Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang wawasan hadis tentang toleransi. Dalam artikel ini terdapat beberapa hal penting yang akan menjadi inti bahasan yaitu, hakikat toleransi, kandungan hadis tentang agama Islam merupakan agam yang toleran, dan kandungan hadis tentang menghargai jenazah non-muslim. Oleh karena itu maka perlu kiranya menjelaskan hal-hal tersebut agar tidak menimbulkan kekeliruan dan kesalahpahaman berkaitan dengan bahasan-bahasan tersebut. Pengkajian masalah ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan pemaknaan hadis dengan menguraikan syarah hadis-hadis tersebut. Maka kesimpulannya adalah toleransi merupakan sikap terbuka dan lapang hati dalam menjalin interaksi sosial, dengan tidak mengedepankan kepentingan pribadi demi terciptanya kehidupan harmonis di tengah masyarakat yang beragam. Islam sebagai agama yang menjunjung kemudahan dan keadilan, menegaskan pentingnya toleransi baik secara spiritual maupun sosial. Ajaran dan teladan Nabi Muhammad saw. menekankan penghormatan terhadap sesama manusia, termasuk non-Muslim, serta pentingnya menjaga hubungan keluarga meskipun berbeda keyakinan. Nilai-nilai ini membuktikan bahwa toleransi dalam Islam bersifat menyeluruh, kontekstual, dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari selama tidak ada permusuhan terhadap Islam.

Abstract

As the first human being, the figure of Prophet Adam as. certainly very curious humans who exist now. However, there is not much literature on the description of this creature that has become the envy of this faction of angels and demons. There are only a few facts about what the first humans looked like. One of them about his height which reached 60 cubits, about the equivalent of 30 meters. This study will examine how the hadith view of the posture of the Prophet Adam As and the pattern of communication between creatures. With the maanil hadith approach, it is hoped that it can provide a new nuance of thinking about the posture of the Prophet Adam As in relation to the current and future human condition.

Abstract

Hunted animals are closely related to food. The body needs food to live to allow the body to function normally. On the other hand, some people deliberately hunt animals using tools such as rifles, game animals or other media. This is what requires deeper study regarding the phenomenon that occurs in the community about hunting animals or fauna with other game animals. The question is how far is the quality of the hadith about exploiting fauna by eating the prey of trained dogs? And how does the analysis of sanad and matan regarding the hadith consume animals caught by trained dogs. In this study, the process of takhrij al-hadith was carried out using the takhrij method. In order to issue and find hadiths related to the discussion, a sanad and matan criticism was carried out to ensure the validity of the hadith. After the research, it was found that the sanad in the hadith under study is valid as well as the matan of the object of study of the hadith is also valid, so it can be concluded that this hadith has valid validity.

Abstract

This article discusses the traditions of Istisqa prayer. The definition of istisqa' prayer, the ruling of istisqa' prayer, and the traditions of istisqa' prayer, especially those related to the procedure and timing of istisqa' prayer, will be the main points of discussion in this article. Therefore, it is necessary to explain these matters so as not to confuse the issue of Istisqa's prayer. The study of this issue was conducted through a literature review of the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. The conclusion is that the istisqa prayer is a prayer asking for rain whose procedures and time of performance were carried out by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH in various situations according to the conditions faced. As for the ruling of the Istisqa prayer, there are different views among scholars. Some have ruled it sunnah, and others have ruled it obligatory. However, it should be noted that, in general, the traditions of prayer are indicated to be temporal.
