Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap inovasi bisnis berkelanjutan pada sektor Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Kota Padang. Di era globalisasi dan tekanan lingkungan, kelaparan semakin menjadi faktor penting dalam pengembangan bisnis. Pemimpin yang berorientasi pada kewirausahaan dan budaya organisasi yang adaptif diyakini dapat mendorong terciptanya inovasi yang tidak hanya menguntungkan secara ekonomi, tetapi juga berkelanjutan secara sosial dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 95 pelaku UKM di Kota Padang yang melakukan inovasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi bisnis berkelanjutan. Lebih lanjut, pengaruh gabungan dari kedua variabel tersebut juga menunjukkan dampak yang lebih kuat terhadap terciptanya inovasi yang berkelanjutan di sektor UKM.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi, inovasi bisnis berkelanjutan, UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity (PkM) is to describe how to use the financial reporting application and implement the Zahir Accounting application in Dodi Farm. They held the activity on Saturday, Mei 31, 2025, Payakumbuh City The benefits of this activity are to help Dodi Farm to become successful MSME actors, increase productivity, orderly record every financial transaction through the Zahir Accounting application system so that they can obtain accurate information regarding financial position and performance, and dodi farm in developing its business. The forms of activities carried out are a form of training on the application of Zahir Accounting and mentoring programs regarding business activities and Zahir Accounting applications. With the application of the Zahir Accounting software, it will make it easier for the dodi to record transactions to improve the economy

Abstract

Pembangunan masyarakat modern tidak hanya bergantung pada pemerintah, tetapi juga pada partisipasi aktif komunitas dalam mengelola potensi lokal. Di Kota Padang, nilai gotong royong dan musyawarah yang menjadi modal sosial mulai tergerus modernisasi, sehingga partisipasi komunitas dan kewirausahaan sosial menjadi penting untuk memperkuat kemandirian, memberdayakan kelompok rentan, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Kedua elemen ini berkontribusi membangun modal sosial berupa kepercayaan, jaringan, dan norma bersama yang mendukung efektivitas pembangunan. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya, kepemimpinan yang lemah, dan minimnya akses informasi masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 120 responden masyarakat Kota Padang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi Komunitas berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Modal Sosial Masyarakat, Kewirausahaan Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Modal Sosial Masyarakat, Partisipasi Komunitas dan Kewirausahaan Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Modal Sosial Masyarakat di kota Padang.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Komunitas, Kewirausahaan Sosial, Modal Sosial dan Pembangunan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to investigate the influence of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable, within the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia.Design/Methodology/Approach: Data were collected using structured questionnaires distributed to owners and employees of MSMEs in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 130 valid responses. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software.Research findings: The results of the study indicate that HRM practices have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between HRM practices and employee performance. These findings suggest that enhancing HRM practices can increase employee job satisfaction, which in turn leads to improved performance.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The findings of this study can serve as a valuable reference for policymakers in designing programs and policies that support the enhancement of HRM practices within the MSME sector. Strengthening HRM practices can contribute to increased employee satisfaction and performance, which in turn promotes the overall growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The practical implication of this study highlights the importance for MSME managers to implement effective HR strategies aimed at enhancing employee job satisfaction. By prioritizing well-structured HR practices, MSME managers can foster a more motivated and productive workforce, thereby improving overall organizational outcomes.Research Limitations/Implications: This study focuses primarily on HRM practices and job satisfaction as the main variables influencing employee performance. However, it acknowledges that employee performance is also affected by other important factors, which were not examined in this research. Future studies are encouraged to explore these additional variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the determinants of employee performance within the MSME sector.
