Abstract

This searched aims to determine how much influence of service peformance (X) and satisfaction (Z), simultaneously and partially to customer loyalty (Y) at PT. BPR Labuh Gunung Peyakumbuh, using data collection method that is in the form of questionnaire counted 98 respondents. In the data analysis using validity test, reliability. And the classic asaumsi test is the test of normality, multicoliniarity, heteroskedastisitas. The analysis method used is linear regression analysis of moderator variable, f test, t test, determinant coefficient R2 by using SPSS tool. The result of the research shows that service quality variable has no significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction as moderating variable in this research has influence on customer loyalty partially or simultaneously and moderation from satisfaction strengthening influence of service peformance towards customer loyalty partially or simultaneously. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh service peformance (X) dan kepuasan (Z), secara simultan dan parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y) pada PT. BPR Labuh Gunung Peyakumbuh, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu berupa kuesioner sebanyak 98 responden. Pada analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asaumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, multikoliniaritas, heteroskedastisitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis  regresi linier variabel moderator, uji f, uji t, koefisien determinan R2 dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, variabel kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah secara parsial maupun simultan dan moderasi dari kepuasan memperkuat pengaruh service peformance terhadap loyalitas nasabah secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the affect of profitability and dividend policy toward the firm’s value on the bank companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The number of populations are all banks companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method, and obtained sample of 30 companies. Data source is the annual report of banking companies taken through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test used multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews Program. Profitability proxy with Return On Equity, while dividend policy proxy with Dividend Payout Ratio. The result this study shows that profitability has positively and significantly effect to firm’s value, whereas dividend policy has negatively and insignificantly effect to firm’s value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012 – 2016. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel adalah Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2012 – 2016,  Perbankan yang memiliki laporan keuangan lengkap dalam periode 2012 – 2016, Perbankan yang membagikan deviden dalam periode 2012 – 2016, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Sumber data adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang diambil melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu Program Eviews. Profitabilitas diukur dengan menggunakan Return On Equity, sedangkan kebijakan dividen diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio serta nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Price to Book Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan  terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The development of bisinees e-commerce has changed consumer behavior of shopping habits in shopping centers are now starting switch by using online media. Online purchasing decisions are preceded by an interest in the minds of consumers to make purchases. This study aims to determine the effect of Trust, Ease and price on Purchase Decisions online at the Shopee trading site. The research population is consumers who have made purchases online on the Shopee site with the sample was 100 people. Data collection was taken using a questionnaire via Google Form. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16.00 program. The results show that Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Ease has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, price has not significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The current development of business competition in Indonesia is very tight, which makes companies do various ways to attract consumers to buy their products. This study aims to determine whether the location of the store and brand image influence consumer buying interest in the Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus, by using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire of 160 respondents. In analyzing the data using validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. While for testing the hypothesis, namely the F test, T test, R2 determinant coefficient using SPSS tools. The results of the tests conducted found that the location of the store had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest and the brand image also had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of celebrity endorsement on buying intention through self brand connection on Oppo smartphones in Risal Cell, South Solok. The population of this study is OPPO Smartphone users in South Solok who are consumers who have purchased Oppo cellphones in South Solok Cellular Risal involving 87 respondents. Respondents were selected using accidental sampling technique and using the Slovin formula. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data obtained from primary data is through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests to determine the accuracy and consistency of the questionnaire. Furthermore, the data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that Celebrity endorsement had a positive and significant effect on buying intention in Oppo Smartphones. Self brand Connection mediates Celebrity endorsement of Buying Intention on Oppo Smartphones.

Abstract

The company is engaged in the manufacture, import, export and distribution of leather shoes, built-up canvas, casual and sports shoes, injection slippers, and special shoes for industry. This study aimed to analyze the influence of each variable, the attitude (X1), advertising (X2) toward purchase intention. Data were collected through questionnaires. to 100 respondents Bata store consumer markets desert highway by using accidental sampling method to determine the respondents to each variable. By using the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2), t-test, f. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The result of this study shows that attitude and advertising have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in the purchase of shoes brick desert highway market.

Abstract

Along with social and economic progress, there have been increasing demands in various aspects of life. Therefore, producers must be able to keep pace with changing circumstances to gain consumer loyalty in order to thrive and succeed in the existing market share. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and branding strategy on consumer loyalty. The population used in this study was residents of Bandar Buat village, Padang who used Tupperware products. The sample is comprised of 85 people. The data was processed using the SPSS program. The results show that product quality and branding has strong influence on consumer loyalty which means that if the products are of high quality and the brand is associated with a positive image, the consumer will be more loyal to an item despite the existence of a number of rival products. Keywords: product quality, brand, customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study and analyze the price and quality of services to spending decisions using financial products at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Padang Ulak Karang Branch Office.The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the regression analysis, multiple linear price variables and service quality towards spending decisions using award financing products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Padang Ulak Karang obtained Y = 16,284 + 0.472X1-0192 X2 + 0.229 X3-0.709 X4-0.161 X5 + 0.683 X6 + e.The results of this study only determine the price and empathy that is positive and significant to real decisions, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees are negatively related and not significant to decision making.Keywords: price, service quality and expenditure decisions.

Abstract

Performance is a general description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program activity, wisdom in realizing the suggestions, goals, vision and mission of the organization / agency, then between performance and motivation have a very close relationship because a person's performance is determined by one's ability to carry out tasks given well and able to be responsible for carrying out work. This research was conducted at the Mentawai Islands District Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries by using a sample of 45 people with sample selection. In this study using the Total Sampling technique, namely by taking the entire population as a sample as long as the population is known to be limited. With data analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Motivation affects performance significantly and positively for employees of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Mentawai Islands Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study to find out how the influence of pleasure shopping, shopping, brand, the intention to shop through the online shop. The research method used is explanatory research. Sampling technique used ispurposive samplingsehingga from the population are taken as many as 93 respondents. Data analysis technique used is test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, buying pleasure variable, buying impulse, brand to shopping intention through online shop obtained Y = - 0,069 + 0,277 X1 + 0,286 X2 + 0,534 X3Based on the test results simultaneously found that the variable of buying pleasure, buying impulse, brand influence simultaneously to the intention of shopping through online shop with significant value 0,000 <0,05. From the results of partial tests found shopping pleasure variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the resulting significant value of 0.007 <0.05. Shopping boost variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the significant value generated by 0.001 <0.05. Brand variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the significant value generated by 0.000 <0.05. While the results of determination coefficient test obtained Adjusted RSquare with 0.974. This means that the proportion of variance of independent variable to dependent variable is 97,4% the rest of 2,6% explained by other variable not discussed in this research
