Abstract

Abstract

Child sexual violence cases are still a serious problem and have long been a hot topic of discussion at the national and international levels. Children are more vulnerable to becoming victims of sexual violence because children generally lack knowledge so they do not understand the importance of protecting their body parts. The high number of cases of sexual violence against children shows the importance of educational media as a medium for preventing sexual violence against children. However, the problem is that in society sex education is still often considered taboo to talk about. Many parents misunderstand sex education so that sex education is often considered unnecessary to be taught to early childhood. Designing SESI (Sex Education) dolls as a medium for preventing sexual violence against preschool children. This study uses Research and Development (R&D). The sample that will be used for the feasibility test and product effectiveness test in this study are 3 media experts in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, 3 material experts by Child Nursing Lecturers, and 10 Grantung Kindergarten students. Data collection methods using observation, interviews and questionnaires Product development and product feasibility testing are used to analyze data. According to the feasibility test, 3 material experts overall obtained an average score of 87.7 with recommendations of Very Good" and "Feasible", and 3 media experts obtained an average score of 85.1 including recommendations of "Very Good" and "Feasible" for field trials. The results of the product trial of 10 respondents consisting of 6 teachers and 4 guardians or parents showed an average score of 94.57. These results can be concluded that the majority of respondents gave the opinion of the SESI Doll (Sex Education) with the category "Very Good" both in terms of design and aesthetics that are attractive and child-friendly, safety and quality of materials are maintained and educational functions.

Abstract

Patients and crowded procedures have the potential to increase discomfort and cause patient anxiety in the emergency room. SEFT therapy is a spiritual therapy that can reduce anxiety without risk. The development of music therapy has a therapeutic effect in overcoming anxiety disorders. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of SEFT therapy and music therapy on reducing anxiety in cardiovascular patients in the emergency room at Prembun Regional Hospital. Method: The design in this research uses a pre-experiment with a one group pre-post test design approach. The total sample of 25 people was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used was a paired sample t-test. Results: Cardiovascular patient anxiety before being given SEFT therapy and music therapy was in the category of moderate anxiety disorder (40.0%). Most of the patient anxiety after being given SEFT therapy and music therapy was at a non-anxious level, namely 14 people (56%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a decrease in the level of anxiety in patients after being given SEFT therapy and music therapy with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

The study conducted a bibliometric analysis of the impact of anxieties on patients with chronic kidney disease in an effort to lessen patient anxiety. This bibliometric analysis looks at research activities in Indonesia and globally using publication data from the Scopus database. In bibliometric analysis, quantitative techniques are employed to assess data and generate representative images. It is acknowledged that this study is a valuable tool for assessing research topic characteristics, publication outputs, and composition and structure. Between 1955 and 2023, attempts to lower anxiety through cognitive behavioral and logotherapy were successful, despite a lack of significant overall growth.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the validity and reliability of a digital application that integrates Logotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (LCBT) to reduce anxiety in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis. Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) before and after intervention. Content validity was established through expert judgment from mental health professionals and IT specialists, while construct validity was confirmed through statistical analysis. Reliability was evaluated through Cronbach's alpha and test-retest methods. This application demonstrated strong content and construct validity, with a high Cronbach's alpha coefficient indicating excellent internal consistency. Additionally, the application demonstrated significant test-retest reliability, confirming its stability over time. These findings suggest that the LCBT application is a valid and reliable tool for managing anxiety in CKD patients, offering a promising adjunctive treatment to improve psychological outcomes in this vulnerable population.
