Kesehatan jiwa tidak lagi hanya membahas tentang masalah gangguan jiwa saja, namun kelompok sehat dan resiko juga perlu diketahui agar masyarakat mendapatkan tindakan yang tepat yaitu, kelompok sehat agar tetap sehat; kelompok resiko tidak menjadi gangguan; dan kelompok gangguan tetap produktif di masyarakat, sehingga perlunya identifikasi masalah kesehatan jiwa masyarakat desa Banyutowo malalui deteksi dini. Penelitian bertujuan khusus: (1)Mengidentifikasi karakteristik masyarakat, meliputi:usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, dan status pernikahan, (2)Mengidentifikasi kelompok sehat, resiko, dan gangguan, (3)Publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional sebagai luaran wajib. Data dianalisis dengan menghitung Central Tendency dan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas masyarakat desa Banyutowo berusia dewasa, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, belum menikah, dan pendidikan terakhir SD. Hasil identifikasi kesehatan jiwa didapatkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat desa Banyutowo dalam kelompok usia sehat. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan memberikan intervensin pada masing-masing kelompok kesehatan jiwa, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan jiwa, meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat menolong dirinya dalam bidang kesehatan jiwa, meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat risiko dan bahaya kesehatan jiwa, dan meningkatkan dukungan dan peran aktif stakeholders serta meningkatkan masyarakat melaksanakan perilaku sehat jiwa. Kata kunci: Kesehatan jiwa, masyarakat OVERVIEW OF COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH ABSTRACTMental health is no longer just talking about mental disorders, but healthy groups and risks also need to be known so that people get the right action, namely, healthy groups to stay healthy; risk groups do not become a nuisance; and the disorder group remained productive in the community, so the need to identify Banyutowo village mental health problems through early detection. Special purpose research: (1) Identifying community characteristics, including: age, sex, education, and marital status, (2) Identifying healthy groups, risks, and disorders, (3) Scientific publications in national journals as mandatory outcomes. Data were analyzed by calculating Central Tendency and frequency distribution. The results showed that the majority of Banyutowo villagers were adults, male, unmarried, and final education in elementary school. The results of mental health identification found that the majority of the people in the Banyutowo village were in the healthy age group. The results of this study can then be followed up by giving intervensin to each mental health group, so that it is expected to increase public knowledge about the importance of mental health, improve community capacity to help themselves in the field of mental health, improve community preparedness of mental health risks and hazards, and increase support and the active role of stakeholders as well as improving the community to implement healthy mental behavior. AbstrakUjian Nasional merupakan keharusan yang harus dilakukan peserta didik sebagai syarat kelulusan sehingga menjadikan berbagai reaksi pada siswa salah satunya adalah ansietas. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dengan tingkat ansieas pada siswa-siswi SMA. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan desain Study Deskripsi Korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Spearman Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan tingkat ansietas dan ada hubungan ntara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat ansietas. Perlu upaya untuk mengatasi ansietas agar siswa dapat menjalankan ujian nasional dengan lancar Kata Kunci: ansietas, siswa-siswi, SMA AbstractNational Examination is a necessity that must be done by students as a graduation requirement so as to make various reactions to students one of which is anxiety. The study aims to determine the relationship characteristic with ansieas level at high school students. The study used a quantitative method using the design of Study Description Correlation with the Cross Sectional approach. A sample of 60 people. Data were analyzed using Spearman Correlation. The results showed no relationship between age and level of anxiety and there was a relationship between sex and anxiety levels. AbstrakPerawat pelaksana merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam pengelolaan pasien HIV/AIDS untuk mewujudkan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu dan profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolan pasien HIV/AIDS di RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Penelitian dengan sampel 58 orang ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan uji normalitas data hasil penelitian menggunakan uji Kolmogorov Smirnov. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan pasien HIV/AIDS oleh perawat pelaksana di RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal sebagian besar berada pada kriteria baik yaitu sebanyak 53,4%. Perlu ditingkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang Universal Precaution dan pengendalian penyakit infeksi serta lebih meningkatkan rasa caring pada pasien dari pasien HIV/AIDS. Advocation nurses are the key to success in the management of HIV / AIDS patients to realize quality and professional nursing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the management of HIV / AIDS patients in RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. The study with a sample of 58 people used a descriptive design with a cross sectional approach and the normality test of the results of the study using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of the study showed that the management of HIV / AIDS patients by implementing nurses in RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal is mostly in good criteria, namely 53.4%. Nurses need to improve their knowledge about Universal Precaution and control of infectious diseases and further increase the sense of caring in patients from HIV / AIDS patients. The rise of elderly number poses a challenge for many nations worldwide, particularly developing countries such as Indonesia. The presence of elderly integrated health post could serve as a supportive facility for elderly healthcare at community level. The optimal health services provided at integrated health post can contribute to the improvement of elderly’s wellbeing. This research aimed to explore the elderly's experiences of the necessity of health services in the Elderly Integrated Health Post of Patebon II Kendal Public Health Center. A qualitative approach with phenomenological approach was used in this study. The data collection was done by using semi-structured in-depth interviews to 10 elders lasting between 45-60 minutes. To ensure trustworthiness, member checking and peer-review were conducted on all interview transcripts before the process of data analysis by qualitative thematic analysis. This study found four major themes, namely: health care experiences, not diverse integrated health post service, efficiency of services, and health provider characteristic. The elders stated that they were unable to meet all their health needs. The integrated health post must offer comprehensive services, including psychological, social, and spiritual needs, not only focusing on their physical needs. Thus, the services can have a positive impact on the improvement of elderly quality of life.

Preschool children are children aged between 3-6 year. Number child Sick with various problem disease the more increase so that the need for child care in hospital. Problems that occur in children when hospitalized and experiencing the stress of hospitalization. The role of parents can prevent impact hospitalization on child. Study This aiming For to know the relationship between the role of parents and the stress of hospitalization of children after preschool in room Fatima House Sick Darul Consistency Kendal. Design study use Descriptive Correlational, taking sample use Total Sampling. The sample in this study was 36 children, the research instrument was questionnaire and using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) questionnaire, data using the Spearman Correlation Test. The results of the statistical analysis test using The Spearman test shows a p value of 0.047, this value is smaller than 0.05, which means Ha accepted means there is the relationship between inpatient stress levels and the role person old age in preschool children at Darul Istiqomah Hospital, Kendal. From these results, it can be suggested that it can be useful as a source of information. for the community and input from nurses in providing outreach to parents and support full on child Which perform maintenance hospitalization
