Abstract

Bond rating information shows the extent to which the company is able to pay its obligations and shows the level risk or security of the bond. The rating of a bond is investment grade, the risk of default on a company’s debt is unavoidable. The purpose of study was to determine how much influence Leverage, Liquidity, and Profitability on Bond Ratings in manufacturing companies listed at PT. PEFINDO for the period 2015-2019. The Sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 65 data. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the E-Views 8 application. After the chow-test was carried out, it was decided to use the Common Effect Model method. The results showed that Leverage has a negative effect on Bond Ratings. Liquidity has no effect on Bond Ratings, and Profitability has a positive effect on Bond Ratings

Abstract

The stock price interpreted as the price formed from the interaction between the seller and the buyer of shares which is motivated by the expectation of company profits. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of asset structure and profitability on stock prices. The data processed is secondary data from the annual reports of 11 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 which were taken through purposive sampling. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis method using Eviews version 8.0. The results of this study indicate that: asset structure and profitability have a positive effect on stock prices

Abstract

Management of natural resources and environment who is not responsible the main issues disclosure of corporate social responsibility (Wahba & Elsayed, 2015). This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, profitability, and size toward the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The samples of this study are 51 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is panel regression model. The result this study tested that leverage has t statistics the biggest than t table (3,571 ≥  1,969), profitability has t statistic the biggest than t table (-2,495 ≥ - 1,969), and size of the firm has t statistic the biggest than t table (-1,961 ≥ -1,651). Base on hypothesis tested that the leverage, profitability, and size of the firm  have a significant effect toward disclosure of corporate social responsibility

Abstract

The achievement of a value of the firm may effect positive impact, both internal and external's company (Debby, Mukhtaruddin, Yuniarti, Saputra, & Abukosim, 2014).This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, financial performance, and managerial ownership on the firm value. The samples of this study are 30 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is Multiple regression models. The result this study tested that intellectual capital disclosure have t statistics the biggest than t table (4,137 ≥  1,652), leverage has t statistic the smallest than t table (-0,621 ≤ - 1,652), profitability has t statistic the biggest than t table (2,348 ≤ 1,652) and managerial ownership has t statistic the biggest than t table (2,157 ≥ 1,652). Base on hypothesis tested that the Intellectual Capital Disclosure, Profitability, and Managerial Ownership variable  has Positive a significant effect on the Firm Value, whereas Leverage Variable significant no effect on the Firm Value   Keywords:Intellectual capital disclosure, leverage, profitability, manajerial ownership and firm value

Abstract

ABSTRACK The decline in the purchasing power of the public, as seen from the decline in the growth of Trade, Services and Investment sector in the retail sector subsector Retail sub-sector condition has been 2.5 years underperformance This study aims to test whether the influence of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) free cash flow and profitability to leverage. Population in this research is Trade Company, Services & Investment, retail subsector, which is listed on BEI. period 2014-2016, ie as many as 23 Companies. Using the technique of porposive sampling, the sample in this study were 15 companies. Data analysis technique that is regersion analysis by using moderating variable. From the test results, showed that the Free cash flow has a significant effect on leverage, which is indicated from the significance value> 0.05 is 0.018. Profitability has a significant effect on firm leverage which is shown from significance value> 0.05 ie 0.000. IOS does not affect the relationship between free cash flow and leverage, as indicated by the significance value of IOS interaction with free cash flow <0.05 is 0.053. And IOS Set affects the relationship between Profitability with leverage shown from the significance value of IOS interaction with Profitability> 0.05 is 0.044 Keywords: free cash flow, profitability, leverage, IOS

Abstract

Capital structure describes the company's permanent financing consisting of long-term debt and own capital. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of liquidity and profitability on capital structure. The study population is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 37 banking companies selected using the purposive sampling method with 3 years of observation, namely 2016-2018. The analytical method used is the panel regression method. Based on the hypothesis the results of the study indicate that liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure.  Keywords: liquidity and profitability, capital structure

Abstract

The purpose of investment done by investors in the capital market is to get return of said investment. Expectations of investors in investing is to obtain dividend payout ratio. dividend payout ratio can be determined by analyzing the company's financial performance which is proxied by Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Company Growth. Dividend policy is an established guide for the firm to determine the amount of money it will pay out as dividends to investors. The size of the dividend to be distributed by the company to investors depends on the dividend policy of each company. This study aims to find out the effect of liquidity, profitability, and company’s growth on dividend policy. The sample of this research is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020 which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is a panel data regression model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, that liquidity has no effect on dividend policy, profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, and company’s growth has no effect on dividend policy. Keywords: liquidity, profitability, company’s growth, dividend policy.

Abstract

The stock price is a factor that is very useful for a company and is something that must be kept in mind for an investor. The stock price can arise from the level of supply and demand for a stock. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of EPS, ROA, and ROE variables partially on stock prices, as well as to determine which variables have the most dominant influence on stock prices in insurance companies. The data processed is secondary data from the annual reports of 11 insurance companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 were taken through purposive sampling. The method used in this research is the panel data regression analysis method using Eviews version 8.0. The results of this study indicate that: Earning Per Share has a positive effect on stock prices, Return on Asset and Return on equity has no effect on stock prices

Abstract

 The company when carrying out its business activities depends on the company’s capital or funds, if there is no capital or funds, the industry must try to find investors or third-party funds(DPK). The investor is any person or other entities that pledges funds with the intention of obtaining financial recovery, third party funds (DPK) are modes that come from the public or customer consisting of demand deposits, savings, and time deposits. Companies are expected to be careful when considering the company’s profits and losses because it can be a failure of the company to pay off debt and will be threatened with liquidity. Liquidity shows the company’s performance to pay off short-term financial responsibilities on time. The company’s liquidity is determined by the high current assets, namely assets that can be converted into cash which includes cash, marketable securities, receivables and inventories. This study aims to examine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover. The sample of this research is 10 textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2019 which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is a panel data regression model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, that cash turnover has no effect on liquidity, accounts receivable turnover has no effect on liquidity, and inventory turnover has a significant negative effect on liquidity.
