Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Kinerja karyawan belum optimal dikarenakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya yang didukung oleh teori serta hasil penelitian yang relevan menjadi dasar pemikiran penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah: wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan pencatatan dokumen. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan,  (5) Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 80,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.   This research was carried out on CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Indragiri Hulu Regency. Employee performance is not optimal because the factors that can influence it which are supported by the theory and relevant research results are the rationale for the authors to conduct research. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, competence on performance, job satisfaction on performance and the effect of compensation on performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study used 21 people as sample. To collect all the data, this study used: interviews, questionnaires, and recording documents. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS Software. The results of this study indicate: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) Compensation has a positive effect and significant to employee performance mediated by satisfaction, (5) Employee performance is influenced by compensation and job satisfaction by 80.3%, while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The government as a public sector institution carries out and provides public services which are vital for the public interest. This study aims to determine the Quality of Public Services at the Redang Village Office in West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research used qualitative descriptive analysis, and to collect all the data this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general the quality of public services in the Redang Village Office in West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is seen from five indicators are: Tangibles (real evidence), Reliability, Resposiveness, Assurance, and Empaty (empathy) is still lacking in quality. Likewise, the Redang Village apparatus must further improve the quality of its services by increasing the ability and motivation and discipline.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors that the government relies on to earn foreign exchange from non-oil and gas income. The impact of tourism development on economic development is so large that special attention is needed. The problem in tourism objects in Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency which is the main focus in this research is the lack of marketing services to a weak service system and the promotion of attractions that are still felt to be lacking. The results of this study indicate that market opportunity analysis will determine the next step, namely the determination of strategic service concepts that are translated into market positioning and implemented in the service marketing concept. And Indragiri Hulu Regency which actually has been supported by natural conditions and potential tourism environment. Promotional mix is ??one component of the marketing mix that plays an important role in the process of achieving the expected goals, namely to introduce, inform, persuade and influence prospective tourists to visit and keep tourists always remembering and desiring to make a return visit to Rengat City with tourism objects which exists.

Abstract

Pemerintah sebagai penyedia layanan publik bertanggung jawab dan terus berupaya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat. Permasalahan pada Kantor Camat Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelayanan yang diberikan secara umum belum memuaskan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat berdasarkan kepuasan masyarakat menunjukkan pelayanannya pada kualitas yang cukup baik dikarenakan kinerja pelayanan pada Kantor Camat Rengat secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori yang cukup memuaskan bagi masyarakat sebagai penerima layanan. Dan Kantor Camat Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu juga dipandang perlu untuk terus selalu melakukan peningkatan pelayanan agar masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

PPID Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu memberikan pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dibidang informasi. PPID fokus dalam mewujudkan kualitas pelayanan informasi yang prima bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Sehingga masyarakat dapat menerima layanan informasi dengan prinsip cepat dan tepat waktu, biaya ringan dan cara yang sederhana karena dikelola secara baik dan efisien sehingga dapat diakses dengan mudah. Dan PPID Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu juga dipandang perlu untuk terus melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai keterbukaan informasi publik agar pelayanan informasi dibidang publik menjadi maksimal.

Abstract

Dalam fungsinya sebuah strategi yang direncanakan dan diterapkan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting terhadap perkembangan sebuah bisnis yang dibangun agar kegiatan bisnis yang dilaksanakan tersebut semakin besar, sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih tinggi dan mampu memenangkan ketatnya persaingan terhadap para kompetitor yang lain. Oleh karena itu dalam kegiatan operasionalnya Doorsmeer Simpati memerlukan sebuah strategi yang jitu dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan dan pengembangan usaha itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT pada Doorsmeer Simpati dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (Strengths) dan peluang (Opportunities), namun secara bersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (Weaknesses) dan ancaman (Threats).

Abstract

Rengat, which is mostly located in the Indragiri River, has great potential in developing fish cultivation and rearing businesses which can be done in various ways, of course by utilizing the availability of water so that it is economically valuable. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis type of research using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that it is necessary to develop the distribution of cultivation products, especially expanding the freshwater fish market segment so that productivity can be optimized and also protect the waters along the Indragiri River in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province.
