of Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action in the consideration of career women partially on the decision to choose an E-Commerce Brand. To determine the effect of Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action in the consideration of career women partially on the decision to choose an E-Commerce Brand. And to determine the influence of Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action which factors have a dominant influence on the consideration of career women in the decision to choose an E-Commerce Brand. In its implementation, explanatory researchers use survey research methods, where information is collected from respondents using questionnaires. survey research is research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. This approach uses a quantitative approach is research that in the process of implementation uses a rigorous research design in the form of numbers or with statistical formulas or other methods of quantification to measure the research variables. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been put forward, the conclusions are as follows: From the results of the t test test, it shows that Attention (X1) is 3.123, Interest (X2) is 5.859, Desire (desire) (X3) is 4.792, Action (action) (X4) of 2.870, separately has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on E-COMMERCE products. From the test results of the f test, it shows that Attention (attention) (X1), Interest (X2), Desire (desire) (X3), Action (action) (X4) together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on E-COMMERCE products, namely F-count (28.273) > F-table (2.47). And from all variables Attention (attention) (X1), Interest (interest) (X2), Desire (desire) (X3), Action (action) (X4) obtained after testing the t test, it turns out that the variable Interest (interest) (X2 ) of 5.859 and t-table of 1.985 which has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) on E-COMMERCE products.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The address is Jl. R.A. Hakim of the village of Kampung Besar, the city of Rengat District.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the variable level of education and Work Experience on Employee Performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling used the Surakhmad formula (Winarno Surakhmad) with 44 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive method, data analysis is carried out by path analysis (with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Program Version 21.00). The results of the study indicate that the level of education and work experience has an effect on employee performance at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Education level affects employee performance at Tirta Indra Rengat Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Indragiri Hulu Regency and Work Experience has no effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

Dalam fungsinya sebuah strategi yang direncanakan dan diterapkan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting terhadap perkembangan sebuah bisnis yang dibangun agar kegiatan bisnis yang dilaksanakan tersebut semakin besar, sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih tinggi dan mampu memenangkan ketatnya persaingan terhadap para kompetitor yang lain. Oleh karena itu dalam kegiatan operasionalnya Doorsmeer Simpati memerlukan sebuah strategi yang jitu dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan dan pengembangan usaha itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT pada Doorsmeer Simpati dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (Strengths) dan peluang (Opportunities), namun secara bersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (Weaknesses) dan ancaman (Threats).

Abstract

Rengat, which is mostly located in the Indragiri River, has great potential in developing fish cultivation and rearing businesses which can be done in various ways, of course by utilizing the availability of water so that it is economically valuable. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis type of research using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that it is necessary to develop the distribution of cultivation products, especially expanding the freshwater fish market segment so that productivity can be optimized and also protect the waters along the Indragiri River in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province.

Abstract

Companies need a marketing activity to distribute goods and connect producers to consumers, so that the products produced reach the community, one of which is through the right distribution channels. The research method used is a type of qualitative descriptive analysis research using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the distribution mix at PT. DAKOTA Branch of Indragiri Hulu Agen Belilas is seen from the distribution channels used and the distribution channel procedure in distributing complementary food products for Mother's Milk (MPASI) in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province.

Abstract

The study was conducted on the refillable water of three brothers. Consumers ' buying interest in three   brothers' refillable water has decreased every year, this is due to the price offered is still less competitive with competitors who sell The same product and the quality of service that is felt is still not suitable by consumers, thus consumers move to other places.  The research uses a quantitative approach with primary data. The number of samples is 100 people, random sampling with accidental sampling.   The results showed that the price  and quality of service simultaneously  affected  consumers  ' buying interest in the  refillable water  of the  three brothers,  the  price partially affected the consumers' buying interest in three brothers' refillable water  and  the quality of service partially  affect consumers'  buying interest in  three  brothers' refillable water.

Apart from that, the importance of this is also because a high level of productivity will be able to strengthen the country's economy which will then have an impact on increasing the standard of living, improving the quality of life in other words. Productivity can be said to be a measure that shows the consideration between input and output issued by the Company and the role of labor per unit of time, or in other words, measuring efficiency requires identifying performance results.
